I would, of course, wait and take the iPhone X, but after getting acquainted with both “eights” I can say that there are many reasons to buy them right now. You remember how successfully it started, right? It was a smartphone in the old design, but with new camera and new iron. The current iPhone 8 essentially plays the same role - an unchanged form factor, which has become familiar to many, a new hardware base with all that it implies, but an old price.

In general, the iPhone 8 will one way or another be in the shadow of the iPhone X, but it has already gone on sale, while the “ten” is guaranteed to be in short supply until the beginning of next year (if it hits shelves at all in 2017). Well, let's try to take a sober look at the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus and evaluate how good these devices are on their own, without comparison with the upcoming flagship.
