  4. SUPPORT SERVICES. Because the Software is provided "as is", HTC may not provide support services for the Software. If you acquired the Software in Australia, New Zealand or Asia (excluding the Middle East), you have a contractual relationship with HTC Corporation, and the interpretation of this Agreement will be governed by the laws of Taiwan, which will apply to claims for breach thereof, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.   12. LEGAL IMPORTANCE. This Agreement does not change your rights under the laws of your country of residence unless the laws of your country allow it to legally change your rights.   13. COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW; EXPORT RULES.
