Registration in the system ==>>

Hello, friends! This is Andrey Khvostov, author of the blog and founder of the project. I decided to leave a review about the work of Wallet One services.

Today my review will be of interest to everyone who works in e-commerce, as well as ordinary Internet users who often buy and pay for services online and are looking for a simple and safe service.

Competition among such payment services is constantly growing, and online payment providers are forced to attract customers with new features and special conditions.

One of these companies, Wallet One, along with its competitors, is actively developing and improving payment solutions. It is known in the market for two services. "Single Wallet" - multi-currency wallet, in which you can transfer money to other users electronic wallets, pay for purchases in Russian and foreign online stores. “Unified Cash Desk” is an aggregator of online business payment solutions.

I read a lot of reviews about Wallet One - both positive and not so positive, and decided to figure out the features, advantages and disadvantages of this product myself. payment system.

First a little reference information. International universal service payments Wallet One operates in the field of ecommerce since 2007.

Besides electronic wallet and a tool used by stores that sell goods online, Wallet One has 500,000 terminals for depositing Money, as well as several ways to withdraw funds to different currencies. In addition, the company also develops individual projects for the tasks of various businesses, for example, lotteries, banks and other large companies.

In this review, I decided to combine reviews of the “Unified Cash Desk” and “Unified Wallet” - two services of the Wallet One company. I’ll start with the cash register, which on many forums is called a good alternative to Yandex.Checkout, Robokassa, PayOnline and other payment services.

With Wallet One, Internet entrepreneurs get access to all popular methods of accepting payments when concluding one agreement: Internet acquiring, online banking, electronic money, via SMS, in cash through payment terminals and communication shops - in total more than 100 methods of accepting payments.

Another important advantage noted by users of the payment service from Wallet One is multi-currency, with the help of which any store can go beyond the Russian market and increase conversion by accepting payments in foreign currency. Legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and even non-residents have the opportunity to start working with the Unified Cash Office.

Feedback on the work of Wallet One services - how to connect the “Unified Cash Desk”

One of the main features that distinguishes the payment system from Wallet One is the connection process. On various forums I came across a lot of positive feedback about the ease of connecting the “Unified Cash Desk”.

Indeed, you can register very simply in four steps. The site has detailed instructions that describe all the stages of connecting the aggregator, down to the smallest details, so I decided to only briefly highlight the main steps.

1. Registration

We start by registering an account on the page, indicating your cell number or email. Next, your account will be created in the Wallet One database.

In it you will need to add the necessary personal information, there you can change the password and view the statistics that interest you. To log into your account, you will need to indicate your phone number or e-mail as your login.

Already in your account in “Settings” you can manage stores and, for example, create new project. All details are described in the tips, so this will not cause any difficulties.

By the way, Wallet One has different requirements for personal and business accounts and sets different limits. A business account requires providing information about a legal entity and signing an agreement with any operator that is a partner of Wallet One, however, the possibilities for transactions here are higher.

And to work with a personal account in the “Unified Cash Desk” you will need standard identification, which all users of electronic wallets undergo for unlimited transactions with their funds. I will tell you in detail about identification a little later.

In Wallet One, online services have the ability to select the currency units in which they will be billed. Of course, in this matter, each entrepreneur must take into account the characteristics of his customers and business segment in order to make the most profitable use of the multicurrency of the payment aggregator.

2. Activation of an online store account

The second stage is activation. Here you will need to enter information about the store and confirm contacts through which you can keep in touch. A checkbox is also placed here to agree to payment for the services of the “Unified Cash Desk” service.

On specified address You will receive instructions on how to quickly confirm the project in the payment system.

  1. Moderation stage

All payment services moderate projects before starting work. In the “Unified Cash Desk” the moderation procedure is more strict, but I would not consider this a disadvantage.

Quite the contrary, this approach at the start allows you to settle all the formalities once and for all and work in the future without any unexpected checks or surprises.

At the moderation stage, Wallet One specialists check the legitimacy of your business activity, the completeness and truthfulness of the data that you specified in your personal account profile, etc.

After completing this procedure, online stores linked to personal accounts can immediately begin accepting payments and withdrawing funds in any convenient way, subject to the specified restrictions for accounts of this type.

And when working with business accounts of online stores, you will need to conclude an agreement in order to use unlimited opportunities for withdrawing money.

If moderation is successfully completed, Wallet One will send you the following message:

By the way, I can’t help but mention another nice competitive feature of the “Unified Cash Office” - it is multi-project, that is, the ability to run several businesses within one office.

Serial entrepreneurs will especially appreciate this tool. In one screen you can control different services and projects: attach new ones, edit information on old ones, switch, view balance, history, change settings, etc. At the same time, each store displays its own balance, so you can easily track the success of all projects separately.

  1. Technical integration

Technically, absolutely any user can set up a “Unified Checkout” in a store without understanding the intricacies of the integration process. To do this, you do not need to have any special knowledge in the field of website design and payment instruments.

Moreover, you don’t even need to set up integration if you have a small business and few orders.

For such cases, Wallet One provides a function for sending customers links to pay for orders by e-mail - in the interface of the “Invoices” section there is a “Submit an invoice” button. In addition, on a special page of the site you can create such a link-invoice yourself.

Technically, integrating the “Unified Cash Desk” will be necessary for large Internet services and projects - then the process of accepting payments will take place in automatic mode. Wallet One has two solutions for this:

  • Connecting a ready-made payment module

Review of Wallet One services - mobility

About mobility. Another pleasant bonus that Unified Cash Desk clients receive is free mobile versions developed for Android and iOS.

Right in mobile phone, at any time and anywhere (of course, if there is an Internet connection), tracking of all payment transactions with statistics on payment methods and detailed analytics is available. Well, isn't it wonderful in our time? mobile time? The application is called Merchant W1, you can download it from Google Play and the App Store

By the way, those who are interested and want to try have the opportunity to see the “Unified Cash Desk” “in action” - in a demonstration store

About the “Unified Cash Office” this is probably all I wanted to say. Now let's take a look at Wallet One's custom service for those who want an easy-to-use payment tool using electronic money and transfers of funds to other users.

Feedback on the work of Wallet One services - a short overview of the “Single Wallet” Wallet One.

Wallet One positions itself as a service that has made online payments simple and convenient. The main advantages that all users note and I can confirm are five-minute registration, a large number of services that can be paid for with a minimum commission, or even without it at all, and of course, the variety of these services: mobile communications, fines, Internet, TV, Viber, game currency, lotteries, social networks, etc.

You can also transfer funds charitable foundation or another user (even one who does not have a Wallet One wallet) and much more. You can top up your wallet from terminals, from a bank card, and you can withdraw money from your account in a variety of ways. different ways.

But the best thing, of course, is not to withdraw money from your wallet, but to pay a variety of providers with these funds. All these payments can be made from your account on the website or through mobile version wallet The Wallet One wallet application is designed for operating Android systems and iOS.

Feedback on the work of Wallet One services - registering a Wallet One wallet

So, you can create a Wallet One wallet in a few minutes. To do this you need to open the page https://www.walletone.com/ru/wallet/. When you click on the “Registration” button on the right top corner A window will pop up where you indicate your mobile number. It is to this phone number that you will receive passwords for any payment transactions.

Please keep in mind that if you lose your mobile phone or change your number, you must immediately notify Wallet One customer support to avoid problems with access to your funds.

To enter your personal wallet account, use your wallet number, consisting of 12 digits, or your cell phone number in the format +7XXXZZZWWYY.

Of course, there is a function to change the password. Look for it in the Settings/Security section. If you forget your login passwords, you can use the one-time temporary password, which will come to your phone.

Control Panel - Feedback on Wallet One services

Everything here is simple and clear. All information is available in the column on the right:

  • Payment (with a large selection of providers and services whose services you can pay for);
  • Transfers (for example, to another user’s wallet account, and also, for example, to transfer money to a bank card or account);
  • Replenishment (where you can link your bank card to replenish your wallet account, as well as find other ways in which you can conveniently replenish your wallet);
  • Exchange (useful if you want to pay for a purchase in foreign currency in foreign stores);
  • Templates (here you can save regular payments and not waste time entering data each time to make a payment. In the same section you can delete and edit recurring payments);
  • History (the entire transaction history so you don’t miss anything);
  • Analytics (will help you navigate the expenses of your wallet and optimize spending).
Section “Settings” - Feedback on the work of Wallet One services

It is important to know about one feature of electronic wallets. Russian law does not allow anonymous use of funds in electronic wallets with more than 15,000 rubles in the account.

Passing identification (or, more simply, presenting documents) will free you from restrictions and open up opportunities with expanded limits and transfers. You can see how identified wallets differ from unidentified ones here:

What is identification and how to go through it - review of the work of Wallet One services

Many users believe that the rules for identifying the Wallet One wallet are very complex, I decided to figure it out on my own and was convinced personal experience that there is nothing complicated here.

I passed the Skype identification without any difficulties. First you had to send e-mail scanned or photographed documents (passport, SNILS and application).

They look through them (the main thing is that the photos are clear and readable). They offer to choose a time when it is convenient for you to call on Skype.

Then they call and ask to see the original documents sent. In total, this call lasted no more than 5 minutes. In my opinion, Skype identification is an excellent and most convenient way. In the case, for example, with Yandex.Money, you had to go to their office with documents and an application, but here everything can be done without leaving your home.

We are accustomed to the fact that without a passport, no bank will even talk to us - to open an account or make any other transactions in a bank, you need an identity card. To be honest, I don’t understand why this process seems so incredibly difficult for e-wallet users.

Feedback on the work of Wallet One services - an identified online wallet

An account in an electronic wallet is practically a bank account, only opened on the Internet. A service that provides the opportunity to open online wallet, just like the bank, is responsible for everything that happens with your funds, as well as for their safety.

Wallet One has a license from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, and in case of any violations, the payment service (like any bank) has its license revoked. So I advise my readers who decide to create a “Single Wallet” to treat identification as an inevitable formality that must be observed in exchange for an expanded list of available operations with this wallet. Again, I repeat, I was convinced from my own experience that this devil is not so terrible.

Identification in different payment services can be done in different ways, although in general they are all similar. Wallet One clients have the opportunity to identify themselves using one of the following options:

  • - provide an application and passport at one of the Contact system points;
  • - visit to the office with a passport, where you can fill out an application;
  • - undergo video identification. To do this you will need a computer with internet and installed Skype or Viber. You will be able to choose the time to call the Wallet One operator;
  • - You can also write an application, have it notarized and send it by mail.

Feedback on the work of Wallet One services - Payment

In my opinion, electronic money is good for paying profitably without leaving home and, for example, being able to send money to friends or relatives.

With the Wallet One wallet, all these opportunities will be open: top up your phone, pay for utilities, internet, buy currency in some computer game, pay off fines, etc. - generally standard set, available in other wallets. Here main question as a commission percentage. U Wallet One is average on the market, and in some places it doesn’t exist at all.

Review of Wallet One services - Security criteria

For me it's probably main criterion when choosing a service for electronic payments. With this case, everything is in order in the Wallet One wallet: the built-in anti-fraud system identifies scammers, all operations are carried out according to international standards PCI DSS security, using the SSL protocol, and Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode security systems - in a word, a complete set so that you don’t have to worry about the security of your electronic funds.

Feedback on the work of Wallet One services - Topping up the “Single Wallet”

You can top up your Wallet One wallet in a variety of ways, most of which are commission-free. You can view them here: https://www.walletone.com/ru/wallet/topup/

Cashless replenishment is bank transfer directly using the details or transfer from a VISA or MasterCard card. There is a small feature that needs to be taken into account. When replenishing your account with payment card you will be limited in your ability to use this money - you can only spend it on certain services that are available to anonymous users.

If the wallet is not identified, payments can only be made in favor of a limited number of operators (mobile phone, housing and communal services services, TV and Internet, IP telephony, fines and others that are not subject to the ban on payment with “secured money”).

Also keep in mind that if you decide to top up your wallet with a plastic card, you will be required to prove that you are its owner; for this, a test withdrawal of an amount of up to ten rubles will be carried out from your card and you will have to indicate exact figure withdrawn funds.

You, as the cardholder, can find out this amount in your account on the bank’s website, in the received SMS if you have telephone notifications enabled, or, for example, you can find out from the bank operator by phone.

If you decide to withdraw your funds from the “Unified Wallet”, you will be offered several options: transfer directly to your bank account or card, or receive in cash at post offices or Unistream system offices. Can view the entire list of withdrawal options.

Do not forget to carefully read the commission that will be deducted from the withdrawal amount. As for the time of enrollment, some transfers are delayed, others are almost instantaneous. Keep this in mind so as not to get into trouble when you need to withdraw funds immediately.

A notable feature of the “Unified Wallet” is that it allows you to work with big amount foreign currencies, such as the dollar, euro, national currencies of Ukraine and Belarus, Kazakhstan (tenge), Tajikistan (somoni), Azerbaijan (manat), Kyrgyzstan (som), Georgia (lari), Poland (zloty).

Feedback on the work of Wallet One services - Conclusions

In general, my review of the Wallet One services is as follows: great alternative other electronic wallets and payment services with a large number of different features, reasonable tariffs and, most importantly, convenient mobile versions.

Of course, not a single payment service is protected from malfunctions. We can only believe that Wallet One is taking all measures to avoid problems and malfunctions in the service.

On the Internet, I will tell you how to register with WalletOne (a single wallet), what advantages it has and how to work with it. In previous articles I told, and. We will gradually look at everything we need to make money on the Internet and invest.

On this day in 2007, the first user of the service was registered, and on June 18, 2007, the first payment was made in favor of the cellular operator. Client software

The service is multi-platform. The following applications are used to work with the service:

Service capabilities

Operations available to the user in the system:

Registration in the system

Registration in the service is possible using a mobile phone number or email address. After they are confirmed, the user can use them as a login to log in to the system along with the 12-digit wallet number received upon registration.

Discussions and criticism

The service was initially criticized for having beta status. Project manager Konstantin Shilov explained in an interview that the beta testing status is due to the constant introduction of new functionality into public use.

Errors on the part of the system administration are not uncommon. One of the most memorable is misleading users with the launch new service"Single phone". In a widespread press release from the company and on the website (subsequently, it was corrected under the pressure of indignant users) it was reported: “From now on, owners of W1 electronic wallets can not only send free SMS messages, but also make free calls, both abroad and within Russia. … Services are provided free of charge as a bonus for using the “Unified Wallet” service. By topping up the wallet and making regular payments, the client gets the opportunity to make calls and send SMS messages for free.” In fact, it turned out that to do free call no one will succeed, since they will need to pay 1.5 rubles for two phone connections. for each. However, the press release was circulated on news sites, and the company never issued a retraction. In addition, the site does not have LiveChat. Communication with the administration occurs through the form on the website, and then by e-mail.

(Wallet One, W1), meets the logo with the inscription "W1 beta". Such a greeting gives the impression that he has arrived on the site of a service that has just opened, or at least has not yet found its feet. In fact, “Unified Wallet” was created in 2007 (the official birthday was June 2, when the first user registered with the service), and in currently is a developed Internet platform for making online payments. As project manager Konstantin Shilov explained in an interview with Moneynews.ru, the company still prefers to maintain the “beta” status because new functions and services are constantly being put into operation.

The rest of the service’s website pleases the eye with its simplicity and convenience. If you find it difficult to navigate the multi-level drop-down menu in the left column (on all pages of the site except the main one), then at the very bottom of each page of the service there is something like a site map, which does not interfere with normal walking through the pages of the service, because it is visible to the eye only when scrolling. Personally, I really liked this usability solution, although to some it seems redundant.

The owner of this payment service is the company CJSC Information Processing Center (Moscow). User funds are secured by funds placed on the settlement accounts of CJSC IPC. These funds are actually advance payments from users against future orders. The same company owns the X-PLAT electronic payment system. Thus, the “Unified Wallet” was not created from scratch, and almost from the moment of its opening it was able to provide customers with a large selection of service providers connected to the system. At the moment, using the “Single Wallet” you can pay for mobile communication services, Internet providers (the number of which is the largest in the list of services - nearly three hundred!), IP telephony, satellite and cable television and utilities, and purchase popular online game money -games and pay for the purchase of goods in online stores, as well as repay loans from banks (in total - more than 600 providers of services and goods). An unexpectedly pleasant feature of the “Single Wallet” is the absence of commissions for the vast majority of transactions. The system does not charge a penny for making payments, and this is what makes it unique compared to similar services. Commissions are imposed only on the service of repaying loans (2% + 50 rubles) and exchanging money for the currency of other payment systems (up to 2%). However, this does not mean that there is no need to pay for services to system partners - dealers through whose terminals payments are made.

In addition to this, a number of other goodies await the user in the User’s Personal Account, such as: the ability to communicate ( sending SMS-messages and making phone calls from computer to phone), free video hosting, affiliate program, bonuses, promotions and more.

The set of currencies that “One Wallet” works with is very extravagant: these are Russian rubles, American dollars, Ukrainian hryvnia and... South African rands! Moreover, in South Africa, “One Wallet” (under the W1 South Africa brand) started almost a year and a half earlier than in Ukraine (United Gamanets brand) - February 2009 and June 2010, respectively.

Registration in the "Unified Wallet"

More simple process I don’t know about registration, and this applies not only to payment systems. You just need to indicate your E-mail or mobile phone number and tick the box that you agree to the terms of the Public Offer. After clicking the "Register" button on your contact number You instantly receive a message from the service, which contains the 12-digit number of your newly created wallet and password. You can use either this number or your E-mail/mobile phone number as a login when logging into your Personal Account.

This is far from the only way to connect to the system! There are several more that are just as quick and simple, with which you can quickly register and then work with your wallet.

1. If you intend to work with “Wallet One” using a mobile phone connected to the Internet, then you just need to install the “W1 Java Mobile” Java application. You can download it. However, if you don't really respect various applications, you can access the wap version of the site using mobile device with configured GPRS Internet and work with the wallet through the Web interface.

2. If you have a PDA with operating system Windows Mobile, the “W1 Windows Mobile Touch” application is at your service (download). To run the application on Windows Mobile 5, the .NET Compact Framework 2.0 library must be installed. If you don't have it installed yet, you can download it.

3. For users of smartphones with operating Symbian system The payment service has developed the W1 Symbian Mobile application (you can download it).

4. For Windows users The Vista gadget “W1 Vista Gadget” is available for download, with which you can quickly access your wallet.

Working with "Unified Wallet"

The web interface of the “Single Wallet” Personal Account pleases the eye with its simplicity combined with maximum information content and convenience. At the top there is a navigation and account information panel, below the window is divided into three columns: news; wallet management and work with it (double navigation bar, but more detailed, allowing you to immediately go to the desired item) and the “Selected Providers” panel, where information about the providers to whose accounts you made payments is automatically entered - thus, when repeated payments no need to enter payment information again.

Replenishment methods

1. Top up your wallet with cash

You can top up your “Unified Wallet” using almost any payment terminal system. In most cases, funds are credited to the balance of the “Single Wallet”; for some terminal networks it takes up to 2-24 hours. The commission for replenishment depends on the payment system and ranges from 0 to 7%.

For those who prefer to top up their account with cash, the following methods are also available:

Bank transfer from any Russian bank (transfer details can be taken);

Payment acceptance points based on communication stores (MTS, Alt Telecom, Svyaznoy, Euroset and others);

Payment acceptance points international systems money transfers Contact (commission 1.5% of the transfer amount, but not less than 60 rubles) and UNIStream (commission of Unistream Bank - 1%, but not less than 50 rubles, at service points of partner banks of OJSC CB Unistream - 2 %).

2. Non-cash methods of replenishing the “Single Wallet” are as follows:

1. Transfer from a bank account via Internet banking systems (only for individuals; commission - in accordance with bank tariffs, transfer period - 3-5 working days)

2. Transfer from bank accounts Visa cards and MasterCard, issued by banks in Russia and other countries former CIS, and allowing you to make payments on the Internet. This type of wallet replenishment requires user authorization, since a transfer from a bank card, according to the rules of the system, can only be carried out by the owner of the wallet. Therefore, before linking your card to your wallet, you must fill out the “Personal Data” fields in the settings tab (full name, passport details) and confirm your mobile phone number in the system.

The first time you use the card to top up your wallet, you will need to activate it. It consists in the fact that a random amount within 10 rubles is blocked on the card. Activation will be carried out only after the owner finds out this amount from his bank and indicates it in his Personal Account (tab "Settings" - "My bank cards"). A successfully completed card activation procedure confirms the identity of its owner.

The card is activated once and further payments from it are made automatically.

The amount credited from the card to the wallet acquires a special status - “Protected money”. The following restrictions apply:

  • it is impossible to transfer money from wallet to wallet;
  • it is impossible to transfer money to other payment systems (including the limited purchase of Ukash vouchers);
  • it is impossible to repay loans;
  • it is impossible to pay for goods and services in online stores;
  • It is impossible to withdraw money using normal methods.

Thus, money credited from a bank card can be spent only to pay for services. But funds deposited from the card can be returned (only to the card itself).

The amounts of deposits from bank cards are also limited:

  • the amount of one payment is not less than 100 and not more than 3,000 rubles;
  • the amount of payments per day does not exceed 3,000 rubles;
  • the amount of payments per month does not exceed 30,000 rubles.

3. Exchange of electronic currencies

1. In addition to the methods described above for replenishing your “Single Wallet”, it is possible to transfer money by exchanging other electronic currencies. The service's website contains a list of exchange offices that carry out such exchanges, but I believe that it is far from complete.

Please note that in the system, when receiving money from other users (in in this case- exchange services) to complete the transaction, the recipient is required to confirm that the transfer has been credited to the balance (Personal Account > “Transfers” > “Incoming” > “Accept”). Until this moment, the money will not appear on the balance sheet.

2. If you are registered in the QIWI system, then you have the opportunity to replenish the Unified W1 wallet from a QIWI wallet. And, conversely, from the “Single Wallet” you can top up the balance of your QIWI Personal Account.

With tariffs for replenishing your wallet different ways can be found on this page. The deadlines for crediting funds to the wallet balance are also indicated there. For any replenishment method, the moment the funds are credited to the wallet balance, the user receives an SMS notification to the phone number confirmed in the system.

Anticipating the question of some readers, I note that for residents of the CIS countries it is optimal to replenish their wallet:

a) using a plastic card;
b) through electronic currency exchangers;
c) In branches of partner banks of the UNIStream system.

Working with the system. Making payments

Transferring money within the system is not subject to commissions. To make such a transfer, you need to know the recipient's 12-digit wallet number. It is noteworthy that before the transfer is accepted by the recipient (see above), the sender can cancel it if he discovers that he has made a mistake with the wallet number or the transfer amount. Among available options transfer also contains an indication of the validity period of the transfer and the transfer code (password) that the recipient must enter to credit funds to his account. You can also disable confirmation of receipt of the transfer by the recipient.

Do not forget that if you top up your wallet balance using a bank card, you will not be able to transfer this money to other users of the system or exchange it for other electronic currencies. They are available only for payment of services.

As stated above, the system has the ability to make phone calls and send SMS messages. To send SMS, the user must confirm his mobile phone number in the system. Confirmation can be done in two ways.

The first is to log in using any of the W1 applications using your phone number as your login. If you log in successfully, it means your number has already been verified.

The second method is for users who, for example, registered in the system by indicating not a mobile phone number, but an e-mail. In this case, you need to add a mobile number in your profile (Personal Account > "Profile" > "Communication Channels"). To confirm, you need to receive a special code from the system on your phone by request and enter it in your “Profile”. Receiving this code by you means that you really are the owner of the phone you specified.

Quite recently (in March 2010), "Unified Wallet" opened a new service - "Unified Cash Desk". This is a universal payment acceptance service that allows sellers to accept payments from customers in cash, non-cash and popular electronic money. You can pay the bill of an online store connected to the “Unified Cash Desk” at any payment terminal, in communication stores, electronics hypermarkets, retail networks, branches of the Russian Post, Sberbank and any Russian bank (in total more than 300,000 payment acceptance points). For users, the advantages of the "Unified Cash Desk" are: a huge number payment methods and ease of use, for online stores - no additional commission (from the "Unified Cash Desk", of course; partners, for example, payment terminal systems, will take their commission, as always), speed of connection, no monthly fee and ease of working with applications . For small businesses and individual entrepreneurs, it is enough to allow the receipt of money into your account in your Personal Account, add information about your store (which will be displayed to your customers), and after that you will be provided with a customized payment form for posting on the store pages.

In conclusion, the description of working with the “Unified Wallet” is about bonuses. Users receive bonuses for any replenishment of their wallet balance. The size of the bonus is directly dependent on the replenishment amount. Bonuses can be spent either on free SMS messages (maximum - 100 free SMS messages on a bonus day), or on phone calls(quantity free minutes determined by the size of the bonus). It should be noted that the call will not be completely free for you: you need to pay 1.5 rubles. for the connection. In addition, after the bonus expires, the cost of calls to bonus directions, that is, to the numbers you called when spending bonus minutes, will be 25% lower. Bonuses do not expire indefinitely. You can find it in your Personal Account on the “Calls” and “ SMS messages"(section "Communication").

affiliate program

The W1 affiliate program was launched in January 2008 and consists of an incentive for attracting new users in the amount of 1 rub. for each new client. When the reward amount reaches 10 rubles, that is, attracting 10 people, it can be credited to the wallet. Affiliate link can be found in your Personal Account (section "Affiliate"):

System safety

When developing the “Unified Wallet”, the focus was on ease of use of the service. Therefore, the system does not have sophisticated methods for protecting personal data. Any phone number or e-mail added to your profile can be deleted at any time without any confirmation. If you lose your password New Password sent to the e-mail or phone number specified during registration. If the user has deleted all contact information from the profile, logging into the wallet is possible only by indicating its number. In essence, the password recovery function is quite sufficient if the user is careful and careful. And, as you know, no multi-story levels of protection will help frivolous bunglers. “They only create the illusion of safety if handled improperly or interfere with the comfortable use of the system as a whole,” notes service manager Konstantin Shilov.

Transactions can be secured by having the sender create a password to receive the payment, which is communicated to the recipient.

In conclusion, we can only wish the service to constantly remain in a “beta testing state,” that is, continue to develop at the same pace, add new features and become more and more popular among users who prefer to make purchases and make payments via the Internet.

Hello, dear readers of my blog!

In this article we will talk about the Wallet One service: “Unified cash desk”, which is intended for accepting payments. Organizing payment acceptance on the website and searching for a suitable payment aggregator – an important part business on the Internet.

I would note the following criteria for selecting a payment service:

  • Reliability
  • Convenience of service
  • Number of payment methods (accept only plastic cards- yesterday).

Today I want to tell you about the Wallet One payment system, which caught my attention. Wallet One provides two services: “Unified Cash Desk” – this is directly accepting payments for websites and “Unified Wallet” – an electronic money service that allows you to pay various providers and make money transfers.

Wallet One has been on the market since 2007, which speaks in favor of reliability; it also works with the non-profit organization Unified Cash Office, and therefore operates in accordance with the rules of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Reviews about Wallet One are very different, like about any payment system.

Negative reviews are mainly related to the operation of the Unified Wallet and the need for identification. Reviews about the “Unified Cash Desk” Wallet One are mostly positive; the service is quite competitive with the market leaders - Robokassa and Yandex Cash Desk, and even surpasses in some services.

The process of working with the “Unified Cash Desk” Wallet One

“Unified checkout” Wallet One is a payment acceptance aggregator that provides more than a hundred (!) payment methods for websites and online stores.

The number of payment methods provided on the site has a positive effect on conversion; buyers have the opportunity to pay as it suits them: using electronic wallets, through online banks, terminals and communication shops, or by bank card. “Unified Cash Desk” connects more than 118 methods of accepting payments under one agreement; this is the main advantage of the aggregator. The service works with 11 currencies, provides services to legal entities - individual entrepreneurs and LLCs, residents and non-residents.

Connection of the “Unified Cash Desk”

Registration in the service is standard and quite fast.

1. Registration of an online store

On home page website, select the “Single Cash Desk” section. To register an online store, you must enter your email or mobile phone number, as well as enter a promotional code (if you have one). Login logins are yours phone number and email.

In your account settings you will find a project management form.

Please note that the payment system for Wallet One sites has different limits and requirements for personal and business accounts. For a business account, the limits are higher and you must provide information about legal entity during the activation process, and also sign the contract.

To operate a personal account, you just need to go through the identification procedure.

When connecting the Wallet One payment system to the online store, you can also select the invoice currency.

2. Activation of the online store

Activation of an online store requires providing information about your website - url, contact details, type of activity. Site confirmation is also required - this is installation special code on your site to verify that you are the owner.

3. Passing moderation

Moderation - necessary procedure checking information on the site: compliance of your activities with current legislation, completeness of the information provided to clients. After passing moderation, you will immediately be able to accept payments for personal accounts. For business accounts (IP and LLC), you need to conclude an agreement in order to be able to withdraw funds. To withdraw funds from personal accounts, you must be identified.

One of the successful “features” of the Unified Cash Office is multi-project. You can manage all your projects/businesses in one account and conveniently switch between them.

In order to accept payments through the “Unified Cash Desk”, it is not necessary
do technical integration. If you have few orders yet, simply send your customers a link to pay for the order by email using the “Invoice” functionality in the “Invoices” section of your personal account or generate it on special page of the site.

If there is a need to accept payments automatically, an online store can perform technical integration in two ways:

  • Using CMS modules

"Unified Cash Desk" is integrated with most popular CMS: 1C-Bitrix, Joomla, Insales, Umi. You can view all existing modules in a special section of the site. The modules are available for download and are equipped with detailed instructions on installation.

You can evaluate how Wallet One’s “Unified Cash Desk” works in demo store.

Wallet One

“Unified Wallet” is convenient to use in conjunction with the Unified Cash Office - accounts of individuals have the opportunity to withdraw money to the wallet.

The advantages of a wallet from Wallet One: ease of registration, fairly low or no commission for most transactions, as well as many services available for payment: cellular, television, Internet providers, traffic police fines, Viber and social networks, payment for games... All operations are available in personal account on walletone.com or on the Wallet One mobile wallet app, which can be downloaded for free for phones on Android based and iOS.

The Unified Wallet is registered automatically when you open a profile in the Unified Cashier.

Limits and settings

To fully use an e-wallet, you need to know some features. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, anonymous (unidentified) users cannot send transfers and store more than 15,000 rubles in electronic wallets. In order to use the wallet without restrictions, you need to undergo identification and provide a passport for identification. You can see the difference between users of identified and unidentified wallets in “Settings” in the “Limits” tab.

Some users complain about strict rules identification for users of the Wallet One wallet, however, if you look at it, there are no difficulties with passing the identification.

Everyone knows that if you go to a bank without providing a passport, they will not open a bank account for you, since the bank needs to verify the client’s identity. At the same time, when it comes to the fact that electronic payment systems also need to verify the user’s identity before allowing him to use all the capabilities of an electronic wallet without restrictions, this raises questions among users.

Payment services are regulated by the Central Bank of Russia, and if the law is not followed, they may lose their license. That is why the requirement to pass identification is an important procedure that cannot be neglected.

There are 4 identification methods available in Wallet One:

  • Come with an application and passport to the nearest Contact system point
  • Go to the office with an identification document and fill out an identification application there
  • Video identification via Skype or Viber: a Wallet One operator will call you back and perform identification at the time you choose
  • Application by mail. To do this, you will need to have the application certified by a notary and send it by mail.

Transfers in the “Unified Wallet”

Wallet One's web interface is simple and intuitive. In the upper right corner is the twelve-digit number of your wallet. There you can also see current balance funds and notifications. From the balance menu it is also possible to perform all operations with your account, which are also available on the main page.

Important feature. When a transfer arrives, the money does not automatically fall into your wallet; for this you need to confirm this payment. Until the user confirms acceptance of the money transferred to him, it is possible to cancel the transfer.

Wallet One has the ability to issue invoices even to users who are not registered in the system. To do this, for example, when issuing an invoice, you need to indicate the user’s e-mail or phone number. In this case, the system will warn you that such a user is not registered in it, but will still allow you to issue an invoice. In this case, a new wallet will be automatically created with your specified by email or mobile phone number as a login. The password along with explanations will be sent to this user by mail or SMS message.

Withdrawing money from the Unified Wallet

There are many ways to withdraw funds from your Wallet One wallet: to plastic cards, to bank accounts of Russian banks, in cash through post offices and the Unistream system. Full list You can see withdrawal methods link. Next to each withdrawal method, the commission that the service will charge is indicated. Some transfers in Wallet One will be completed almost instantly, while others will take time.

You can open your Wallet One wallet directly on your mobile phone - using the free mobile application. For smartphones based on Android application can be downloaded at Google Play. For iPhone official Wallet One version is available for download at App Store.
