If you don't have a credit card, you can create an account without one, but you won't be able to buy paid apps with your account, and some apps in the App Store aren't available for installation in the Russian Store.

Attention! Cyder II started giving an error after the next iTunes update. The cure is to copy the file sqlite3.dll from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support into the folder with the program and then replacing it.

Open the downloaded Cyder.
Go to the tab Sources. Right click (right mouse button) in the window, select +Add.
