Online subscription to magazines. Subscribe online

You can subscribe to your favorite newspapers and magazines without leaving your home. It is enough to use a special service that Russian Post offers to subscribers. Users will be able to independently subscribe to their favorite newspapers and order them for family and friends in any region of the country. Moreover, it will even be possible to pay for it via the Internet - using a bank card, literally “in one click”. AiF.ru found out what the advantage of an Internet subscription is and how everyone can take advantage of it.

24 hour service

An online subscription will essentially be no different from a standard one. You also need to select your favorite publication and the period in which the user wants to receive periodicals. The main convenience of the new method is that you don’t have to go anywhere and adjust to the opening hours of your post office: you just need to go online. Today the service is already starting its work in beta mode.

“The purpose of beta testing is to test the service in real operation and identify those points that, from the consumer’s point of view, should be adjusted so that this service is as convenient and in demand as possible. Subsequently, the service will develop - it will include electronic publications, a subscription option for legal entities and much more,” explained Rodion Shishkov, Deputy General Director of Russian Post for the development of public services and new products.

Subscribing online is not that difficult. Just go to the website podpiska.pochta.ru. If a person has already been registered previously on the main portal of Russian Post, he will only need to enter his name and password. If he did not register, he will have to fill out the fields of a short questionnaire. It’s easy to select the newspapers and magazines you need - they are all located in a special online catalogue. Finding them on the Internet does not take much time, because... All of them, as a rule, are structured either alphabetically or by topic. In the catalog you can find all the information you need - a brief description, cover type, prices and current discounts.

Maximum comfort

In addition to saving time, an online subscription has another advantage - it saves all the discounts and special offers that the client may have. The only exceptions are those shares where it is required to present documents to accrue benefits. To take advantage of your benefits, simply select a magazine or newspaper, subscription period, preferred delivery method and recipient's name. Payment for the order is made from a bank card without any commission.

“If a client has a question at one stage or another, they can ask our specialists by email. At the beta testing stage of the service, we will not only provide customer support, but also take into account user recommendations for improving the service itself,” notes Rodion Shishkov.

“An online subscription allows you not only to arrange the service quickly and with maximum comfort, but also to give a New Year’s gift in the form of your favorite media to your family, friends, or provide charitable assistance to those who need it. We hope that our service will be in demand by the population, and together we will support our printed publications,” she emphasized Deputy General Director for Postal Business of Russian Post Inessa Galaktionova.

Agency for publishers

In April 2015, Russian Post opened its own subscription agency and began entering into direct contracts with various publishing houses. All publishers have created personal accounts on a special portal, where all the necessary information about the progress of the entire subscription campaign is collected. And this list of available publishers is constantly expanding.

Due to the emergence of such an agency, publishers can now cooperate directly with Russian Post in the distribution of subscription printed publications. In addition, they are also provided with all the necessary tools for audience analysis. At the same time, publishers retain the opportunity to work with other subscription agencies, and subscribers can determine what is more profitable for them.

Among the advantages of the Russian Post's own subscription agency are the transfer of most of the contractual work to an online format, automatic calculation of tariffs, prompt work with requests and quick receipt of analytical information.

Russian Post is a large federal postal operator, which is included in the list of strategic enterprises of the Russian Federation. It includes 42 thousand branches across the country and unites one of the largest workforces - about 350,000 postal workers. The volume of correspondence delivered annually is about 2.5 billion letters and bills and 140 million parcels, EMS items, parcels of postal trading organizations and international small packages. Russian Post serves about 20 million subscribers in Russia, to whom 1 billion copies of printed publications are delivered per year. The annual volume of transactions that go through Russian Post is 3.5 trillion rubles (pensions, payments, transfers). The organization's net profit in 2014 amounted to 1.2 billion rubles, which is more than half the figure for 2013.

Russian Post has launched a service such as online subscription on its Internet portal. The service operates as an online subscription agency, thanks to which you can subscribe to domestic and foreign periodicals.

A citizen can subscribe not only for himself, but also for the benefit of any other user living in any region of the Russian Federation. The advantage of the online subscription service is that it is provided directly by Russian Post, without the presence of intermediaries. This approach makes it possible to reduce the cost of the subscription for periodicals. The catalog contains more than 400 periodicals. Publishing agencies interested in popularizing newspapers and magazines through the online subscription service can send applications to replenish the service base. In order to gain access to the service’s functionality, the user must register in the system.

Creating an account on the Russian Post website

The registration procedure on the resource is quite simple; even inexperienced users will not have any difficulties with it.
In the upper left corner of the site, you should find the “Login” button and click on it. The user will be presented with two possible options – “Login using your Russian Post account” and “Register”. Having chosen registration, you will need to click on the “Continue” button. An interactive form will open in front of the user, the columns of which will need to be filled in sequentially.
The new user enters his personal data, mobile phone number, email address, and also indicates his region of residence. By registering on the Russian Post website, a citizen confirms his agreement with the terms of the user agreement. After clicking the “Next” button, a confirmation code will be sent to the mobile phone number specified during registration, which must be entered in the appropriate field and click on the “Confirm” button. Registration is not considered complete at this point in order to complete the procedure and gain access to full functionality service, the user should follow the link contained in the letter sent to the email specified during registration. The letter, like the code, arrives 2 minutes after filling out the interactive form. If the email is not in your inbox, you should check your spam folder. After confirming the email address, the user is taken to the main page of the service. In the upper right corner you can see personal data, access the Internet, change the delivery address, etc.

It is necessary to take into account the fact that the user’s location is determined automatically by the service.

Subscription procedure

In order to subscribe online, the user must log in to the system. From the presented catalog of periodicals, you need to select the required newspaper or magazine. It is worth noting that the service will allow you to search for publications in the catalogue. You can sort periodicals both by thematic focus and by parameters such as index, title, description, abstract.

Each periodical presented in the service catalog has its own card containing information about its main parameters, as well as an annotation. The publication card also provides complete information about the cost and terms of the subscription, with a monthly description.

The user himself can adjust the subscription within its maximum period. After selecting the required publication, it should be placed in the “Basket” by clicking on the appropriate button. All products placed in the “Cart” can be edited, the subscription period and the number of copies to be subscribed can be changed. After all the products have been selected, the user can proceed to subscribe. To do this, click on the “Place an order” button. After the transition, an interactive form will open in front of the user, the fields of which will need to be filled out, following the pop-up tips.

Particular attention should be paid to the “Delivery address” column. It is necessary to fill out all fields correctly, as this will avoid misunderstandings in the future. If you subscribe to a legal entity, you must indicate the company's registered address and correctly fill in the bank details, since it is the invoice for payment that will be issued taking into account the specified information. After filling out all the fields of the interactive form, the system will offer to pay for the subscription. You can make payment at a bank or the nearest post office by printing a receipt or using electronic payment.

Online payment can be made using a bank card. It is worth noting that when paying by credit card there is no fee for the provision of services.

Delivery of periodicals

Periodicals that have been subscribed to online are sent to individuals in the form of a parcel post to the address specified when placing the order. Some periodicals are delivered by postmen directly to the subscriber's mailbox. Delivery conditions are described in the annotation of the periodical.

Legal entities can order courier delivery of ordered periodicals. The courier delivery service is available for certain regions of Russia. Delivery times for periodicals are regulated by standards adopted by Russian Post. The order is considered accepted for execution only after funds have been received into the Russian Post account.
The online subscription service for periodicals from Russian Post is available only to residents of the Russian Federation. With its help, you can subscribe only within the territory of the country. Citizens living outside the Russian Federation can subscribe to periodicals using the service

First, decide which publication you would like to receive. And find out his subscription index. This five-digit number can be found on the Internet, press catalogs in post offices or on the pages of the printed publication itself (at the back of the newspaper/magazine there is usually information about subscription). For example, for the newspaper “World of News” the index is 31913. However, please note that the index may differ in the catalog “Russian Post”, “Russian Press”, and the index for a preferential subscription may also differ. Write down this number.

Step 2

Now let's subscribe. You can do this via the Internet on one of the sites vipishi.ru, gazety.ru, pressa-rf.ru, delpress.ru. To do this, select the desired publication from the site catalog or through the search bar, the number of months of subscription (check the ones you need). Usually there is information for each publication, what is the minimum subscription period; for one newspaper this may be one or two issues, for another it is at least six months. Then fill out the provided subscription form. You can pay with electronic money or with a Visa or MasterCard plastic card (Maestro will not work).

Step 3

You can subscribe to some regional publications directly from the editorial office. To do this, you need to fill out the form and pay on the spot. You can go to any post office the old-fashioned way, fill out a subscription form and pay with the postal operator.

Step 4

It's better to subscribe in advance. If you are rushing to sign up for a six-month subscription in the last days of December, then be prepared that you will start receiving your favorite publication only in February or even March. Therefore, come at least a month in advance. By the way, in November there is usually a decade of subscribers, at which time you can save up to 20% of the cost.

Step 5

You can subscribe at any post office in Russia, regardless of the address to which you want to receive the press. Do not forget that the address must be actual, regardless of your place of registration. After all, many subscribe to organizations that do not live in the place where they are registered. If you want to sign another person (relative, friend), then in the form/form indicate exactly his exact address and last name, first name, patronymic.
