Antutu benchmark tablet rating complete list. What is AnTuTu rating

The Antutu benchmark test is the easiest and most reliable way to determine the specifications and performance of a smartphone. Having studied the rating of Antutu smartphones in 2018, we have compiled a list of the most productive models.

10. Google Pixel 2 – 204,769 points

The price in the maximum configuration is 52,400 rubles.

The Pixel 2 is Google's second attempt at creating an Android version of the iPhone 8 and a suitable competitor to the Samsung Galaxy S9.

The back of the smartphone is pleasant to the touch and does not attract fingerprints, but the front side looks a little old-fashioned. Unlike the Pixel 2 XL or Samsung Galaxy S9, the Pixel 2 has a huge chin and forehead on either side of the 5-inch display. This is one of the few shortcomings of the device.

The advantages of the device include high performance. The Pixel 2 uses the same Snapdragon 835 platform, 4GB of RAM and 64GB to 128GB of storage as most other 2017 flagships. However, it remains fast in almost every single area, even compared to phones running Snapdragon 845.

Another factor that makes you choose the Google Pixel 2 is the excellent 12.2 MP rear camera. It has everything you need for high-quality shooting - from optical stabilization to laser autofocus. Photos taken by the Pixel 2 don't look like photos taken by the Samsung Galaxy S9 or iPhone 8. They have less rich colors and look more realistic. The level of detail in photos taken with the Pixel 2 is excellent. You'll be able to see everything from the pollen inside the flower to the text written on a sign in the distance. The smartphone camera also provides excellent contrast between the lightest and darkest parts of the photo.

9. Nokia 8 – 207,693

The average price is 27,083 rubles.

The flagship of the Finnish company is in ninth position in the Antutu rating of smartphones. Its design is simple and uncluttered - a combination of aluminum and glass, with curved edges and thin plastic antennas on the top and bottom edges. The screen is not too large - 5.3 inches, but it is very bright and has excellent contrast. Everything is clearly visible even in bright sun.

The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip, which is the standard processor in many flagship phones. This is a super-fast, yet energy-efficient professor that will handle all the games and applications you want to install. The volume of RAM and ROM is 4 and 64 GB.

The main dual 13-megapixel camera of Nokia 8 uses Carl Zeiss optics and takes pictures that are fairly balanced in color, brightness and contrast. The front camera also has a resolution of 13 MP.

With periodic surfing on the Internet, watching a couple of videos and other urgent matters for which the mobile phone was created, the 3090 mAh battery lasts for two days of use.

8. OnePlus 5 – 209,740

The average cost is 32990 in the maximum configuration.

One of the most balanced models in terms of price and performance in the Antutu phone performance rating of 2018.

It has a beautiful design, and the curved “back” fits perfectly into your palm. Even considering the 5.5-inch screen diagonal, the device does not look massive. However, it is pleasantly weighty, because its body is made entirely of aluminum.

On the back panel there is a headphone jack and a USB-C port with support for fast charging, as well as a microphone, mono speaker, and a compartment for two Nano SIM cards. But there is no microSD slot, so we recommend purchasing the version with 128 GB of flash memory. The amount of RAM ranges from 6 to 8 GB depending on the version.

One of the Sony IMX 398 main camera sensors has a resolution of 16 MP and an f/1.7 lens. Next to it is a telephoto lens for 2x zoom - a 20-megapixel one with a much narrower f/2.6 aperture. Thanks to this symbiosis of two sensors, the camera takes pictures with excellent brightness and detail in good lighting. However, with a lack of light, the quality of detail in the pictures is “lame”.

7. HUAWEI Mate 10 – 211,265

Can be purchased for 36,968 rubles

One of the largest gadgets in terms of screen diagonal (5.9 inches) and battery capacity (4000 mAh) in the full Antutu benchmark rating list for 2018.

The slightly curved shiny glass back panel combined with metal sides looks solid and elegant.

The Mate 10 has a few important additions that set it apart from the Pro device. Chief among them are the 3.5mm headphone jack and microSD slot. However, the Mate 10 comes with 64 GB of built-in storage and 4 GB of RAM.

In addition, the device is equipped with a USB-C port with Huawei's patented SuperCharge technology, and a Home button with a built-in fingerprint scanner.

The smartphone runs on a Kirin 970 processor and there is hardly an application or game that this chip cannot handle. The phone does get warm during long sessions, but not to the point where it becomes uncomfortable to hold.

The Mate 10 is also one of the few phones to support Cat 18. Right now this means almost nothing, but in the future the device will work with 1.2 Gbps networks.

The P10 series has a dual rear camera setup that combines a 12-megapixel color sensor with a 20-megapixel monochrome sensor. Moreover, both sensors have a wide f/1.6 aperture, and the color sensor is also equipped with OIS (optical image stabilization). This improves camera performance in low light.

6. OnePlus 5T – 212,261

Offered for 36,000 rubles

The difference between this version and OnePlus 5 is the increased screen diagonal - 6.01 inches. The weight has also increased slightly - if the OnePlus 5 weighs 153 grams, then the OnePlus 5T weighs 162 grams.

  • The fingerprint sensor has been moved to the rear panel, whereas in the OnePlus version it is built into the button located on the front of the device.
  • OnePlus 5T has a new unlocking method - facial recognition in a two-dimensional image.
  • The main 16/20 MP camera has also undergone minor changes. The secondary 20-megapixel sensor has an f/1.7 aperture, which allows you to take good quality photos in low light.
  • And the 16-megapixel selfie camera can now recognize the user's face.
  • The 5T version has RAM and internal memory of 8 GB and 128 GB, respectively. There is no option to expand the built-in storage.

The rest of the characteristics, as well as the positive and negative aspects of use, are the same for OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T.

5. Honor V10 – 212,346

Price, on average, 34,990 rubles in the maximum configuration

This beautiful smartphone with a heavy metal body is equipped with a 5.99-inch display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. This ratio is becoming increasingly popular among phone manufacturers with edge-to-edge screens.

Under the hood, the Honor V10 houses the latest Kirin 970 chip paired with 6GB of RAM. The amount of built-in storage starts from 64 GB and reaches 128 GB.

Like the OnePlus 5, the Honor V10 can be seen as a cheaper alternative to the Pixel 2 and Galaxy S9.

The rear dual 16/20 MP camera has not only a Pro mode, but also many presets for different shooting conditions. This allows the camera to take clear, detailed photos in both normal and low light.

4. HUAWEI Mate 10 Pro – 213 115

Cost, on average, 47,990 rubles

The four main differences between the Mate 10 Pro and the non-Pro version are:

  • lack of a memory card slot;
  • slightly larger screen size - 6 inches;
  • lack of a 3.5 mm headphone jack;
  • larger amount of RAM - 6 GB.

Given the 128 GB flash memory capacity, most Mate 10 Pro users don’t really need a memory card. And the smartphone comes with USB-C headphones.

3. Samsung Galaxy S9 (G960F) – 246,485

Can be purchased for 47,450 rubles

With the release of the Galaxy S8, Samsung broke new ground in smartphone design. The gadget had no large frames; it was replaced with a screen that extended from edge to edge of the gadget. Compared to the S8, other phones looked outdated. The Galaxy S9, with its 5.8-inch screen, retains the familiar overall look of the S8 while becoming more powerful.

The developers have also moved the fingerprint scanner to a more suitable location under the camera.

The “heart” of the device is either Snapdragon 845 or Exynos 9810 (varies depending on the region where you bought the smartphone). These processors support new features such as improved facial recognition and 960fps slow motion video recording.

The RAM capacity is 4 GB, which is 2 GB less than in the S9 Plus variant. The volume of built-in storage is 64 GB.

Galaxy S9 allows you to identify the user not only by fingerprint, but also by the iris of the eye.

But the biggest innovation in the Samsung Galaxy S9 is the camera. Instead of a fixed aperture lens, like every other smartphone camera, the S9 can switch between f/2.4 and f/1.5, providing ideal optics for day and night photography. If there is enough light, the aperture narrows to f/2.4. And when there is less light available, the lens will widen to f/1.5 to let in more light.

2. Samsung Galaxy S9+ (G965F) – 248,251

The S9+ version has several important differences from the regular S9.

  • Firstly, the screen size has increased - 6.2 inches.
  • Secondly, the battery capacity was increased - 3500 mAh.
  • Thirdly, not only a version with 64 GB of internal memory is available, but also with 128 GB and 256 GB. And the amount of RAM was increased to 6 GB. At the same time, a slot for expanding the built-in storage has been preserved.
  • Fourthly, the main camera has changed from a single 12 MP to a double – 12/12 MP.

The remaining characteristics of both flagships are similar.

The G965F model, which is sold in Russia and Europe, is equipped with a proprietary Exynos 9810 processor.

1. Samsung Galaxy S9+ (G965U) – 264,769

In the maximum configuration it costs 70,311 rubles

Here it is, the most powerful and productive smartphone according to Antutu tests. This is an unlocked model for the US and is equipped with the top-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chip. Otherwise, its characteristics are similar to the G965F model.

Many users test their devices for performance using various tests, and some also check performance in this way before purchasing. There are several such tests, and one of the most popular of them is AnTuTu Benchmark.

The word Benchmark means performance test, a control task necessary to determine the comparative characteristics of the performance of a computer system. Benchmarks are used to compare computer performance and are often a criterion for choosing a component from a particular manufacturer.

AnTuTu is a Chinese software product for determining the efficiency of smartphones and other devices based on ARM technology. The test separately tests the central processor, memory, graphics core and other hardware components and then adds up all the results.

In this article we will look at the results of testing the productivity of Android smartphones.

AnTuTu developers presented a smartphone performance rating for the 3rd quarter of 2015

After the third quarter of 2015, AnTuTu Benchmark ranked Android smartphones by performance. There have been changes compared to the assessment of the first quarter, because throughout the year there have been various presentations of new products for this year. The main battle is between phones with Exynos 7420 processor from Samsung and devices with Snapdragon 810 CPU.

The first five places are occupied by devices with the Exynos 7420 processor. The first place by a margin is occupied by Meizu Pro 5, and the next four places are occupied by representatives of Samsung. Meizu's victory in this rating is explained by the use of a screen with a lower resolution, which reduces the load on the CPU.

Such assessments may not always cover all aspects necessary for testing. Therefore, testing is often carried out using several benchmark tests. Even so, they may be accused of bias. So this rating cannot be called the only correct one. For a complete analysis, it is better to take the results of several tests.

In 2016, we will see the next battle between the new generation of Exynos and Snapdragon. Or maybe next year MediaTek will be able to intervene in their rivalry with its Helio X20/X30 or HiSilicon Kirin 950 made by Huawei.

Not all smartphones with powerful characteristics show high results in the Antutu test program. Phones often have different processors and video cards, which may not differ in performance, but provide different data when tested. On this occasion, especially for you, we have compiled an up-to-date rating of the most powerful smartphones according to the Antutu Benchmark program for December 2018.

I would like to say right away that these numbers are conditional; the scores obtained on these screens may differ due to various nuances: throttling, various programs for speeding up and disabling necessary and unnecessary programs, etc. Many manufacturers have learned to cheat the well-known program Antutu Benchmark so you shouldn’t blindly believe that if you have a lot of points, your smartphone won’t slow down or glitch!

Below we decided to show you the TOP 50 most powerful smartphones of 2018 according to AnTuTu. We took the information from the official website http://www.antutu.com/en/ranking/rank1.htm, so all the information is 100% reliable, the only one currently in first place is HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro 305437 points.

Vivo Nex S

The Vivo Nex S smartphone became the first frameless smartphone without a notch and its screen occupied 91% of the entire front area. This was an absolute record at the time the smartphone was released. They decided to hide the front camera in the smartphone and make it pop-out, which helped achieve this frameless effect. The fingerprint scanner is not located on the back of the device, but directly on the screen. I touched the display and the smartphone immediately unlocked. The 4000 mAh battery is enough for absolutely all applications and games, and the smartphone also uses a fast charging system. Vivo Nex S charges 100% in just 1.5 hours.

Surely you’ve heard about a certain “AnTuTu rating”. News that another record in this rating has been broken by a recently released new product is published quite often. Almost every review uses the same AnTuTu to determine the performance of the device, in addition to gaming and software tests.

Unfortunately, not all users know what the AnTuTu rating is, why it is needed and what the data in its tables means. Meanwhile, this information is very useful and can provide you with real help when choosing a new device. What is the AnTuTu rating, how to use it and what the test results say - KNOW-HOW experts will tell you, let's go!

First, let’s look at what “synthetic tests” are and what they are needed for. Such applications are verification programs. You can download them completely free of charge in branded application stores for the most popular mobile operating systems - Android and iOS.

During testing, “synthetic” puts the maximum load on the device’s hardware, simulating the most severe operating scenarios of the device. A similar load is rarely achieved even when running several applications and graphically complex games simultaneously. Therefore, during such testing, the device operates at the limit of its capabilities and shows the real level of performance.

Test results are displayed in points; the more points, the better the performance of a particular device and, accordingly, the higher its position in the overall rating of devices.

Points are great, but a logical question arises: how can you determine the approximate performance of a device based on their number?

In fact, everything is very simple - just look at the top lines of the rating. Flagship devices, the undisputed leaders in performance, firmly occupy their positions there. Yes, the rating is regularly updated, the results are improving, but this does not prevent you from focusing on the indicated numbers.

Naturally, the better the performance of a device, the higher its cost; it’s not for nothing that flagship solutions occupy the TOP 10 of the rating. But there are other categories of devices, including budget ones, that provide optimal performance for almost any task.

Conventionally, we can distinguish several categories based on test results, expressed in AnTuTu score ranges, which are shown in the table below.

Summary table of AnTuTu scores and performance

Summarizing

The AnTuTu synthetic test and device rating are simple and very convenient tools that allow you to determine the real performance and capabilities of a particular device. This data will be very useful in the process of choosing a new smartphone or tablet.

Let's say you are choosing between two options - one smartphone is more expensive, the other is cheaper, but it is the performance of a particular model that comes first for you. In this case, it is enough to refer to the rating to understand which device has higher performance and meets your needs.

In addition to AnTuTu, there are other synthetic tests to check the capabilities of gadgets. But it is AnTuTu that is the most popular option among similar programs, due to its simplicity, versatility, accessibility and huge user database, on the basis of which rating tables are regularly adjusted. Therefore, if you need to find out the real performance of the device, the AnTuTu synthetic test will be the best choice to check the capabilities of the device.

Antutu Benchmark is one of the most popular applications that compares the technical characteristics of smartphone models. The number of its users worldwide has exceeded 100 million. And every month a new rating of smartphones from Antutu is published on the application’s website, where everyone can see which smartphone was recognized as the best.

The criteria are:

  • processor power and operating speed of RAM/external memory;
  • the ability of a smartphone to reproduce 2D/3D graphics;
  • Ease of use.

Total Antutu score: 149678

The Antutu smartphone performance rating opens with one of the cheapest 5.5-inch smartphones with the Snapdragon 820 chipset. The manufacturer equipped it with 6 GB of LPDDR4 RAM, which is even more than is required for extreme multitasking. Another advantage of the OnePlus 3 is the 16 MP f/2.0 main camera with optical image stabilization and LED flash. In addition, the smartphone can shoot video in 4K UHD resolution, has an NFC chip and a fingerprint sensor, supports fast battery charging, and is housed in a durable metal case. All these advantages make OnePlus 3 a desirable purchase.

Its disadvantages include the lack of a slot for MicroSD cards and a 3000 mAh battery capacity, which is not enough for long-term operation of the Snapdragon 820 processor and Adreno 530 video accelerator.

14. LeEco Le Pro 3

Total score: 154169

One of the main advantages of the device is the very powerful Snapdragon 821 chip, thanks to which you don’t have to worry about the smartphone not being able to handle new games and heavy applications for two or three years. As for the amount of RAM and internal memory, it ranges from 4 to 6 GB and from 32 to 128 GB, depending on the configuration. The Adreno 530 video accelerator is responsible for the graphics part.

The quality of the primary 16MP camera is very good even in low light conditions. The main camera has the ability to capture 4K video at 30 frames per second. You can also shoot video in slow motion mode in 720p resolution at 120 frames per second.

The flagship from the LeEco brand carries a 4070 mAh battery on board, which puts it on par with

But the device does not have a slot for MicroSD cards, although you can connect an external flash drive using USB OTG.

13. Lenovo ZUK Z2151

Total score: 156221

Featuring a 5.5-inch display, the smartphone is powered by a high-performance quad-core Snapdragon 821 chipset and Adreno 530 GPU, which is cooler than Mali and supports all the latest mobile graphics and computing APIs.

The resolution of the main camera is 13 MP, and the selfie camera is 8 MP. The device is powered by a 3100 mAh battery.

This smartphone has 4GB of RAM to support multitasking and 32GB of internal storage for photos, videos, music, movies and apps. Additionally, you can expand your phone's memory using a memory card.

12.OnePlus 3T

Total score: 158057

This 5.5-inch smartphone has excellent 3D graphics performance. And it’s not surprising, because inside it is a quad-core Snapdragon 821 processor from Qualcomm and the latest Adreno 530 video accelerator. Any games available in the Google Play Store will run on this device without lags or overheating.

The smartphone has 6 GB of RAM for multitasking. The earlier version of OnePlus 3 had problems with low memory, but this model is free of such problems.

Like OnePlus, the model labeled 3T has a 16 MP main camera with optical image stabilization and can record video at 2160p resolution, that is, 4K. Slow motion video is possible in 720p resolution at 120 frames per second.

The battery capacity has been increased to 3400 mAh (from 3000 mAh), and this guarantees the device up to two days of operation without recharging.

There is no slot for memory expansion. But if you can afford the 128GB internal storage option, then this won't be a problem.

11. iPhone 7

Total score: 158143

The super popular, prestigious, waterproof 4.7-inch smartphone from Apple ended up only in 11th place in the ranking, since its 3D graphics performance is not brilliant. The overall score there was 43969, while the nearest “neighbor” OnePlus 3T had 61960.

But in terms of processor performance, memory and ease of use, the iPhone 7 has good performance.

Its iOS 10 OS has a range of apps and features not available on older iPhone models. But the iPhone 7 itself can run almost any application ever created for the iOS platform.

The device is equipped with an A10 Fusion chip with four cores: two cores with increased performance and two with low power consumption, which consume less battery power during everyday tasks.

Apple says the combination of a larger battery that fills some of the space previously occupied by the headphone jack, a power-efficient processor, and improvements to iOS 10 allows iPhone 7 to last two hours longer than the iPhone 6S.

The iPhone 7 also has a 12 MP camera with f/1.8 aperture, which can compete with mid-range SLR cameras in terms of photo and video quality.

Many users are unhappy that the headphone jack has disappeared in the seventh version. There is also no slot for memory cards. And in appearance the smartphone is no different from the iPhone 6.

10. Samsung Galaxy S8 (G950U1)

Total score: 164033

Since there are as many as four Galaxy smartphones in different modifications in the rating, we’ll describe in more detail what the S8 is, what the S8+ is, and how the modifications are different from each other.

The plus version of the Samsung Galaxy S8 differs much less from the regular one than the previous S7 differs from the S7 Edge. The two main and main differences are the screen diagonal (the regular one has 5.8 inches, the plus one has 6.2) and the battery size (the plus one has 500 mAh more). Otherwise, they are almost completely identical to each other (provided the modifications match, of course).

Both smartphones have an original futuristic design with a frameless screen with rounded edges that instantly attracts attention. An OLED screen with a diagonal of 6.2 inches and a resolution of 2960x1440 detects up to 10 touches simultaneously, has anti-glare plus an olephobic coating.

The main camera of 12 MP and an f/1.7 aperture lens is considered one of the best among smartphones. And the eight-core processor and high-performance video accelerator ensure that the smartphone will freely handle anything, including games.

True, the Galaxy S8 also has disadvantages, and one of them is inexpressive sound.

The S8 G950U1 model, which took tenth place in the Antutu smartphone rating, is intended for the American market. It has a Snapdragon 835 processor and an Adreno 540 video adapter.

9. iPhone 7 Plus

Total score: 167891

Perhaps fans of the Apple company will not agree that the next brainchild of their favorite company took only ninth place in the 2017 Antutu Benchmark smartphone rating. If in terms of processor power the iPhone 7 Plus is the undisputed leader (maximum score in the top ten), then in terms of 3D graphics playback speed) the number of points in the top 10 is minimal. Brief technical specifications: 5.5-inch display, first-time quad-core SoC Apple A10 Fusion with integrated PowerVR GT7600 graphics processor, 2 cameras and from 32 to 128 GB of memory without expandability.

8. Sony Xperia XZ Premium G8141

Total score: 168336

A very good 4K display, calibrated to incredible clarity, excellent sound, high performance (Snapdragon 835 processor, Adreno 540 video adapter, 4 GB RAM) - all this makes the Sony Xperia XZ Premium G8141 one of the best and most powerful smartphones of 2017. Added to the benefits is one of the best selfie cameras.

The Sony Xperia has problems mainly with battery life (for example, when watching a video, the charge will last for about four hours) and the camera – the shooting quality at night is frankly poor.

7. Samsung Galaxy S8+ (G9550)

Total score: 170487

The version of the Samsung Galaxy S8+ supplied to China is equipped with slots for two SIM cards, a Snapdragon 835 processor, and its video adapter is Adreno 540. As for memory, the G9550 comes in two versions - either 64 and 4 GB, or 128 and 6 GB of built-in and RAM, respectively.

6. Mi 6

Total score: 172075

One of the next flagship from Xiaomi continues to delight with both quality and performance, as well as price. It is now made of steel rather than aluminum like the Mi 5 version and is slightly heavier.

A 5.15-inch display with 4K resolution, an eight-core Snapdragon 835 chip, an Adreno 540 graphics adapter, 6 GB of RAM and 64 (or 128) GB of flash memory - all this ensures that even the heaviest toy on a smartphone will simply fly. At the same time, a fairly large 3350 mAh battery suggests that you can play for a long time.

Traditionally, the Mi 6, like other Xiaomi flagships, only lacks quality in the camera.

5. Samsung Galaxy S8 (G950F)

Total score: 172610

And this modification of the Samsung Galaxy S8 is intended for the European market and is practically no different from the American one, with the exception of the processor (here it is Exynos 8895 Octa) and the video adapter (Mali-G71 MP20). The coral color of the “cover” of the American version was also replaced by the pink of the European version, but this is unlikely to affect performance.

4. Samsung Galaxy S8+ (G955F)

Total score: 172711

The most productive of all S8+ modifications is the SM-G955F model, supplied to the European market. It is designed for one SIM card, Exynos 8895 Octa processor, Mali-G71 MP20 video adapter. Memory: 64 GB flash memory, 4 GB for built-in applications.

Despite the manufacturer’s assurances that both processors and video adapters are similar to each other, the Antutu benchmark and the smartphone rating based on it clearly show the superiority of the Exynos 8895 Octa and the Mali-G71 MP20 graphics accelerator over the Snapdragon 835 and the Adreno 540 video chip.

3. Nubia Z17

Total score: 177122

Another smartphone based on the latest achievements in processor technology is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC, and the amount of RAM in the maximum configuration of Nubia is a record – 8 GB (with 128 GB built-in). Apparently, the only thing that prevented Nubia from gaining the maximum number of points was a problem with the branded shells - they start to slow down at the most inopportune moment.

2. HTC U11

Total score: 179883

HTC's processor is the well-proven eight-core Snapdragon 835, and the graphics adapter is Adreno 540. The amount of memory is not much different from other smartphones in the rating - 6 GB of RAM, 64 (or 128) GB of built-in. Everything else is also excellent - from the color rendering of the display to the camera, one of the. HTC U11 scored uniformly high points in all categories, losing only a little to the leader in performance.

1. OnePlus 5

Total score: 181042

The “flagship killer” strikes again – the new smartphone from the Chinese company OnePlus is a worthy competitor to more popular brands (although, unfortunately, its price level is already starting to approach them). A 5.5-inch diagonal screen with 4K resolution, a quad-core Snapdragon 835 chipset, an Adreno 540 video adapter, 6 GB of RAM and 64 built-in memory - it’s immediately clear that the smartphone “keeps its nose to the wind” in terms of hardware. The smartphone will handle both heavy games and 100,500 open tabs in the browser. At the same time, it heats up not much more than the temperature of the human body. The autonomy of the device is also excellent, and you can watch videos on it for at least 15 hours. In general, OnePlus 5 deservedly bears the title of the most powerful smartphone of 2017.
