How to disable/change subscription in iOS?

iTunes Match only has one option - a one-year subscription. The subscription is auto-renewable. To turn off auto-renewal, do the same thing in iTunes as above, but instead of clicking the "More Details" button, click the "Turn off auto-renewal" button.

About the free Apple Music subscription

When you enter the Music program in iOS (or the Music section in iTunes), Apple offers to connect the Apple Music service. In order for you to try the service, the first 3 months of using the service are free.

Again, if iCloud Music Library allows you to listen to all the music from your computer, then why is this Match needed!? Most likely this is somehow related to Apple Music, but again, how?
