Transactions from this store will usually appear in your transaction list the day after purchase, however, in some cases it may take longer. Transactions are confirmed within 15 to 45 days and cashback is credited soon after. Despite the fact that the bulk of transactions from stores are timely and correctly tracked, a situation may arise when the purchase was not recorded and information about it was not transmitted to us and therefore the cashback will not appear in the shopping list. If you have reason to believe that this has happened to your purchase, please fill out a "lost cashback" application. The application must be made no later than 90 days from the date of the transaction, otherwise we will not be able to transfer it to the store for consideration due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

We will make every effort to have the seller confirm your purchase, but we reserve the right to suspend these pursuits at any time.
