Scanning the human energy field. Creating a biometric template. Biometric palm vein recognition technology, or Following Japanese banks

For those who practice manual healing or want to learn this powerful practice, I have developed a detailed teaching methodology. I have been using this system for several years now and have achieved amazing results - remission occurs the very next day, and any serious illnesses and ailments (even oncology) can be treated, including damage, curses and others negative impacts. The Nazar Method is based on my personal research using Chinese practices. Read, learn and practice for the benefit of humanity!

Development of hand sensitivity

An exercise to develop hand sensitivity should begin by warming up your palms and fingers. They need to be kneaded and rubbed a little to cause a rush of blood. The sensitivity of the hands is necessary for scanning cosmic and terrestrial energies, the human biofield, the aura of animals, plants and other energy manifestations. Scanning method biological field In a person, the disease can be identified and treatment can begin, but more on that a little later.

After warming up your hands, do the following exercise. Straighten the index finger of your left hand, clench the remaining fingers. The arm is in a horizontal position, approximately at chest level. Do the same with your right hand. Start rotating the index finger of your right hand clockwise around the index finger of your left. When rotating, the phalanx of the finger of the right hand overlaps the phalanx of the left. Rotate until a slight tingling sensation appears at the very tips of your fingers. The exercise can take 30 rotations or more. If you don't feel a tingling sensation, increase the rotation speed. To enhance the sensitivity effect, you can visualize lightning striking between your fingertips. If after rotational movements you do not feel a tingling sensation, the exercise should be repeated until the desired effect appears.

When you feel a tingling sensation, finish the rotational movements and begin to bring your fingertips closer together. The tingling sensation should intensify. After this, repeat the rotation exercise with the next two fingers of your left hand in turn. The little finger and thumb should not be exercised, however, according to your wishes.

Change the direction of the exercise by rotating the index finger of your left hand around the index finger of your right until your fingertips tingle. Spread your fingertips and bring them together, feeling an enhanced effect. Repeat the procedure with the next two fingers.

After finishing the exercise, bring your palms together and feel a tingling sensation at the tips of all your fingers. The palms of the hands should be straight, the fingers relaxed.

Begin rotational movements of the palm of your right hand, relative to your left, which remains motionless. Then rotate the left one relative to the right one. After finishing the movement, bring your fingers together again; the tingling sensation should be noticeable.

Repeat the exercise as often as possible at home and at work. When you have perfected the sensitivity, a tingling sensation in your fingertips will begin to be felt when you normally bring your palms together without preliminary rotation. While doing the exercises, you can visualize the chakras of your fingers and palms. Developing sensitivity can take from a couple of weeks to several months. I felt a tingling sensation in my fingertips on the first day of training, but my wife only felt it two to three weeks later.

The next important exercise is aura scanning.

Caura scanningperson

You should start scanning the aura after mastering the exercise for developing hand sensitivity and obtaining a positive result. If you have not currently developed enough sensitivity in your hands, I advise you to skip the chapters on scanning, cleaning and treating the body. They should be read when the topic becomes relevant. However, in order to obtain and accumulate theoretical knowledge, it will not be superfluous to familiarize yourself with very useful material.

When scanning the aura, which is the human energy body, it is useful to learn to feel the size of the external aura and the aura of health. Then you should start scanning your inner aura. This will help your hands become sensitive, since the external aura and the aura of health are more “subtle” than the internal one. When treating a patient, the location of diseased areas is determined by scanning the internal aura. When scanning the aura with your hands, you should concentrate on the centers of your palms and fingers. Concentration on the centers of the palms and fingers activates the hand chakras, giving the ability to sense subtle energies and matter. Let's start the exercises by scanning the external aura.

External aura. Standing about four meters away from your partner, extend your arms and turn your palms towards him. As you slowly approach your partner, try to feel his external aura with your hands. Focus on the sensations in the center of your palms and fingertips, visualizing the active chakras. When you feel warmth, slight resistance, or tingling in your palms or fingers, you are feeling an aura. Try to feel the size of the aura in front and behind, walking around your partner. An important factor in sensation is the pressure on the hand, which allows you to accurately determine the width of the external and internal auras, as well as the aura of health. The approximate width of the outer aura is about one meter in radius, but sometimes it can be about two meters. In rare people it can reach three meters. Now about the aura of health.

Aura of health. Having determined the size and shape of the outer aura, slowly move forward, maintaining the position of your hands. If you feel resistance or a slight painful tingling in your fingertips, stop. The sensations may be a little more intense than the previous ones. Now you feel an aura of health. Try to feel its size and shape. Usually the aura of health is about sixty centimeters wide, but when a person is sick, it decreases, having a width of thirty centimeters or less. In a completely physically and spiritually healthy person, it can reach more than one meter. Next, we scan the internal aura.

Inner aura. It can be scanned with one hand or two, making smooth movements of the hands back and forth. The thickness of the inner aura is about fifteen centimeters. Scan by activating the chakras of your palms and fingers using the method of visualizing them. This will help you sense subtle energies.

Scan the patient from the front and back, from head to toe. Feel the aura of the right and left ear, then the right and left kidney. The internal aura of both parts of the body should have approximately equal thickness. A sign of an unhealthy part of the body is a decrease or increase in the thickness of the aura. It can vary greatly, for example, the thickness of the aura of a healthy kidney can be fourteen centimeters, and the thickness of a sick one is about five to six.

The chakras and spine should be given special attention. In most cases, parts of the spine have an excess of energy, or a deficiency. It happens that a patient does not complain of back pain because he does not feel pain.

If during the scan you find a dip in the aura or a thickening, this indicates the presence of a disease.

A dip in the aura is exhaustion and signals insufficient energy and chakra blockage. If a chakra is clogged, it becomes deactivated, becoming dystrophic without an influx of fresh energy. At the same time, some of the negative, stagnant energy remains in it. The diseased organ located in the area of responsibility of the chakra also suffers without receiving energy replenishment. The consequence of energy starvation can be illness.

A thickening of the aura indicates an excess of energy. The consequence of energy oversaturation may be blockage because excess interferes with free energy metabolism, forming stagnation. Over time, stagnant energy without fresh input becomes inactive and lifeless, paralyzing the work of the chakra and internal organ.

Also, a diseased area of the body can have a dip and thickening of the aura at the same time. This indicates that the organ is functioning abnormally, having a deficiency in one part and an excess of energy in another. Deficiency and excess indicate illness, and the more clearly they are expressed by thickening or depression of the aura, the more severe the illness.

Dips and thickening of the aura may be temporary, and this does not indicate illness. Temporary defects in the aura arise as a result of a surge of negative emotions, which are scandals, hatred, irritability, resentment and other destructive manifestations. Such defects normalize a few hours after their occurrence. As a rule, diseases of the energy body begin before the disease manifests itself in the physical plane, so timely scanning and treatment will help save the patient from developing a disease of the physical body.

Treatment by cleansing the body

Sick and stagnant energy should be removed from the body by cleansing. Here it is worth paying attention to the fact that negative energy extracted from the body has the ability to be preserved and subsequently return to the patient. It can also be partially transmitted to the magician performing the cleansing. In some books I read that the deactivation of sick energy should be carried out with the help of salt, sand, meat and other organic matter dissolved in water. For example, negative energy is thrown from the hand into a bowl of sand or salt dissolved in water. When removing energy from your hand, you should express the intention that it dissolve and disappear. I in no way doubt the effectiveness of this method, but I want to offer a visualization method that is familiar to you. To destroy negative energy, I suggest throwing it into the fire. Visualize a powerful flame and throw energy into it, watching it flare up and burn. After cleaning, the visual flame should be extinguished because in the invisible world it is real. Don't forget to wash your hands, you can do it visually. Cleansing the body should be done by squeezing your fingers into a handful, but it is also acceptable with open fingers. A handful is more effective for drawing out sick energy, and the open-fingered position is effective for combing the aura. With cleansing, you remove sick, stagnant energy and open clogged energy channels. The cleansing process normalizes energy metabolism in the body and speeds up treatment. After cleansing, you should fill the body with fresh energy and do a combing, which will distribute excess energy throughout the body and plug holes in the external aura, preventing energy leakage. I will describe the process of filling the body with fresh energy a little later.

Cleansing a diseased organ

Concentrate on the diseased organ and your hand. Squeeze your fingers into a fistful and use a raking motion to brush repeatedly, as if you were raking up dirt. Cleaning should be done several dozen times. Visualize the process of dirt accumulating in your palm and from time to time throw negative energy into the fire. Visualize the cleansing of an organ or chakra; it should become perfectly clean. I recommend visualizing the cleansed organ in golden light. Sweeping movements can be carried out in any direction. Some esotericists recommend increasing the number of sweeping movements up to a hundred times, and in case of severe illness up to five hundred. I am not a fan of quantity and believe that in healing, as in magic in general, quality concentration and visualization play a decisive role.

General body cleansing

General cleaning should be done with sweeping movements from head to toes. The distance to the patient's body should be about five centimeters. Remember to shake off negative energy into the fire. After cleaning, comb with unclenched fingers. When extracting sick energy, use visualization using willpower. Throw negative energy into the fire, watching it flare up and burn. Visualize the complete cleansing of the body in golden light. After completing the procedure, do not forget to turn off the fire and wash your hands thoroughly.

Filling the body with energy

This procedure is no less important; moreover, the process of filling sick organs with fresh energy is creative in the full sense of the word. To treat a patient, I recommend using the energy of the cosmos without wasting your own. To receive cosmic energy, the chakras of one hand are used, and the chakras of the other are used to transmit it to the patient. Both the right and left hand are capable of absorbing and transmitting the energy of space, depending on which one is more convenient. To work with energies, concentration, visualization and will are always used. You should concentrate on both diseased organs and the chakras of the hands, but the hands require much more concentration than the organs. In what follows I am going to call the hand into which the energy of the cosmos comes host, and the hand being treated transmitting.

Stretch your palms. Feel the energetic sensations in your fingertips and the center of your palms. Turn the receiving hand palm up and the sending hand palm down. Concentrate your attention on the receiving palm and activate its chakras through visualization. Place the transmitting hand over the painful part of the body at a height of five to ten centimeters, activate its chakras. Visualize the flow of cosmic energy in the form of a golden stream into the receiving palm. Raise the flow of energy up your arm, through your body at shoulder level and into your transmitting arm. When the cosmic energy reaches the palm of the transmitting hand, direct it into the patient’s body, stabilizing a constant flow of energy. Concentration on the chakras of the transmitting hand and the patient’s diseased organ. Visualize the organ or diseased chakra being filled with fresh energy, acquiring a golden color. If you feel tired in your hands, you should shake them and continue working. Filling the diseased organ with energy should be carried out until you feel a reverse flow in the form of a slight repulsion of the palm or a strong thickening of the aura.

The quality of recharging can be checked by re-scanning the diseased area of the body. If you feel a failure, it means there is not enough energy and you should continue the filling process, and if you feel full, comb with your fingers, distributing the excess energy throughout the body.

If you have a problem with body scanning and you cannot accurately determine the depth of the dips, you should treat based on the patient's pain sensation. The organ will not just hurt, so if the patient feels pain, suggest that he clean and recharge. Recharging the organ will be beneficial in any case. Self-medication can be carried out using the cleaning and recharging method.

Energy stabilization

Next, no less important stage is to stabilize the energy transferred to the patient’s body. Fresh energy has the ability to gradually leave the body, so it should be stabilized by stopping the leakage. Stabilization occurs when the treated area of the body is visually tinted blue. After painting, you should say the word “stabilize”, putting your will into it.

When working with energy transfer, attention should be paid to the fact that during a treatment session, the healer’s energy body is connected to the patient’s body by an invisible energy thread. It is along this thread that a slow leak of energy can occur, so after finishing the session and stabilizing the energy, the healer needs to visually cut this thread with a knife or scissors. After this, the session can be considered completed. Don't forget to wash your hands.

Today, biometric security systems are being used increasingly due to the development of new mathematical authentication algorithms. The range of problems that can be solved using new technologies is quite extensive:

  • Law enforcement and forensics;
  • Access control system (ACS) and restriction of access to public and commercial buildings, private homes (smart home);
  • Transfer and receipt of confidential personal and commercial information;
  • Carrying out trade, financial and banking electronic transactions;
  • Login to an electronic remote and/or local workplace;
  • Blocking the operation of modern gadgets and protecting electronic data (cryption keys);
  • Maintaining and accessing government resources;

Conventionally, biometric authentication algorithms can be divided into two main types:

  • Static – fingerprinting, iris; measuring the shape of the hand, the line of the palms, the placement of blood vessels, measuring the shape of the face in 2D and 3D algorithms;
  • Dynamic – handwriting and typing rhythm; gait, voice, etc.

Main selection criteria

When choosing a capable installation for measuring a biological parameter of any type, you should pay attention to two parameters:

  • FAR - determines the mathematical probability of the coincidence of key biological parameters of two different people;
  • FRR - determines the likelihood of denying access to a person entitled to it.

If manufacturers omitted these characteristics when presenting their product, then their system is ineffective and lags behind competitors in functionality and fault tolerance.

Also important parameters for comfortable operation are:

  • Ease of use and the ability to perform identification without stopping in front of the device;
  • The speed of reading the parameter, processing the received information and the size of the database of biological reference indicators.

It should be remembered that biological indicators, static to a lesser extent and dynamic to a greater extent, are parameters that are subject to constant changes. Worst performance for static system are FAR~0.1%, FRR~6%. If a biometric system has failure rates below these values, then it is ineffective and ineffective.

Classification

Today, the market for biometric authentication systems is extremely unevenly developed. In addition, with rare exceptions, security system manufacturers also produce proprietary software. source code, which fits exclusively with their biometric readers.

Fingerprints

Fingerprint analysis is the most common, technically and software-advanced method of biometric authentication. The main condition for development is a well-developed scientific, theoretical and practical knowledge base. Methodology and classification system for papillary lines. When scanning, the key points are the ends of the pattern line, branches and single points. Particularly reliable scanners introduce a system of protection against latex gloves with fingerprints - checking the relief of papillary lines and/or finger temperature.

In accordance with the number, nature and placement of key points, a unique digital code, which is stored in database memory. The time for digitizing and verifying a fingerprint usually does not exceed 1-1.5 seconds, depending on the size of the database. This method is one of the most reliable. For advanced authentication algorithms - Veri Finger SKD, reliability indicators are FAR - 0.00%...0.10%, FRR - 0.30%... 0.90%. This is enough for reliable and uninterrupted operation of the system in an organization with a staff of more than 300 people.

Advantages and disadvantages

The undeniable advantages of this method are:

  • High reliability;
  • Lower cost of devices and their wide selection;
  • Simple and fast scanning procedure.

The main disadvantages include:

  • Papillary lines on the fingers are easily damaged, causing system errors and blocking access for authorized employees;
  • Fingerprint scanners must have a system to protect against counterfeit images: temperature sensors, pressure detectors, etc.

Manufacturers

Foreign companies that produce biometric systems, devices for access control systems and software for them should be noted:

  • SecuGen – mobile compact USB scanners for PC access;
  • Bayometric Inc – production of biometric scanners various types For complex systems security;
  • DigitalPersona, Inc – release of combination scanner-locks with integrated door handles.

Domestic companies producing biometric scanners and software for them:

  • BioLink
  • Sonda
  • SmartLock

Eye scan

The iris of the eye is as unique as the papillary lines on the hand. Having finally formed at the age of two, it practically does not change throughout life. The exception is injuries and acute pathologies of eye diseases. This is one of the most accurate methods of user authentication. The devices perform scanning and primary data processing for 300-500 ms; comparison of digitized information on a medium-power PC is carried out at a speed of 50,000-150,000 comparisons per second. The method does not impose restrictions on the maximum number of users. FAR statistics - 0.00%...0.10% and FRR - 0.08%... 0.19% were collected based on the Casia EyR SDK algorithm. According to these calculations, it is recommended to use such access systems in organizations with more than 3,000 employees. IN modern devices x cameras with a 1.3 MP matrix are widely used, which allows you to capture both eyes during scanning, this significantly increases the threshold of false or unauthorized alarms.

Advantages and disadvantages

  • Advantages:
    • High statistical reliability;
    • Image capture can occur at a distance of up to several tens of centimeters, while physical contact of the person with the outer shell scanning mechanism;
    • Reliable methods that exclude counterfeiting - checking the accommodation of the pupil - almost completely exclude unauthorized access.
  • Flaws:
    • The price of such systems is significantly higher than that of fingerprint systems;
    • Ready-made solutions are only available for large companies.

The main players in the market are: LG, Panasonic, Electronics, OKI, which operate under licenses from Iridian Technologies. The most common product you may encounter on Russian market are ready-made solutions: BM-ET500, Iris Access 2200, OKI IrisPass. Recently, new companies worthy of trust have appeared: AOptix, SRI International.

Retinal scan

An even less common, but more reliable method is scanning the placement of the capillary network on the retina. This pattern has a stable structure and remains unchanged throughout life. However, the very high cost and complexity of the scanning system, as well as the need to remain motionless for a long time, make such a biometric system available only to government agencies With elevated system protection.

Face recognition

There are two main scanning algorithms:

2D is the most ineffective method, producing multiple statistical errors. It consists of measuring the distance between the main organs of the face. Does not require the use of expensive equipment, just a camera and appropriate software are enough. Recently it has gained significant popularity on social networks.

3D - this method is radically different from the previous one. It is more accurate; the subject does not even need to stop in front of the camera to identify it. Comparison with information entered into the database is made thanks to serial shooting, which is performed on the go. To prepare data on a client, the subject turns his head in front of the camera and the program generates a 3D image with which it compares the original.

The main manufacturers of software and specialized equipment on the market are: Geometrix, Inc., Genex Technologies, Cognitec Systems GmbH, Bioscrypt. Among Russian manufacturers, Artec Group, Vocord, ITV can be noted.

Hand scan

Also divided into two radically different methods:

  • Scanning the pattern of hand veins under the influence of infrared radiation;
  • Hand geometry - the method originated from criminology and has recently become a thing of the past. It consists of measuring the distance between the joints of the fingers.

The choice of a suitable biometric system and its integration into the access control system depends on the specific requirements of the organization’s security system. For the most part, the level of protection against counterfeiting of biometric systems is quite high, so for organizations with an average level of security clearance (secrecy), budget fingerprint authentication systems are quite sufficient.

Elementary Pranic Healing

When the body is worn out and the vitality in the blood has dried up, is it possible to achieve good result?
No, because there is no more vital energy left... vital forces and vital energy are considered the basis of life... and how can you overcome a disease if there is no vital energy in the body?

Two Basic Principles of Pranic Healing

Pranic healing is based on two main principles - cleansing and recharging the patient's energy body with prana, or life energy. It is through cleansing, or removing diseased energy from the affected chakra or diseased organ, and then feeding it with sufficient prana (vital energy), that healing is achieved. These two main principles are the basis of pranic healing.
The effect of these basic principles - cleansing and recharging - is very clearly visible in our body. The body cleanses itself by releasing used air, or carbon dioxide, when it exhales and recharges itself by receiving fresh air, or oxygen, when it inhales. The physical body cleanses itself through its excretory system and is recharged through appropriate foods. Therefore, the healer must give equal importance to both cleansing and recharging. Cleansing is required to remove lifeless, diseased energy from the entire body, or from the affected part or parts, as well as to remove blockages in energy channels. At the same time, the rays of health are cleansed, “combed” and straightened.

It should be noted that the affected area should be thoroughly cleaned before and/or after recharging. In case of severe illnesses, it is necessary to cleanse the entire energy body. It is often recommended that the patient be partially recharged after initial cleaning to facilitate further cleaning. This is similar to mopping: a very dirty floor is first swept, and then water and soap or detergent are used to wash it and remove stubborn stains. The entire procedure should be repeated until the state of the energy body returns to normal.

If cleansing is not carried out, the patient may experience a “healing crisis.” This reaction is explained by the fact that the body is taking vigorous measures to correct and normalize its condition. As a rule, it is painful and uncomfortable and may look like an initial deterioration of the condition. However, after undergoing a “healing crisis”, the body’s condition gradually improves. However, such a reaction is completely unnecessary and can be avoided if cleaning is carried out properly.
A similar case once occurred with a patient suffering from chronic abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting caused by an emotional factor. She had stagnation of prana in the abdominal area. Prana recharging was carried out without first cleaning the affected area. And, although the patient felt relief, abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting resumed and intensified within 20-30 minutes. A “healing crisis” began: the body made efforts to cleanse itself and throw out stagnant, diseased energy in order to normalize its condition. Three hours later, the patient underwent cleansing and recharging of the abdominal area with prana, which resulted in a lasting improvement.
The same patient received several more healing sessions for the same disease. This time she felt relief within minutes of just clearing, or removing the diseased energy from the affected area. No recharging was carried out because the improvement was immediate. There was no healing crisis.

Cleansing promotes better penetration of prana, or ki, into the diseased part of the body. Recharging a sore area with energy without first cleansing it is like pouring fresh coffee into a cup filled with old coffee, or trying to dislodge dirty water from a sponge by pouring clean water on it. This approach is slow and completely wasteful. Access for fresh prana to the affected area is difficult because the latter is filled with diseased energy and the energy channels are blocked. In addition, the pure prana emitted cannot be completely absorbed by the affected area. Therefore, symptoms may return either immediately or after a short time.

Here are some reasons why you should clean before recharging:
1. Prana, or ki, is more easily absorbed
2. A healing session takes less time and less prana is required to heal the patient.
3. The possibility of a healing crisis is reduced or eliminated.
4. The risk of damage to the finest energy channels, or meridians, is reduced.

For mild illnesses, in most cases, cleansing the energy body and/or diseased area is usually sufficient to heal the patient. In severe cases, areas of diseased energy are so depleted that the healer must recharge them with prana to speed up healing.

Chakras of hands and fingers

In the center of the palms there are two very important chakras: the left hand chakra and the right hand chakra. Typically, these chakras are about 1 inch in diameter. For some pranic healers, the hand chakras can measure up to 2 inches or more in diameter. Even though the hand chakras are considered minor (minor), they play a very important role in pranic healing. It is through the chakras of the hands that the healer absorbs prana from the outside and transfers it to the patient.

Both hand chakras - right and left - are capable of absorbing and transmitting prana, or ki. However, for right-handed people it is easier to use the chakra of the left hand to absorb prana, and the chakra of the right hand to transmit prana, and for left-handed people it is vice versa.

There are mini chakras on each finger. These chakras are also capable of absorbing and transmitting prana. The hand chakras emit less concentrated, or softened, prana, while the finger chakras emit stronger, more intense prana. Recharging the energy of children, elderly or severely weakened people should be done slowly and carefully, using the chakras of the hands.

Stimulating or activating the hand chakras makes the hands more sensitive, resulting in the development of the ability to sense more subtle matters and the ability to scan different layers of the aura. After all, it is through scanning that the healer detects diseased areas in the energy body.

Boost your energy levels by pressing the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth

You can temporarily and easily increase your energy level by pressing the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth (hereinafter referred to as “tongue pressing”). As a result, the connection between the back and front energy channels improves, which leads to activation and increased circulation of pranic energy.

This manifests itself in the form of an increase in the size of the internal aura. For example, turning on a switch turns on a light. The circuit is closed. Turn it off and there is no light. Similarly, by pressing the tongue against the roof of the mouth, the flow of pranic energy increases. When the tongue is not pressed against the roof of the mouth, the circulation of energy is reduced.

Pressing the tongue against the roof of the mouth allows the healer to receive more energy and makes the healing process more effective. Therefore, when developing the sensitivity of the hand and finger chakras, scanning, brushing and recharging, your tongue should be pressed to the roof of your mouth. This technique can also be used during reading, studying, meditation and other activities that require significant energy expenditure.

Seven basic techniques (techniques) used in elementary pranic healing

Below are the seven basic techniques used in the practice of elemental pranic healing:
1. Increased hand sensitivity
2. Scanning the internal aura
3. Cleaning: general and local
4. Increased patient sensitivity
5. Recharging with prana: technique of using hand chakras
a) Recruitment (absorption) of prana
b) Transmission (radiation) of prana
6. Stabilization (consolidation) of transferred prana
7. Release of transferred pranic energy

All the techniques given in this chapter have been tested and used in healing. Most of you will be able to achieve positive results in just a few sessions if you follow the instructions correctly. It is very important to maintain an open mind and persistence.

Immediately apply the acquired knowledge in practice and try to practice new techniques over at least four lessons.

Increased hand sensitivity

Since it takes considerable time to develop the ability to see auras, you should at least try to activate your hands to begin to feel the energy field, or inner aura. This will allow you to determine which areas of the patient's energy body are depleted and which are stagnant.

Physical exercises to help increase hand sensitivity

To facilitate the process of activating the hand chakras, please perform a set of exercises that will clear and open the meridians of the spine, shoulders, arms and fingers:
1. Spine exercise: Raise your arms forward at chest level. Perform body turns alternately to the right and left. Do this exercise 10 times.
2. Hip exercise: Rotate your hips 10 times clockwise and then 10 times counterclockwise.
3. Neck exercise: Rotate your neck clockwise 10 times, then counterclockwise 10 times. This exercise is contraindicated for people suffering from carotid artery blockage.
4. Exercise for shoulders: make circular rotational movements with your arms 10 times forward, then 10 times backward.
5. Exercise for elbow and wrist joints: bend your elbows close to your chest, clenching your palms into a fist. Straighten your arms forward, unclenching your fists at the same time. Do this exercise 10 times.
6. Wrist exercise: Make circular rotation movements with your wrists, first in right side 10 times, then left side 10 times.

Method

1. Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
2. Press the center of your palms with your thumb. This will make it easier to concentrate on the middle of your palms.
3. Place your arms parallel to each other, 3 inches apart, with your armpits slightly open.
4. Feel the centers of your palms and fingertips. Breathing – slow Begin to smoothly move your arms apart and bring them closer together. Movements should be very slow. Continue these steps for about 5 minutes. When concentrating on the centers of the palms and fingertips, the chakras of the hands and fingers are activated, as a result of which the sensitivity of the hands increases, that is, the hands begin to feel subtle energy, or subtle matter.
Eighty to ninety percent of you will feel a tingling, warmth, pressure, or rhythmic pulsation between your palms the first time you try. It is important to feel the pressure or rhythmic pulsation.
5. After increasing the sensitivity of your hands, immediately proceed to scanning.
6. Develop the sensitivity of your hands for about a month. In general, your hands will gain more or less constant sensitivity after a month of practice.
7. Don't be disappointed if you don't feel anything the first time you try. Continue to practice, and most likely you will learn to perceive these subtle sensations by the fourth session. It is important to keep an open mind and focus well.

Scanning

In scanning, it is useful, but not at all necessary, to learn to feel the size and shape of the external aura and the health aura before starting to scan the internal aura. This will make your hands more sensitive, since the external aura and the aura of health are more “subtle” than the internal aura, and you will also prove to yourself the fact of the existence of the external aura and the aura of health. In healing we are mainly interested in examining the inner aura. It is by scanning the internal aura that the location of diseased areas can be determined.
When scanning with your hands, always concentrate on the centers of your palms. Concentration on the centers of the palms maintains an activated state or further activates the hand chakras, making them sensitive to subtle energy or matter. Without this, you will have difficulty scanning.

External Aura Scanning Method

1. Stand about four meters away from your partner, with your palms facing him and your arms slightly extended.
2. Slowly move towards your partner, while trying to feel his external aura with your activated hands. As you scan, focus on the sensations in the centers of your palms.
3. Stop when you feel warmth, tingling or slight pressure - this is you feeling the external aura. Try to feel the size and shape of the external aura, its width in areas from head to waist, from waist to feet, front and back. In most cases, it will feel like an inverted egg, meaning the top will be wider than the bottom. 4. It is very important to gradually learn to feel the aura as pressure on your hand, this will allow you to more accurately determine the width of the external, internal and health auras.
5. The width of the outer aura is usually about one meter in radius, but in some cases its width can exceed two meters. In some hyperactive children, the external aura can reach three meters.

Health aura scanning method

1. After determining the size and shape of the external aura, gradually move further, maintaining the same position of the hands.
2. Stop when you feel subtle sensations again. These sensations may be a little more intense. You now feel an aura of health. Feel the size and shape of the health aura.
The health aura is usually about two feet wide. When a person is sick, his health rays are weakened and confused, and his health aura decreases in size. Sometimes the thickness of the health aura can be reduced to twelve inches (30 cm - per.) or less. In a very healthy and energetic person, the aura of health can reach one meter or more. It is felt in the form of a cylinder tapering towards one end - wider at the top and narrower at the bottom.

Inner Aura Scanning Method

1. Start feeling the inner aura with one or two hands. Move your arms back and forth slowly and easily. The inner aura is usually about 5 inches thick. When scanning, focus your attention on the centers of your palms in order to maintain an activated state or further activate the hand chakras, which will make them sensitive to subtle energy or matter.
2. Scan your partner from head to toe, front and back. Scan the left and right sides of his body. For example, scan the left and right ear or the right and left lung. When scanning, the internal aura of the right and left parts of the body should be approximately equal in thickness. If one of them is larger or smaller than the other, then that part of the body is unhealthy. For example, when scanning the ears of one patient, it was noted that the inner aura of his left ear was about 5 inches (13 cm) thick, while the inner aura of his right ear was only about 2 inches (5 cm). ). Upon interview with the patient, it was revealed that his right ear had been partially deaf for 17 years.
3. Particular attention should be paid to the main chakras, vital organs and spine. In many cases, part of the spine suffers from either excess or lack of energy, even if the patient does not complain of back pain.
4. To accurately scan the throat area, the chin must be raised. The inner aura of the chin may interfere with or mask the true condition of the throat.
5. It is better to scan the lungs from the back and sides, rather than from the front - this will give more accurate results. There are mini chakras on the nipples of the mammary glands that can interfere with proper lung scanning. A more advanced technique is to scan the lungs from the front, back and sides using two fingers instead of the whole hand.
6. Particular attention should be paid to the solar plexus, because many illnesses of emotional origin negatively affect the solar plexus chakra.

Interpretation of the results of scanning the internal aura

1. When scanning your patient, you will notice that there are "pits" or "spikes" in some areas of his internal aura. A “pit” in an area of the aura is caused by a lack (thinning) of prana. In other words, the affected area is depleted or has insufficient prana. The surrounding subtle meridians are partially or severely blocked, as a result of which fresh prana does not have free access to the diseased organ to nourish it. With a lack of prana, the affected chakra is thinned and filled with dirty, sick energy. In most cases, it is partially insufficiently activated.
2. A “release” of energy in an area of the aura means an excess of prana. Excessive amounts of prana, or bioplasmic matter, on the affected area causes partial or severe blockage of the surrounding subtle meridians. Excess prana and bioplasmic matter cannot circulate freely. This excess prana after some time becomes "lifeless" and "sick" because fresh prana cannot flow freely or its inflow is greatly reduced, and the "lifeless" substance cannot flow freely or its outflow is greatly reduced. With an excess of prana, stagnation forms in the affected chakra, it is filled with sick energy. In most cases it is somewhat over-activated.
3. In the diseased area there may be an excess and deficiency of prana at the same time. This means that part of the diseased organ is felt in the form of a depression, the other part - in the form of a protrusion. For example, on the left side of the liver there is an excess of prana, or "surge", and on the right side there is a lack of prana, or "pit". As another example, the left side of the heart may have stagnation, or "surge" of energy, while the right side of the heart may show a severe lack of energy.
4. The smaller the internal aura, the greater the depletion of prana. The greater the “outburst” in the internal aura, the greater the stagnation of energy in the diseased part of the body. The smaller or larger the internal aura of the diseased organ, the more severe the disease.
5. Sometimes there may be temporary stagnation of prana in any area, in which case there is no disease. For example, a scan of a person who has been sitting for a long time reveals a large protrusion of the internal aura in the buttock area. Since the surrounding meridians are not blocked, this condition returns to normal within a short time.
6. Sometimes there may be a temporary depletion of prana in any area, in which case there is no disease either. A recent quarrel is likely to cause temporary depletion of prana in the solar plexus area. After a few hours of rest, the condition returns to normal. However, frequent quarrels or irritation can cause thinning of prana in the solar plexus area, leading to disease in the abdominal organs and possibly heart disease.
7. Careful observation should be made before drawing any conclusion. physical condition patient and talk to him in detail.
8. As stated earlier, diseases appear in the energy body before they are found in the visible physical body. There are cases when there is a deficiency or excess of prana in the internal aura of the affected organ, while tests of this organ give negative results or do not reveal any deviations from the norm. This means that the disease has not yet appeared in the visible physical body. Therefore, pranic treatment should begin before the disease manifests itself physically.

A device for disintegrating negative energy

Sick energy should be disposed of appropriately to maintain clean energy in the room and to avoid transferring dirty energy to yourself and other patients. The diseased energy removed from the patient's body is still connected to the patient through energetic or etheric threads. Hawaiian shamans (healers), or kahunas, call this energy thread the “invisible thread aka.” In esotericism it is called an etheric thread. If sick energy is not destroyed properly, there is a possibility that it will return to the patient.

To prepare a device for disintegrating negative energy, pour about a liter of water into a bowl and add a handful of salt to it. With the help of clairvoyance, it was noticed that water is capable of absorbing dirty energy, and salt decomposes it. ( From this point on, instead of the term “device for disintegration of negative energy” the phrase “device for disintegration” will be used. .)

After each cleaning you should shake your hands towards the disintegration device.

You can try the following experiment:
Take two bowls of water and add salt into one of them. Do not put salt in the second bowl. Scan two bowls before and after you throw dirty energy into each of them. Dirty energy can be obtained from cleaning your patients. Let the bowls sit for about two hours and notice the difference between them. The dirty energy in a bowl of salt water should decompose, which means you will barely feel it, while in another bowl of water but no salt, the dirty energy should remain intact.

Some healers use water, sand, water with tobacco, meat and other organic substances as devices for disintegration. Some Indian shamans use twigs. The shaman takes the twigs into his mouth and sucks out, or extracts, the dirty energy with his mouth. The twigs are used to capture sick energy. Some clairvoyants symbolically see sick energy in the form of spiders, insects or other repulsive creatures. Some shamans do not put anything in their mouth. They simply suck out the sick energy and throw it out of themselves through “dry vomiting”. For beginners, there is a danger of literally swallowing sick energy. It is safer to use sweeping movements to clean.

How to disintegrate sick energy

If you don't have water and salt on hand, you can use the following methods:
1. Express the desire or intention to disintegrate the diseased energy when throwing it away from your hand.
2. Imagine a green or orange flame next to you and throw dirty energy at it. Subsequently, you must be sure to extinguish the fire to avoid unnecessary risk. The flame is a reality in the invisible world, and what manifests itself in the invisible world not only can, but often inevitably manifests itself in the physical world. Therefore, an unextinguished flame can create unpredictable problems for you.

Cleaning with sweeping movements (sweeping)

Sweeping (English sweeping - literally "sweeping") is primarily a cleaning technique. It can also be used to energize and distribute excess prana. Cleansing the entire energy body is called a general sweep (general cleansing). Cleaning specific parts of the body is called local sweeping (local, or local cleansing).

Sweeping is done by hand. Two hand positions are used: the fist position and the open-fingered position. These two hand positions are used interchangeably. The fisted hand position is more effective for drawing out sick energy, while the open hand position is more effective for combing and unraveling the health rays. Some students of esoteric sciences call general sweeping aura cleansing or aura combing.

Sweeping has the following effect:
1. It removes stagnant and diseased energy. At the same time, clogged meridians, or energy channels, are cleaned and opened. This normalizes the flow of prana from other parts of the body to the affected organ, which speeds up the healing process.
2. Unraveling and partial strengthening of the rays of health in to a large extent Helps remove toxins, waste, germs and dirty energy from the body. The rays of health are further strengthened when the entire body is recharged with prana.
3. Unraveling and strengthening the rays of health normalizes the aura of health, which is the body’s energy shield. This increases a person's resistance to infection.
4. Combing the aura (sweeping) automatically closes holes, or breakdowns, in the external aura through which prana leaks. If the holes in the external aura are not closed, recovery will be very slow, even if the patient is recharged with prana - because the prana will simply flow out. This is one of the reasons for relapse, or return of the disease, which can happen a few minutes or hours after the healing session.
5. Cleaning greatly facilitates the absorption of prana by the patient.
6. Sweeping is used to redistribute excess prana from a previously cleaned and nourished area to other parts of the body - to prevent possible stagnation of energy.
7. Sweeping is also used for recharging by directing excess prana from nearby areas, from a chakra or chakras to the diseased part, in which there is a “lack” of prana. For example, a mild form of arthritis of the fingers was healed within minutes by simply brushing the fingers and sweeping, or directing excess prana from the hand chakra to the affected fingers.
9. A "healing crisis" can be alleviated or avoided by thorough cleaning of the patient. Sweeping is a very important pranic healing technique and is very easy to learn. It cleanses, strengthens and greatly speeds up the healing process. Many minor diseases can be cured using only sweeping.

Local cleaning (local sweeping)

1. Place your hand or hands over the affected area. Focus your attention on your hand and on the painful part of your body and slowly sweep away the painful energy. It's like cleaning a dirty object with your hand.

2. Localize the affected area five times and then shake your hand vigorously to release diseased energy into the disintegration device. This process should be repeated until the patient experiences partial or complete relief.

3. For mild diseases, local cleaning is performed 30-50 times. In many cases the patient will experience partial or complete relief. Cleaning is especially effective for dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, headaches and other diseases.

4. Sweeping movements can be made in any direction: vertically, horizontally, diagonally or in an L shape.

5. For more severe diseases, the number of sweeping movements during local cleaning should be increased. In the case of a cyst, perform local cleansing approximately 100 times or more, in case of acute hepatitis - about 200 times or more (because the affected organ is inflamed), in case of a tumor or cancer - from 300 to 500 times (because the affected organ suffers from a strong excess of energy). In some cases, this provides significant pain relief. When performing local cleaning on infants and small children, the number of sweeping movements should be reduced.

6. For experienced and skilled pranic healers, the required number of sweeping movements during local cleansing is also significantly reduced. Cleaning is very easy to do and most people can get the hang of it almost immediately. Sometimes, with local cleansing, the diseased energy is transferred from the diseased area to another part of the body.

For example, when one healer removed excess energy from the back of a patient's head, some of this energy moved into the neck and shoulder area. This led to the pain also partially moving from the back of the head to the neck and shoulders. If you experience a similar situation, immediately clean the new area of pain.

General cleaning

General cleaning is done only through a series of downward "sweeping" movements. In a downward sweep, you move your hands from your head to your feet. Upward sweeping movements are not used for brushing and should only be used to awaken or invigorate drowsy patients. To perform an upward sweep, you move your hands from your feet to your head.

Method

1. Form your hands into a handful (or downward cup shape) and place them six inches above the patient's head. Do not touch the patient unnecessarily. Maintain a distance of about two inches between the patient's body and your hands.

2. Keeping your hands in a handful position, slowly begin moving your hands from top to bottom, from head to feet, along line 1, as shown in the illustration. Raise your hands and shake them downward vigorously to release dirty, sick energy. This is very important in order to prevent the return of sick energy to the patient, and also to avoid transferring this energy to oneself. The latter may not only manifest as pain in your fingers, hands, and palms, but may also cause your body to become weak and/or develop an illness similar to that of your patient.

3. Repeat the process described in step 2, only use the spread-fingered position instead of the fist-hand position. This movement is called "combing" and is used to unravel and strengthen the rays of health.

4. Repeat the entire process described in steps 2 and 3 along lines 2, 3, 4 and 5, as shown in the illustration.

5. Brush downwards from the patient's back using the procedure described in steps 2, 3 and 4.

6. It is very important to focus and have the intention to extract the sick energy. Without this, the cleaning process becomes less effective and more labor-intensive. It is the intention or expression of the will, when using the hands, that completely and quickly removes the diseased energy.
With regular practice, you will be able to apply brushing with great ease and with minimal effort.

7. After descending cleansing, some patients may feel drowsy. You can make several upward "combing" movements to awaken or invigorate the patient. Since upward sweeping is not a cleaning technique, there is no need to shake off your hands afterwards. It can only be used after the patient's aura has been relatively well cleansed.

Warning: Using an upward sweep before a downward cleansing may result in sick energy being transferred or stuck in the head area. This can have negative physical consequences.

How many times should general and local cleaning be performed on a patient? - As many times as necessary. There are no specific rules about this.

How to avoid being polluted by sick energy

Before the healing session, after cleaning and after nourishing, thoroughly wash both hands up to the elbows with plain water or water with salt. This washes away the sick energy left on the healer's hands and reduces the likelihood of self-contamination, that is, absorbing sick energy into one's system. The latter may manifest itself as pain in the fingers, hands and arms, as well as symptoms of the patient's illness to the healer. Hand washing is also important to prevent sick energy from being transferred to your next patient. Alternatively, you can use 70 percent ethyl or isopropyl alcohol - alcohol breaks down sick energy.

When treating patients with infectious diseases It is recommended to use bactericidal soap when washing hands to reduce the likelihood of infecting yourself and the next patient.

Increased patient sensitivity

The treatment session is much easier to carry out if the patient is relaxed and receptive and does not offer strong resistance. If the patient is relaxed, his body can absorb more pranic energy. The transmitted prana may be rejected by the patient for the following reasons: first, if he has a strong prejudice against this type of treatment; second - if he does not like the healer; and third - if he does not want to get better.

Therefore, in order to reduce the patient's resistance, it is advisable to establish contact with him. Contact with the patient can be established through a smile, a greeting and a polite and courteous manner. If the patient does not know anything about pranic healing, the healer should briefly and clearly explain to him the nature of pranic healing.

If there is strong resistance from the patient, ask him to take a “receptive” position. To do this, the patient must turn his palms up and bow his head slightly. Ask him to close his eyes. This will reduce the patient's resistance and thus make treatment much easier.

To further increase the skeptical patient's receptivity, ask him to mentally repeat the following positive statement (affirmation) several times during the treatment: “I consciously, fully and gratefully accept all healing energy... with complete faith, so be it! " Alternatively, while feeding the patient, you can ask him to imagine that his body and the diseased organ are being filled with light or pranic energy, or that he is breathing light or pranic energy into his body and the diseased organ. This will significantly increase the rate of absorption of pranic energy by the patient’s body.

Recharging with prana: hand chakra method

When emitting prana onto the patient's energy body, one should simultaneously absorb atmospheric prana, or "vital globules of air", from the environment. This will prevent the healer from becoming depleted, or exhausted, which may make him susceptible to infection and other diseases.

There are many ways to receive and transmit prana; One of the safest and easiest ways is to use the hand chakras. The chakra of one hand is used to absorb atmospheric prana, and the chakra of the other hand is used to transmit prana, or life energy, to the patient. Both the left and right hand chakras can predominantly absorb or emit prana.

The chakra of each hand alternatively absorbs and emits prana with high speed. The functioning of the chakra in the mode of preferential absorption or emission of prana depends on our intention or will. For example, you can use your right hand chakra to emit prana and your left hand chakra to draw in prana, or vice versa. It's a matter of personal preference. For right-handed people it is easier to draw prana through the chakra of the left hand and emit prana through the chakra of the right hand, and for left-handed people it is vice versa.

Prana is received through the chakra of one hand and transferred through the chakra of the other hand. Attention or concentration should be directed to the hand chakras (the centers of the palms) and to the part of the body that you are treating, with more attention given to the hand chakras. A common mistake new healers make is focusing too much on the area they are healing rather than the hand chakras. This reduces the flow of prana in and out.

Method:

1. Massage the centers of your palms to facilitate concentration on them.
2. The receiving hand should be turned palm up, and the sending hand should be turned palm down or away from you. The reason for this lies in our habit of taking something with the hand turned up and giving something back with the hand turned down or away from us. When a child asks something from a parent, the parent gives with the hand facing down and the child receives with the hand facing up.
3. Concentrate or direct your attention to the center of the palm that you intend to use to receive pranic energy for ten to fifteen seconds. This is necessary in order to partially activate the hand chakra and thereby increase its ability to absorb pranic energy.
4. Place your other hand near the painful part of the body and concentrate on the centers of both palms at the same time. If you are going to radiate energy through the right hand chakra, place your right hand near the painful area. Maintain a distance of three to four inches between your hand and the patient's body. Continue focusing on the centers of your palms until the patient receives sufficient energy. For a beginning healer, the process of feeding for minor illnesses can take approximately 5-15 minutes.
5. There must be an initial expectation or intention to receive prana through one chakra of the hand and emit it through the other chakra of the hand. Once the initial intention has been formed, there is no longer any need to maintain the conscious expectation or desire to emit prana. The position of your hands, initial anticipation and concentration on the centers of the palms will cause prana to automatically enter through one hand chakra and exit through the other hand chakra.
6. Some healers make the mistake of concentrating too much on the sending hand and not concentrating enough on the receiving hand. As a result of this, they are unable to emit enough pranic energy because they are not receiving enough energy. Also, such healers tend to be easily exhausted because they use their own pranic energy instead of the energy of the environment. Therefore, to avoid depleting one's own energy, the healer must concentrate more on the receiving hand rather than the transmitting hand.
7. When recharging, or emitting prana, you must gently express your will or form the initial intention to direct the emitted prana to the affected chakra and, through it, to the diseased organ. Critically important factor is the direction of emitted prana to the diseased organ. This will cause faster symptom relief or faster recovery. Simply recharging the affected chakra without directing pranic energy through willpower into the diseased organ will result in a slower distribution of prana, or life energy, from the chakra you are healing to the diseased organ and thereby reduce the rate of relief of symptoms or cure of the disease.
8. The left and right armpits should be slightly open to allow freer flow of prana from one chakra of the hand to the other. It is important.
9. If you feel slight pain or discomfort in your hand while charging, shake your hand. During recharging, you need to periodically shake your hand in order to release sick energy.
10. Continue recharging until the affected area is sufficiently saturated with energy. You will feel the fact that the affected area has received enough energy as a slight repulsion of your hand or a gradual cessation of the flow of prana from your palm to the energized area. The flow of prana can be felt as a warm current or simply as a flow of subtle energy. The feeling of a slight pushback or cessation of flow is caused by the leveling of pranic energy levels on your hand and the area being energized. For beginning healers, recharging with prana may take 5-15 minutes for minor illnesses and about 30 minutes or more for more severe illnesses.
11. Check the sufficiency of recharging by re-scanning the internal aura of the recharged area. If there is still not enough energy in that area, then continue recharging until it receives enough prana.
12. If the area being fed is oversaturated with energy to a large extent, apply a distribution sweep. It consists of redistributing excess energy by hand to neighboring areas. Re-scan the area to check the result. If the area being fed is slightly oversaturated with energy, just three inches, then leave it as is.
13. Prana, or ki, can be emitted not only through the hand chakras, but also through the tips of the fingers, or finger chakras. The prana emitted from the finger chakras is more intense. If the intensity of the emitted prana is too great, the patient may feel pain and a boring, penetrating sensation, which is completely unnecessary. It will be better if you first learn to send energy through the hand chakras before you begin to practice recharging through the finger chakras.

Using visualization while charging is helpful, but not necessary. Optionally, you can imagine white light flowing from your hands to the area or chakra being charged. Advanced pranic healing uses colored pranic energy, or colored light, to speed healing. Relax and calmly focus your attention on your hand chakras. The result will follow automatically. This technique is simple and quite effective. Try it and judge for yourself.

If the healer prefers to use visualization, he may visualize the pranic energy in the form of " white light", but not "colored light". It is advisable for elementary and intermediate level pranic healers to avoid the use of colored pranic energy in healing, since its improper use can have an adverse effect on the patient. It is advisable to use colored energy only for advanced pranic healers.

There are several possible hand positions for absorbing prana: hand-to-the-sky, Egyptian, and relaxed poses. For hand-to-the-sky pose, raise your receiving hand with your palm facing up. Raising your hand up is equivalent to straightening a water hose. In the armpit area there is a meridian, or energy channel, connected to the chakras of the left and right hands. Straightening this meridian allows prana to flow with the least resistance. Focusing on the receiving hand is similar to turning on a water pump. When you concentrate on the receiving hand, its chakra becomes activated and begins to absorb large amounts of energy. To achieve the Egyptian pose, bend your receiving arm at the elbow so that it is almost parallel to the ground. The elbow should be slightly away from the body, slightly opening the armpit. This has the effect of straightening the meridians in the armpit area. The palm should be facing upward. This position of the palm tunes the mind to the mode of receiving prana.

For a "casual" pose, allow your receiving hand to hang relaxed and at ease. The arm should be moved slightly away from the body to allow a slight clearance in the armpit area. The palm is in a natural position and does not look up. For beginning healers, the "relaxed" pose requires more concentration because it does not use the palm-up position that forces our mind into a mode of receiving energy.

The author usually uses the "Egyptian" pose because it is more comfortable and doesn't look too weird. This reduces the patient's resistance. If the patient finds the healer too strange or if he rejects or does not believe in this form of treatment, then he may inadvertently and to some extent prevent much of the prana transmitted to him by the healer from entering his body. Therefore, it is always advisable to establish contact with the patient - this will make healing faster and easier.

Stabilization of transferred prana

One of the potential problems in pranic healing is the instability of the prana transferred to the patient. The transferred prana tends to gradually leak out of the body, as a result of which a relapse of the disease may occur. This potential problem can be overcome by thoroughly cleaning the affected area and stabilizing the transferred prana.

The prana transferred to the patient can be stabilized in two ways:
1. After recharging, “paint” the energized area with blue prana for three to four seconds. If you have trouble with mental imagery, simply repeat “blue, blue, blue (color)” while “painting” the area you are working on.
2. Form an intention or mentally command the prana transferred to the patient to remain in place (or stabilize).

You can try the following experiment to prove to yourself the validity of these principles and techniques:
1. Using the hand chakra method, radiate “white” prana onto the surface of the table for about one minute and at the same time, with a mental image, give it the shape of a ball, without wanting the energy to remain in place. This is the first ball of pranic energy.
2. For about one minute, emit blue pranic energy and mentally form it into a ball shape, without wanting the energy to remain in place. This is the second ball of pranic energy.
3. Radiate white pranic energy for about one minute and wish or mentally command the pranic ball to remain in place for an hour. This is the third ball of pranic energy. Make sure you mark the location of these balls properly.
4. Scan the three pranic balls to ensure they are created correctly.
5. Wait for about 20 minutes and scan the three pranic balls again. You will find that the first ball of pranic energy has already disappeared or has significantly decreased in size, while the second and third balls of pranic energy are still preserved in their original form.

Try this experiment right now. It's quite simple and easy to do.

Release of transferred pranic energy

The healer will find it relatively easier to remain emotionally uninvolved while healing strangers than when treating your children, family and close friends. This is caused by the healer's tendency to become overly worried or anxious about the outcome of the treatment due to emotional attachment to the patient. With clairvoyance, this attachment is seen in the form of an etheric or energetic thread (thread of light) connecting the healer to the patient. Through this thread, the prana transferred to the patient can return to the healer, as a result of which the patient's recovery will be slow instead of quick. To avoid this, the healer must imagine that he is cutting the etheric thread, or "thread of light", with imaginary scissors or a knife.

It is also best not to think about the patient immediately after a healing session, because this may restore the etheric connection. Moreover, if the patient is very depleted energetically, the healer may unknowingly continue to feed the patient long after the session has ended, eventually leaving the healer exhausted. If this happens, the healer should calmly imagine that he is again cutting the etheric thread.
Under normal circumstances, when the healer is calm and detached (but not indifferent to the patient), the transmitted pranic energy is "released" and the etheric thread is cut automatically.

1. Increase hand sensitivity - 5-10 minutes a day.
2. Scanning - 5-10 minutes a day.
3. General and local cleaning - 10 minutes a day.
4. Recharging with prana - 10 minutes a day.

It is recommended that you follow the above plan for at least three to five weeks to be prepared to help someone, such as your child or others, with minor illnesses such as fever, diarrhea, gas pain, muscle pain pain, insect bites, etc.

These techniques are preferably used on real patients. If this is not possible, then practice on a friend or relative. If you are one of those who did not manage to develop sensitivity in your hands during the first lesson, simply move on to cleaning and recharging with prana. Continue exercises to develop hand sensitivity. In general, you should learn this in three to four lessons.

It is advisable and preferable to first learn how to heal minor diseases (at least 30 cases) before moving on to self-treatment of more complex or severe diseases. This is necessary in order to gain experience and confidence in your abilities.

When a healer should not heal

1. A healer should not heal when he is sick or suffering from general weakness. This is necessary in order to avoid transferring sick energy to the patient.
2. The healer should also not heal when he is angry or irritated, because the pranic energy emitted will be polluted by anger and other negative emotions. This may worsen the patient's condition.

Five Things to Avoid in Pranic Healing
1. Do not send too intense prana or too much prana to infants, small children, debilitated and elderly patients. In infants and young children, the chakras (energy centers) are small and fragile, and in frail and elderly patients, the chakras are weak. Transfer too large quantity prana or overcharging these patients will cause a “choking effect” in their chakras. This is similar to the choking reaction of a very thirsty person who drinks too much water in a very short time. Babies and children should be nourished carefully and gradually and only for a short period of time because their chakras, being quite small, can easily become saturated and overflowing with energy. The ability to absorb energy in weakened and elderly patients is reduced. Therefore, such patients should be fed carefully, gradually and over a longer period of time, since their bodies are quite depleted. For them, you should take a break for 15-20 minutes to absorb prana before continuing to recharge.

If the solar plexus chakra (energy center) is suddenly oversaturated with energy, causing a “choking effect” in the chakra, the patient may suddenly develop pallor and difficulty breathing. If this happens, immediately perform local cleansing in the solar plexus area. This will immediately relieve the patient's condition. Although similar cases rare, it is mentioned here to show what should be done in such a situation.

Healing babies, children and elderly patients is similar to shaking their hands: with them, your handshake will be light, while your handshake with adults and young people will be stronger and more energetic.
2. Do not feed your eyes directly. The eyes, being a delicate organ, when directly charged, are easily oversaturated with prana, which can ultimately cause harm to them. The eyes are charged through the back of the head (occipital chakra), through the area between the eyebrows (ajna chakra) or through the temples (temporal minor chakras). In this case, after the eyes have been sufficiently energized, the excess prana will simply be redistributed to other parts of the body.
3. Do not feed the heart directly and intensely for a long time. This is a rather sensitive and delicate organ. Too much prana or too much recharging can cause severe prana stagnation in the heart. The heart should be nourished through the spine (from the back) at the level of the heart. When the heart is fed from the back, prana is directed not only to the heart, but also to other organs. This reduces the likelihood of prana stagnation in the heart area. By recharging the heart through the front heart chakra, prana is localized in the heart area, which increases the likelihood of prana stagnation.
4. Do not charge the meng mein chakra in infants, small children and the elderly. This can activate the meng mein chakra and increase their blood pressure, which will negatively affect the brain. This chakra should not be charged during pregnancy because it may have adverse effects on the fetus. Only advanced and experienced pranic healers can treat this chakra.
5. Do not feed the spleen chakra of babies and children, because they may pass out from too much prana. If this happens, perform a general cleanse several times to remove excess pranic energy. The spleen chakra should also not be charged in patients who suffer from hypertension or who have had hypertension in the past, because this may worsen the patient's condition. However, this chakra is used to treat very weakened or exhausted patients. It is important to remember that the spleen chakra can only be charged by advanced and experienced pranic healers.

Pranic healing is fairly safe, but you must fully follow the directions and recommendations given in this book.

Sequence of actions during a healing session

1. Smile and connect with the patient to increase receptivity. Observe and talk to the patient.
2. Scan painful parts of the body, important organs, major chakras and spine.
3. Ask him to take a "receptive" position.
4. Perform general cleaning.
5. Locally clean the affected areas.
6. Re-scan the affected areas. If there was an excess of prana, then after cleansing it should decrease significantly. If there was a lack of prana, then after cleaning the internal aura of the diseased part should increase slightly or partially normalize.
7. For minor illnesses, sweeping, or cleaning, is sometimes sufficient to cure the patient.
8. Before you begin recharging, make the patient receptive - this will improve the absorption and assimilation of the emitted pranic energy by his body.
9. Recharge the affected areas with prana.
10. Ask the patient how he is feeling. If the pain does not completely go away, ask the patient to indicate where the areas of pain are and rescan them. Clean and recharge again.
11. If the area is oversaturated with energy, perform a distribution sweep to prevent possible stagnation of prana.
12. Re-scan the area that you treated: it should be sufficiently cleared of stagnant prana or saturated with fresh prana. Carefulness in performing healing techniques is the secret of "miraculous" or very rapid healing.
13. When prana stagnates, the emphasis is on cleaning, and when prana is insufficient - on recharging.
14. Stabilize the transferred prana. It is very important.
15. “Release” the transferred pranic energy by imagining that you are cutting the etheric thread, or thread of light, connecting you to your patient, with imaginary scissors or a knife.
16. Instruct your patient not to wash the body parts you worked on for about 12 hours, otherwise symptoms may return. Water absorbs some of the energy transferred to the diseased part of the body.

Patients suffering from severe illness or general weakness should not take a bath for about 24 hours after a pranic healing session. This will allow the body to gradually absorb and assimilate the pranic energy transferred to it.

Beginning healers are recommended to scan before talking with the patient. This will increase the accuracy of their diagnosis. Scanning, like decision making or other human abilities, can be influenced by suggestion. When scanning a patient, beware of this error and try to double-check your results.

For minor localized diseases, general cleaning may not be necessary. In the case of infectious diseases, general cleansing should be carried out even for minor diseases such as an eye infection or a cold, because the whole body is affected to some extent by the disease and there are breakdowns in the external aura. In this case, the recovery rate will be significantly higher if a general cleaning has been performed.

Is it possible to treat without scanning?

If your scanning abilities are limited, you can treat without scanning. For minor illnesses, ask the patient what hurts or where he feels discomfort. Then perform local cleaning and recharging. If you are seriously ill, follow the instructions in this book. You can also use treatment regimens that exist for some serious illnesses. For example, people suffering from heart disease tend to have imbalanced or malfunctioning chakras of the heart and solar plexus. Therefore, cleaning and recharging these two chakras will significantly improve the condition of such a patient. The heart should be nourished through the back heart chakra.

Although you can treat without scanning, your actions will be more accurate and your results more effective if you use scanning. In some cases, malfunctioning chakras may be located far from the painful or diseased part of the body.

Important Factors in Healing

1. The patient's initial and repeat scans must be thorough and accurate. A correct energetic diagnosis will allow proper treatment to be carried out. Accurate rescan will give you correct information about the effectiveness of your actions.
2. The patient’s energy body must be thoroughly cleansed - this will speed up the body’s recovery and help avoid a healing crisis.
3. The patient must receive sufficient prana. Insufficient energy supply will cause only a slight improvement or a slow rate of recovery.
4. Stabilize the transferred prana to prevent it from dissipating or leaking. Many new healers become overconfident and make the serious mistake of omitting the stabilization of the transferred prana when their patients report that their condition has improved greatly. As a result, some patients experience a return of symptoms or a relapse of the disease approximately 30 minutes to several hours after the healing session. Therefore, after recharging the patient, always stabilize the transferred prana.
5. If the healer is calm and uninvolved, the transmitted energy is automatically released and the etheric thread connecting the healer to the patient is cut. However, if the healer is worried or attached to the results of the healing, then he must, with the help of visualization, cut the etheric thread in order to prevent the transferred pranic energy from returning to him.

Insulating clothing

Some materials, such as silk, rubber, leather and products made from them, are partial insulators of prana. Patients should be asked not to wear silk, as it impedes the transfer of energy from the healer to the patient. It is preferable to remove leather or rubber shoes and leather belts to enhance overall cleaning. Some healers prefer to heal without shoes to absorb more of the earth's prana.

By the will of fate, I entered one of the Russian universities. During the diploma, it was decided to explore one of the areas of biometric identification - identification by the pattern of palm veins. At the initial stages, it was planned to provide a working model of the device for protection (but everything turned out to be not so simple).

First, it was necessary to understand what this method is and by what means it is implemented. As already written in the article:

“The pattern of veins is formed due to the fact that hemoglobin in the blood absorbs infrared radiation. As a result, the degree of reflection is reduced and the veins are visible on the camera as black lines. Special program Based on the received data, it creates a digital convolution. No human contact with the scanning device is required.”

The figure below shows a graph of infrared absorption of oxygenated blood and blood without oxygen.

Selecting a Method
There are two methods for obtaining an image of the vein pattern of the palm. The Reflection method allows you to place all the components of the device in one housing, thereby reducing the size. The psychological barrier is also reduced (no need to stick your hand anywhere). The Transmission method involves installing IR illumination on the back of the hand, and the camera itself with a filter is installed on the palm side and receives IR radiation passing through the entire palm. Using the transmission method, the resulting images are more detailed.

Iron

The reflection method was chosen as the basis for obtaining images of the palm vein pattern. To begin with, a preliminary model of the device was sketched out on a piece of paper. It should measure the distance from the device itself to the palm of the person being identified, measure the temperature of the surface of the hand (for statistics, I wanted to have such functionality), turn on and off the IR illumination. For the camera I chose the Logitech B910 webcam. Tests of the device models, and there were already 4 of them, revealed the shortcomings of the three previous cameras. The first model came with a LinkSprite JPEG Color Camera TTL Interface. The process of transferring images to a PC was limited by the speed of the port, so we had to abandon it. We also tested 2 more noname webcams, but the resulting images were very Bad quality. Below I will describe only the latest model.

A list of components has been compiled:

  1. Arduino Project Enclosure - a small enclosure for Arduino projects
  2. Infrared Thermometer - MLX90614 - IR thermometer
  3. USB HUB - for connecting the camera and arduino with one cable
  4. ORduino Nano - ATMega168
  5. Infrared Proximity Sensor - Sharp GP2Y0A21YK - IR distance sensor (from 10 to 80cm)
  6. 2 transistors
  7. 2 resistors 4.7kOhm, 6-470Ohm
  8. 6 IR diodes 850nm
  9. Phototransistor (for measuring the illumination of the device by extraneous light, did not participate in the experiments, but was planned)
  10. USB B connector
  11. IR Filter 850nm
  12. USB cable
Connection diagram (physics/electrical engineering is up to you, I can’t vouch for the consequences). The assembly process consisted of cutting out a circle in the center of the body with a smaller diameter than the IR filter. Then the filter was glued with glue (super moment). At first, instead of super-moment, I used a glue gun, but the camera got very hot (a feature of the Logitech B910) and the glue stopped holding. A hole was cut for the IR thermometer. Also, a “mount” for the distance sensor was made from the IR filter box. The camera was disassembled and minimized by removing the body and frame, leaving only the circuit board. The IR filter was removed from the camera lens, which did not allow IR rays to pass through (the process of removing the filter can be seen). Next, the camera was also installed on the bottom of the case using glue. IR diodes were installed symmetrically around the camera. To avoid flare from the diodes on the camera lens, I built something like a casing for the IR filter from the lens using the remnants of the housing and double-sided tape.

When assembled, the device looks like:

Arduino
All components of the device (except the camera) must be controlled by arduino. These are a distance sensor, a temperature sensor and an IR illuminator. In total, the operating algorithm is as follows:
  • a command is received from the PC to start the operation of the distance sensor and temperature sensor with subsequent output of their values to the port
  • as soon as the sensor value matches the values entered into the PC, the distance sensor is turned off (its beam causes light to appear on the resulting images)
Next, if the values coincide:
  • IR illumination turns on
  • a picture is taken
  • IR illumination turns off
  • transition to the initial stage
PC
The images received from the device must be further processed and recognized. The Matlab software environment was chosen to write software for the PC. The standard Matlab Neural Network Toolbox component was used as a recognition tool. But before submitting images for training and recognition, they need to be processed, namely, the main features must be extracted.

Received images from the device:

After adjusting the algorithm for yourself:

Not bad, right? This is the same image, but something different. Now all that remains is to fill the database with reference images and train the network. After training, it turned out that the invariance of the images is very small. It turned out that the veins on my hand are clearly visible, and on some hands the image quality is, to put it mildly, “not very good.” 100 reference images were collected for each hand. Noisy images and images without hands (elbows, fists, etc.) were used as a negative sample. The sample included the hands of two people.

After training, we began testing the device. Errors of the second type do occur. I had to lower the threshold for matching the standards. As a result, sometimes there were false omissions. In practice, errors of the second type occurred due to incorrect positioning of the hand in front of the device, or due to blurring of the resulting images due to hand movements. There wasn't enough time for experiments.

conclusions

Here we can only say that the topic is interesting and it has not been fully explored due to lack of time and necessary skills. I also didn’t have time to check the device for “non-living comparisons”. The phototransistor (to adjust the camera to the lighting) and the temperature sensor were not used (although information was received from it, it was not taken into account in any way).

There are sources for arduino and matlab, but it’s a shame to show it, because I wrote/rewrote it in a hurry to catch up, remaking the device along the way.

As you develop skills in energy palpation and concentration, begin to practice further assessing a person's energy field.

The real patient or “model” you select must be in a sitting or lying position. Hands should be 5-8 cm from the surface of the patient’s skin; Perhaps we should start from the head. Check the area to the left of the head and compare it to the right side.

Scan from the top of the head, above the face, towards the chin. This area is covered in about 10 seconds. Be aware of what you feel, changes in sensations, temperature, and so on, but do not fixate on questions like: “Did I feel anything or not?” Just feel everything that passes through your hands.

Gradually move over the front of the body, then move to the back. The speed of movement should be low but constant.

When the scan is completely finished, check any areas that seem unusual to you and re-check your first impressions.

It may happen that where there are significant fluctuations in the energy field, the hands will notice changes in temperature. You may also feel changes in pressure, tingling, vibration, electrical sensations, or pulsations.

All of these sensations can be important. Mark them and write down your feelings.

Begin Chakra Scanning

Relax, concentrate and then scan the body of your partner or patient. The goal is to understand if you feel any variations or changes in the texture and character of the energy in the “chakra” areas described by Upledger (Chapter 5, p. ..., Fig. 10.3).

Compare what you feel in different chakra positions with “normal” ones. healthy people and people with illnesses.

Try to understand what specific forms of illness or health are associated with specific patterns of energy fluctuations.

Mark them and write down your feelings.

Braga Joy Concepts

In addition to Dr. Krieger's book, an excellent and very insightful introduction to energy medicine can be found in the "Joy Way" presented by Dr. Brug Joy (1979). Much here is similar to what Krieger describes, but much is also unique, containing extensive material that can help the reader both to develop the ability to sense emitted energy fields and serve as a guide to methods of “transferring energy to others.”

Joy characterizes what he actually teaches as “transformational energy” and emphasizes that one must first achieve mastery in one set of exercises and only then move on to the next. His exercises are divided into the following groups:

1. Resonance circle.

2. Study of the sounds of music passed through a powerful amplifier.

3. Modified spiral meditation.

4. Two-element exercises.

5. Three-element exercises.

6. Scan by hand.

7. Energy transfer.

Just from this list it can be understood that in order to just get to the place where Krieger starts, Joy recommends doing a lot of work. Joy's book is the best way to get detailed guidance on the first five requirements above. His description of hand scanning of chakras deserves careful study as it gives very exact information according to this approach:

In the phase of scanning the body's energy with the hand, the consciousness of the scanner must become completely receptive, and her/his awareness must be completely concentrated on the hand, or hands. A state of consciousness known as “witness” is activated. One must be careful not to project what the scanner thinks should be there into the space surrounding the person being scanned. On the contrary, the task is to explore this space in order to find what is actually there. The hand acting as the detector should be relaxed. The fingers should be slightly spread, you can bend them a little, much like in a classic ballet pose. A hard, flat palm with fingers pressed together will be much less effective as a detector.

He also recommends that beginners start with their right hand (if the beginner is right-handed), because in the beginning it can be quite difficult to operate effectively with both hands; a sufficient degree of sensitivity in both hands develops only over time.

Speed of movement is important: too quick action interfere with the mental registration of the sensory input signal, and too slow movements create the effect of reflection of the scanner’s own energy from the skin of the subject, and exactly the same sensations arise on both surfaces. The correct speed would be about 30 cm in 2 seconds (this is faster than the speed recommended by Krieger - 10 seconds for the face only).

The sensation that almost all beginners experience is “overwhelm,” characterized by tingling, throbbing, and even headaches or other painful sensations. This interferes with awareness of incoming stimuli. To relieve this sensation, Joy recommends shaking your hands or tapping them on your thighs (your own, of course). This can give results after many attempts, and what is called palpation of the energy field will not occur during these attempts. You need to allow the feeling to flow through you.

Joy likens the process of learning such fine palpation to what happens to medical students when they learn to recognize heart murmurs: “First they have to learn to concentrate their auditory awareness, because the normal hearing mechanism simply does not perceive the ranges in which these murmurs can be heard. The same is true for the subtle sense of touch, at least in the initial stages.”

The distance from the scanning palm to the body should be 20-30 cm, says Joy, and the person being scanned should lie on a wooden couch or table face up (metal is not suitable because it interferes with the energy field). All jewelry should be removed; the same applies to metal buckles and watches. The person being scanned should feel relaxed and free to move (if, for example, he wants to scratch or stretch). Conversations, of course, are not encouraged.

Joy recommends starting with finding the "patient's" pulse so that the scanner can adjust their awareness to the patient. With your other hand you can start scanning over chest, upper body and lower abdomen, as this is where the energy fields are stronger and relatively easy to detect. He recommends starting the scan outside the body, beyond its boundaries, then entering the area above the body, and then moving outside again to feel the contrast. Once a person becomes familiar with this "feeling" of the energy field, such a sequence is no longer necessary. When doing this kind of work, Joy advises closing your eyes (as when palpating skin and muscles, in order to better concentrate consciousness).

The most valuable instruction from his mouth sounds like this: “You can’t feel the field if you just hold your hand over it, you can feel it when hand goes through it. This principle is fundamental. During scanning, the hand must be in constant motion. She must move in and out of fields»,

Thus, a “slice” through energy fields at different levels allows us to determine their shape, distance from the surface, density and degree of “health” of the field.

Joy notes that with his own years of experience, he could recognize the field at a distance from the body two to three times greater than when he was a beginner. At first this was a simple registration of the fact that an energetic elevation was felt above the chakra, and this was (and will be for others) a huge step forward. Such elevations above the perineum and crown of the head are relatively easy to recognize. As the hand moves from chakra to chakra, variations in intensity should be noted.

The region over the throat chakra requires that the patient hold their breath for a short while, so that it does not confuse the scanning process. Practice in a group, if possible, so that the differences one from another are available to reinforce the learning process. After scanning the front of the body, the patient turns over and the back is assessed in much the same manner.
