Transition to a single USB port. Calling Magnifier

In contact with

Smartphones are becoming more powerful every year and acquiring new features: digital camera, MP3 player, GPS navigator, flashlight, etc. Add a store to this third party applications, For example, Google Play Store, and the number of ways you can use your smartphone increases even more.

You are likely aware of most of these uses - media checking, sending emails, voice calls and text messages - but you're probably not aware of all the ways you can use your Android device.

Here are 10 superpowers you can have on your phone that can give you big advantages.

Google has equipped the Android OS with great features. You just need to know where to find them.

Not everyone knows about this (and not every user has the ability to enable it), but some Android smartphones can do voice search with the link word “OK Google” even if the display is turned off or locked. Many smartphones are capable of searching from any screen when the display is active, but only small part devices with a dedicated listening area can search even if the display is inactive.

To check this, follow the scheme " Google Settings>Search and suggestions>Voice search>OK Google recognition>Always on and click the switch.

Keep in mind that the first step is to teach Google to recognize your voice (options on the same screen). Unsupported devices may activate voice search with the command “Hey Google!” and from any screen (for example, from third-party applications).

2. Remote blocking or clearing data from your lost smartphone

There is nothing worse than the situation when you have lost your smartphone and a stranger can gain access to the information it contains. This may not only be depressing for you, but it can also be very dangerous. Did you know that Google has an excellent feature called Android Device Manager, which allows you to track and control your device if you lose it?

It should be said that Android Device Manager goes beyond simply tracking your phone: with it, you can call your device, remotely lock it, and even perform a factory reset if you know you'll never get your phone back. . Enable Android Device Manager in Settings>Security>Device Administrators and visit the site on your computer when you suddenly lose your smartphone.

3. Install a similar dark theme

In chapter " Special abilities» Click the slider to activate “Invert Colors” or “Invert Colors” in Quick Settings

Android Marshmallow, one might say, got rid of the system-wide dark theme, but in its place, you can get an analogue of such a theme on every smartphone. Simply go to Settings>Accessibility>Invert Colors to reverse the display colors.

Note that screenshots will still turn out normal, and you will have application icons that look a little unusual, but if you have a fairly light theme, then after activating color inversion, the theme will become darker. Of course, you may not want to use this option all the time, but it can be very convenient for reading in the dark or in bright light.

4. Available Chrome tabs from other devices

Click on Recent Tabs (on the left) and sign in to access Chrome tabs on all your devices

If you use Chrome as your default browser, did you know that you can access the browser's tabs from your other devices on your smartphone or tablet?

While you're in Chrome, when you open a new tab, you'll see a "Recent Tabs" option in the bottom right corner. Click on it to see the URLs that are open on your logged-in devices and get quick access to any of them.

5. "If found, return..."

Threats, email address, phone numbers, the lowest requests - you can display all this on the lock screen

This is another great tip for those who have a habit of losing their belongings or leaving their phones on tables in restaurants. If your device is lost and you think someone might have found it, you can display a message on the locked display telling the person who found it to contact you.

By the way, you can achieve the same thing with using Android Device Manager if your phone is already lost, but this option can be used in advance as a security measure. Go to Settings>Security>Lock Screen Message to add your phone number, email address or return instructions. In our opinion, offering a reward for returning a lost device to the person who found it is a very cool idea.

6. Document scanner

At the beginning of the era of digitizing documents and photographs, you had to spend money on a large flatbed scanner to transform physical into digital. Today, you can use your smartphone camera as a makeshift scanner. Of course, the quality of such a scanner may not be too high, but the scanning process itself is more convenient.

If you want to use your phone as a scanner, there are a number of options. You can simply take a photo of the document and save it as an image, or you can resort to Google services Drive, which is capable of converting scanned images into files PDF format and recognize texts in them, as CamScanner and Evernote can do.

7. Wi-Fi hotspot

Usage mobile phone to connect other devices to the Internet - this is a feature that many of you already know about. But not everyone knows that you can use a smartphone as a point Wi-Fi access, and in versions Android Lollipop and Marshmallow is very easy to do. As a result cellular your phone is converted into a Wi-Fi network that other devices can connect to.

Open the “Settings” section and find the “Tethering mode and portable hotspot” item. You can assign a network name and password required for access, but be sure to keep an eye on your mobile data usage or you'll be left with a hefty bill.

8. Compass and barometer functions

Do you know how many different sensors are inside your smartphone? Your device can tell you not only the number of steps you've taken, but also tell you where north or south is. To make it easier for you to navigate the cardinal directions, download the Smart Compass or AndroiTS Compass Free applications.

Many smartphones can also function as a barometer, so you can turn your device into a compact weather station and have your own forecast for your area. Apps like Barometer Altimeter DashClock and Barometer Monitor will help you know the weather of the near future.

9. Barcode scanning

You can use your smartphone camera as a barcode scanner with the Barcode Scanner app. This app works with matrix QR codes and regular barcodes, although there are many third-party apps on the Google Play Store that can do the same job as Barcode Scanner.

Why do you need to scan barcodes? This largely depends on the app you're using, although the main reason is shopping: if you're in a store and see an item, you can check its price online or order something to restock your inventory.

10. Fitness tracker

Many sensors and electronic circuits from the smart bracelet are also present in your smartphone. This means you can track your walking, running and other activities without an additional fitness tracker worn on your wrist or attached to your clothing.

Google Fit is fine to start with, but many of them are good famous applications for fitness tracking are also compatible with smartphones and other wearable electronic devices. If you need more data, an app like Runtastic Heart Rate Monitor can help you calculate your heart rate using your smartphone camera.

Currently, the Android operating system is the most popular. It is installed on more than 1.2 billion devices worldwide. But few people know what this OS contains hidden possibilities. The Internet project “Be Mobile” has studied “secret functions” and prepared a list of the most interesting of them.

1. Hidden mini-game

id="sub0">

Since Android 2.3 Gingerbread, Google company stirs it up for everyone Android smartphones, so-called “Easter eggs” - hidden secrets that can be seen by performing a number of non-obvious actions. Like the names of the versions of the operating system, Easter eggs in it are also usually associated with sweets: in Android versions 4.1 Jelly Bean these were flying jelly beans, in Android 4.4 KitKat there was an OS logo in the style of the Nestle sweet of the same name, and in Android 5.0 Lollipop there was a hidden game in the style of Flappy Bird. Android 6.0 Marshmallow has not been left out either.

To access the mini-game, open Settings. Go to “About phone” or “About tablet”. Quickly click on “Android Version” several times.

Like Android 5.0, the mini-game in Android 6.0 is in the style of Flappy Bird, but the lollipops are replaced with marshmallows in the shape of a robot head. The game has funny graphics and, although it looks simple, it is quite difficult to score at least 10 points in it. I got a maximum of 4 points. I couldn't do it anymore.

2. Remote control of a smartphone

id="sub1">

Lost Android mobile devices can be found and blocked, but Google hid this option quite deeply. It is activated in the menu “Settings -> Security -> Device Administrators” In chapter " Remote control Android".

Check the box next to “Remote device search” and “Remote blocking”.

Activate extended rights for the device manager upon request. Now you can manage your device from google.com/android/devicemanager in your Google account or through the Android Remote Control application

People who are familiar with Android will easily recover deleted files if you do not encrypt your mobile device. To activate this option, open “Settings -> Security -> Device encryption”. Set up encryption.

3. Safe Mode

id="sub2">

Another protective Android function is "safe mode". It deactivates all third party applications. Moreover, in “safe mode” you can delete them if for some reason they are incompatible with your mobile device, ended up in the boot loop by accident, are Trojans or viruses.

To start “safe mode”, hold down the power button. When the menu for turning off the smartphone and activating airplane mode opens, hold your finger on the “Power off” item for a long time. Then confirm to boot into safe mode.

The smartphone will boot into “safe mode”. All third-party application icons will have grey colour. If something happens, you can safely remove them.

4. Synchronization and push notification settings

id="sub3">

When installing certain applications, you don’t think about permissions to send push notifications or any others. Over time these apps start to spam unnecessary information. Games especially suffer from this, but it can also be quite regular applications. Luckily, notifications can be turned off.

To do this, open “Settings -> Applications -> All”, find the culprit and select “Notifications”. Here you can either disable all notifications at once (“Block all”), or allow only “swipe” notifications (“Short notifications”), etc.

5. Advanced WLAN settings

id="sub4">

On Android there is a settings section that is completely invisible to most users with additional options Wi-Fi. To get to it, you need to go to “Settings -> Wi-Fi”, then press the menu key and select “ Additional functions" Here you can turn off notifications about detected networks, turn off Wi-Fi in sleep mode, prohibit the use Wi-Fi networks With bad signal and configure Wi-Fi Direct(direct pairing of devices without using an access point).

6. Setting up mobile Internet traffic control

id="sub5">

In Android without third party programs Internet traffic can be monitored. For example, now many mobile operators provide a limited package free traffic for a month. To control this traffic and not exceed the quota, or to understand how much traffic is left, you can set limits.

For this purpose, there is a separate “Data transfer” item in the settings. There you can set a traffic limit, upon reaching which a notification will appear, as well as a limit, after which data transfer will be automatically turned off. For each application, separate statistics are kept on data in background and active modes, and a graph is built. Starting from Android 5.0, this interface is also available in quick settings by touching the mobile network icon.

7. Block calls from specific numbers

id="sub6">

It happens that you need to block calls from specific number. There are no special blacklists in Android, and applications available on Google Play implement blocking of numbers using dirty hacks and not always correctly.

However, individual numbers can be blocked in basic version Android, for this you just need to send unwanted subscribers to voicemail. To do this, click on the desired contact, then click the edit icon, then the menu and select “Voice only.” mail". By the way, there you can install separate ringtone for the unfortunate subscriber.

8. Disabling pre-installed applications

id="sub7">

It happens that the manufacturer preinstalls many incomprehensible programs and applications that you do not use. They occupy certain memory, and you dream of getting rid of them.

On Android, you can disable many pre-installed applications. To do this, go to “Settings -> Applications” and open the “All” tab. Now you can view the list of available utilities. Select the required application, and then click “Disable”. Now you can click on “Erase data”. For “frozen applications” that cannot be simply deleted, there is a separate “Disabled” tab. Unfortunately, not all applications can be frozen. Which ones depend on the manufacturer.

9. Expanding internal memory

id="sub8">

Android has always had a problem with extensions internal memory smartphone. The connected SD card did not allow this, remaining external storage. The function of transferring applications to a memory card, which appeared in Android 2.2, also did not really save the situation. Finally, with Android 6.0, Google finally decided to correct the situation. Now, after connecting a flash drive or SD card, the system offers two options. The first is to use it as removable storage. The second is to make it an internal drive.

In the second case, the smartphone will format the flash drive in file system ext4 using 128-bit AES encryption and mounts it as system partition. Next, a test for reading and writing speed will be carried out. Now, unfortunately, all memory cards are significantly inferior in speed to built-in memory, which in theory can lead to slow operation of the device. Fortunately, only the opening time depends on the performance of the disk subsystem specific application or downloading part of it. And all calculations are carried out outside the disk.

10. Quickly change letter case

id="sub9">

It happens that the text has already been written and you need to change the case of individual letters or entire words. Android has its own secret about this. To change the case of letters or make words or sentences in an already entered message begin with capital letters, just highlight the message and press Shift button one or more times until the desired result is obtained.

11. Quick access to settings

id="sub10">

In Android 5 and Android 6, access to quick settings can be achieved by pulling the curtain out with two fingers. Of course, you can access Quick Settings the old fashioned way: by swiping down the screen twice from top to bottom. But this is not a secret at all.

12. Quickly switch to silent mode

id="sub11">

You can quickly turn on vibration mode in Android 5 and Android 6 by pressing the volume key and then clicking on the icon on the left side of the slider that appears. In practice, this option turns out to be much faster than repeatedly pressing the volume down key on the end of the smartphone.

13. Calling Magnifier

id="sub12">

Android has a screen magnifier. To enable it, you need to sequentially go to “Settings -> Special”. options -> Gestures to zoom in.” Now you can enlarge any part of the screen by clicking on it three times. This feature may be especially useful among people with low vision and the elderly.

14. Disable adding shortcuts to the desktop

id="sub13">

To disable automatic creation of desktop icons, run Play Store. Then go to settings and uncheck the “Add icons” option. Now, by default, program icons will appear only in the general list.

15. Hidden game in the Chrome browser

id="sub14">

To conclude our selection, there is another hidden game, this time in mobile browser Chrome. Try turning off Wi-Fi and mobile Internet on your smartphone (tablet). Next, open Chrome.

When you try to exit to any address, the browser will display an error with its code. A dinosaur will appear above the text. If you click on the dinosaur at this moment, the character will come to life and begin to move across the screen. It's like an old PlayStation: you can tap the screen to control a dinosaur as it jumps over cacti, and like any game like this, your goal is to hold out and score maximum amount points. Of course, the game is quite primitive, but it hooks you for a long time. Tested for yourself!

By the way, this game has now become available for download on the Google Play Store and it’s called Dino Run - Dinosty.

We are used to discussing the flagships of A-brands, comparing the best representatives Apple series iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, HTC One, LG G, Sony Xperia. We are very familiar with the top solutions of many Chinese companies - Lenovo, Xiaomi, Meizu, OPPO, OnePlus, BBK Vivo... But today I will talk about ten cool smartphones, which most have (almost) forgotten or never even knew about. Go!

Infobar A03 is a product of the Japanese company iida, produced by the Japanese company Kyocera, drawn by Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa. I mentioned the designer for a reason - Infobar A03 is first and foremost a designer product. That is why there are three hardware buttons of different colors under the screen - three-color has been a thing for twelve years now. distinctive feature all Infobar. The iida UI shell installed on a smartphone was created by designer Yugo Nakamura and is somewhat reminiscent of Windows Phone– the same “live dies” with useful information, which must be scrolled up and down. True, here they can also be grouped. People in the Land of the Rising Sun don’t like “shovels,” and the Japanese team made their creation very compact – 131x68x8.9 mm. Specifications of iida Infobar A03 include Android 4.4 KitKat, 2020 mAh battery, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 MSM8974AB chipset with a frequency of 2.3 GHz, 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel cameras, IP55/58 dust and moisture protection, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage and 4 .5" TFT screen with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. The price of Infobar A03 is about 32.5 thousand rubles, it is locked to the operator au by KDDI and cannot be unlocked.

Tonino Lamborghini 88 Tauri is one of the few luxury smartphones with top-end technical characteristics. The leather-steel device is equipped Qualcomm processor Snapdragon 801 (4 cores at 2.3 GHz), 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, microSD slot (reads cards up to 128 GB), 5" Full HD screen, 20-megapixel and 8-megapixel cameras, Wolfson amplifier and operating room Android system 4.4.4 KitKat. Pleasantly surprising capacious battery at 3400 mAh. There are only 1,947 of these 88 Tauris in the world, in honor of 1947, when Antonio Lamborghini, the son of the brand’s founder, was born. The price, depending on the modification, varies from $6000 to $6300.

Samsung SM-W2015 is the next generation of Samsung super folding phones, sold exclusively through the China Telecom operator. It was the latter that brought the device into this article - if it had been released in other markets, it would have made a lot of noise. The smartphone looks unusual for Korean company, however, in the characteristics you can notice many typical nuances for it. So, both screens (main and external) are made using SuperAMOLED technology, and next to the camera there is a heart rate scanner. Both displays have a diagonal of 3.9" and a resolution of 1280x768 pixels (383 ppi). The smartphone is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset (4 cores at 2.5 GHz), 16 GB of memory, microSD slot, 16-megapixel and 2-megapixel cameras , two SIM trays and a 2020 mAh battery. When folded, the miracle clamshell has dimensions of 121.3x62.9x15.9 mm.

The only Chinese device here is the Manta 7X. This unique device without any buttons. No buttons under the screen, no volume buttons, no lock key. But with touch-sensitive ends, swiping on which you can perform various actions, including changing the volume. Having come up with a feature, the Chinese did not forget about the characteristics: inside the device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 with a frequency of 2.5 GHz, 2 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM, a 4200 mAh battery, a 5.5" Full HD screen and two completely identical 13-megapixel cameras with Sony IMX214 sensors, 88 degree viewing angle and optical stabilization. Due to the impressive battery, the device is quite heavy - as much as 200 g. There is some dust and moisture protection (IP55).

The top five is opened by the Finnish corporate smartphone Aava mobile Inari 5. Seeing it for the first time specifications, I thought it was some kind of joke. So, read carefully: the device is equipped with a 4.7" HD screen, 2/4 GB random access memory, 32/64/128 GB storage, 8-megapixel and 2-megapixel cameras (for scanning QR codes and video chats, respectively, according to Aava mobile), NFC support, optional LTE support, quad-core processor Intel Atom Z3745 and operating room Microsoft system Windows 8.1. No, I didn’t miss the word Phone - this smartphone actually has a full-fledged corporate Windows. For what? Aava mobile gives some vague explanation, saying that enterprises can use software that exists only for Windows, and it will be very convenient to be able to run it on a smartphone. The device is not afraid of falls from 1.5 meters, water and dust (IP67).

Bkav Bphone is a creation of the Vietnamese IT industry. The company Bkav Corporation, which mainly deals with antiviruses, decided to try its hand at the smartphone market, and it turned out quite well. The smartphone is equipped with a 5" Full HD Sharp screen, Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with BOS shell, 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel cameras, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with a frequency of 2.5 GHz, 3 GB of RAM and 16/64/128 GB permanent memory. All this is enclosed in a 7.5 mm thick case, covered on both sides with Gorilla Glass 3. The smartphone was one of the first to support TransferJet technology - this is wireless connection between devices at a distance of several centimeters at a speed 427 times faster than NFC and 8 times faster than Bluetooth 4.0.

Pantech Vega Secret Note 2, unfortunately, will never be released. Pantech, having completed the development of the flagship back in August, did not find the funds to start mass production. If the situation had been different, Koreans would have been able to purchase a phablet with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor (4 cores at 2.5 GHz), 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, a 6" Quad HD screen, 1 W external speakers, a battery 3400 mAh, fast charging, fingerprint scanner, stylus with magnetic socket and improved software chips Secret Plus data protection.

This device, on the contrary, should not have gone on general sale, but is available for order to everyone. Here is the Qualcomm MDP 810 Smartphone - a device for developers that shows all the capabilities of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset. It has a 6.17" screen with a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, 13-megapixel and 4-megapixel cameras, 8 microphones, a fingerprint scanner, a 3020 mAh battery, this smartphone lacks only a few functions to be called a flagship - for some reason you can’t make calls or access the Internet from it. cellular network. You can buy the device for $799.

Fujitsu is experiencing financial difficulties, which the company decided to solve in the same way as Samsung - by releasing luxury flagship. For the Japanese company, the Arrows NX F-04G for the NTT DoCoMo operator became such a “savior smartphone”. The main feature of the new product is the Iris Passport, an infrared iris scanner that provides identification of the owner in any lighting. The device also received support for TransferJet technology, which I wrote about above when talking about Bkav Bphone. The F-04G also has such a forgotten thing as an FM transmitter, which allows you to “distribute” music via FM radio to any receiver. Not the best option for speakerphone, but you can listen to songs stored on your phone from the car radio. The device is almost entirely plastic (only the strip on top is made of aluminum), but the lid is difficult to scratch due to the thinnest diamond coating, called the “hard hyperdiamond coat.” Inside the Fujitsu Arrows NX there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset, Android 5.0, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, a 3120 mAh battery, a 5.2" Quad HD screen without an air gap, a 21.5 MP CMOS camera with Sony sensor and a Xevic photo processor and a 2.4-megapixel front camera.

Competition between manufacturers of smartphones, tablets and other gadgets in last years has turned into a real arms race - each new model flaunts capabilities and features that competitors cannot boast of. Sometimes in an effort to create unique product developers go so far that many of the functions designed to provide the gadget with the closest attention from consumers are in fact completely useless or work solely for the image of the manufacturer.

1. Dual shooting mode

This interesting feature is present in some models of Samsung and LG smartphones and allows you to simultaneously take pictures from both cameras of the gadget. When photographing something, you can capture your facial expression at that moment, with a small self-portrait appearing in the corner of the main photo. Of course, it can be interesting to remember what kind of grimace you had during this or that event, but overall it is a pleasant trinket, nothing more.

2. Parallax wallpaper, Apple

Seventh operating room version iOS systems from Apple allows you to install on your desktop iPhone table or iPad, so-called wallpapers with a parallax effect, the main innovation of which is that their position changes depending on the movement of the gadget in space. The “floating” interface effect was achieved using a gyroscope and accelerometer that track the position of the tablet or smartphone in space. All this looks funny, but has no practical value - the feature only demonstrates the power of the latest line of Apple devices.

3. Air Call Accept application, Android platform

Owners of the most advanced smartphones from Samsung and other devices using the Android platform can enjoy the opportunity to control the gadget without even touching it: the user performs the necessary manipulations by moving his hand over the infrared sensor built into the device.

The paid version of the application has significantly expanded functionality: you can not only receive and make calls, but also enable speakerphone, send messages by e-mail about a rejected call and mute the sound if you want to ignore the caller.

The developers are confident that their invention will help people be less distracted by conversations when they are driving, but often mysterious body movements require more time and attention than simply pressing the “Answer” button.

4. "LG" with an unusual orientation

The vast majority of smartphones and tablets have hardware keys, such as volume buttons or on/off the device, located on the top or side edges, but LG decided to go its own way. At the presentation of the flagship model “G2”, the attention of journalists and consumers was immediately attracted by the unusual arrangement of the main buttons - on back cover apparatus.

According to representatives of the Korean corporation, original solution dictated by concern for consumers who have repeatedly complained that, for example, when shooting video and photos, it is difficult to hold a device with a large screen diagonal in your hands if you have to feel the tiny buttons on its sides. According to company representatives, the innovation makes it easier to use the gadget with one hand, but how practical such a solution is is still unclear - among the reviews about this characteristic feature There are both positive and negative aspects of a smartphone.

5. Samsung Smart Scroll feature

It seems that the producers electronic devices and app developers hope to eventually stop people from using their hands to operate gadgets altogether. Among others, the Korean giant Samsung continues experiments in this direction - the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 3" offer the user to scroll through Internet pages with one movement of the eyes, using the "Smart Scroll" function (can be translated as "smart scrolling").

The technology was implemented by DigitalOptics Corporation (DOC) and is still more decorative in nature - many are more accustomed to scrolling the old fashioned way using their fingers. However, according to experts, “Smart Scroll” is only one of the first “DOC” developments that will be used in gadgets. The company is also developing a facial recognition system and some other projects.

6. Quick launch of the camera (“Quick Capture Camera”), “Motorola X”

On most gadgets, entering photo or video camera mode is not difficult - you just need to press one or two buttons. However, Motorola assures that the feature of its flagship “X” is much more convenient: to turn on the camera, you need to “shake” the device twice, and to take a photo, you just need to touch the screen.

Of course, in some cases this allows you to save a fraction of a second, but more often than not, in order to take a successful photo, quick reaction time alone is not enough, and not everyone will like to constantly shake the gadget. Fortunately, the developers have provided the ability to disable fast launch.

7. Smart Stay function

Like many other gadget functions, Samsung's Smart Stay uses a trendy feature to track the user's eye position. If a person is looking at the screen, the built-in application will not turn off the backlight, and if, for example, while watching a video, you look away, the playback will stop. Perhaps this is really convenient, but apparently the company admits that the gadget’s overly sensitive reactions to eye movements can get boring - the function can be turned off.

8. Photography “HTC Zoe”

Modern smartphones and tablets allow anyone to feel like a professional photographer or film director: specialists from the Cupertino company and developers of Android-based devices are coming up with more and more new possibilities for processing images and videos.

The Taiwanese manufacturer HTC, trying to keep up with the market leaders, came up with the HTC Zoe system, which allows you to record 3-second videos, from which you can then get high-quality photographs. The problem is that the function is available only to HTC owners, and to view images and videos you will have to use special service from the manufacturer - “HTC Zoe” does not allow you to upload videos and pictures to social media like Facebook or Twitter.

9. Photo with sound

Samsung introduced this feature specifically for those who lack suitable sound when viewing photos. When you take a photo using the patented Sound & Shot technology, you can record a short comment (eight seconds maximum) that will be played while you look at the photo. Unfortunately, this function is practically useless - it is impossible to transfer the image to a computer along with the audio track.

10. “Group Play” function for Samsung gadgets

Wireless headsets and headphones using the Bluetooth data transfer protocol are much more convenient than outdated wired ones peripheral devices. This saves people from having to get tangled up in wires between the gadget and the headset, which are also constantly torn and pinched.

The Samsung Corporation has gone even further - it proposes to use wireless transmission data for playing music on devices within the capabilities of the gadget’s Wi-Fi transmitter. In other words, you can play your favorite song not only on your smartphone, but also on all those that are in close proximity, of course, provided that these are also Samsung products and they have this function.

"Group Play" can transfer music and images, but to get any pleasure from the "toy" you need to bring together at least several owners flagship models Korean manufacturer.
