Studio One appeared relatively recently, and although it was released by the foreign company PreSonus, this program for writing music in Russian is already available. There is also a Russian manual for it.

Native Effects Suite plugins are included exclusively from the developer, allowing you to use a wide variety of effects. It is important that all of the above options are available in double precision.
FL Studio
But FL Studio, on the contrary, has been on the market for a long time and has acquired many fans who sincerely believe that a better program for writing music on a computer cannot be found. Previously, the product was called Fruity Loops (in honor of the hero of the movie "Hackers"). It supports VST/DX plugins, records on multiple tracks at once, and works with MIDI data in advanced mode. This allows you not to stop at one direction of music, but to work with completely different genres and styles. Export of finished files is possible in MP3, MIDI, WAV and OGG.
However, FL Studio is not very suitable for beginners who are just choosing programs for writing music and are looking for a powerful, but understandable one. The interface of this product, although not entirely complicated, still has many pitfalls and features that are useless for a beginner.
FL Studio comes in seven editions, including express, demo and mobile versions. Many of the plugins that this software product works with are also available as separately released applications.

Adobe Audition CC

She has only two instruments in her arsenal - a drum machine and a synthesizer, but each of them is equipped with a large library of sounds and samples, with the help of which you can create high-quality music in various genres and process it with effects in a convenient mixer.
NanoStudio takes up quite a bit of space on your hard drive, and even those who have encountered this kind of software for the first time can master it. One of the key features of this workstation is the availability of a version for mobile devices on iOS (iPhone, iPad), which makes it not so much an all-in-one tool, but a good tool for creating simple sketches of future compositions, which can later be finalized in more professional programs.
Magix Music Maker
Unlike NanoStudio, Magix Music Maker contains many more tools in its arsenal and provides significantly wider opportunities for creating music. This program is paid, but the developer gives you 30 days to familiarize yourself with the functional features of your brainchild. The basic version of Magix Music Maker contains a minimum of tools, but new ones can always be downloaded from the official website. 
In addition to synthesizers, a sampler and a drum machine, with the help of which anyone (and able) can play and record their own melody, Magix Music Maker also has a large library of ready-made sounds and samples, from which it is also very convenient to create your own music. The NanoStudio described above does not have such an opportunity. Another nice bonus of MMM is that the interface of this product is completely Russified, and only a few programs presented in this segment can boast of this.
Mixcraft
This is a workstation of a qualitatively new level, which provides ample opportunities not only for working with sound, but also with video files. Unlike Magix Music Maker, in Mixcraft you can not only create unique music, but also bring it to studio-quality sound. For this purpose, there is a multifunctional mixer and a large set of built-in effects. Among other things, the program has the ability to work with notes. 
The developers equipped their creation with a large library of sounds and samples, added a number of musical instruments, but decided not to stop there. Mixcraft also supports Re-Wire applications that can be connected to this program. In addition, the functionality of the sequencer can be significantly expanded thanks to VST plug-ins, each of which individually represents a full-fledged instrument with a large library of sounds. With such wide capabilities, Mixcraft puts forward minimal requirements for system resources. This software product is completely Russified, so every user can easily understand it.
Sibelius
Unlike Mixcraft, which has a notation tool as one of its features, Sibelius is a product entirely focused on creating and editing notation scores. This program allows you to create not digital music, but its visual component, which only then results in live sound. 
This is a professional workstation for composers and arrangers, which simply has no analogues or competitors. An ordinary user who does not have a musical education and does not know sheet music will not be able to work in Sibelius, and he is unlikely to need it. The program has a lot in common with Mixcraft, except perhaps for the ability to work with video files, but this is not needed here. Unlike all the programs described above, FL Studio is a workstation that is used by many professional producers and composers, but even beginners can easily master it. Right after installation on your PC, FL Studio has a huge library of studio-quality sounds and samples, as well as a number of virtual synthesizers with which you can create a real hit. In addition, it supports the import of third-party sound libraries, of which there are a lot for this sequencer. It also supports connecting VST plugins, the functionality and capabilities of which cannot be described in words. 
FL Studio, being a professional DAW, provides the musician with endless possibilities for editing and processing sound with effects. The built-in mixer, in addition to a set of its own instruments, supports third-party VSTi and DXi formats. This workstation is not Russified and costs a lot of money, which it more than justifies. If you want to create really high-quality music and, which is welcome, also make money from it, FL Studio is the best solution for realizing the ambitions of a musician, composer or producer.
SunVox
SunVox is a sequencer that's hard to compare to other music production software. It does not require installation, does not take up space on your hard drive, is Russified and is distributed free of charge. It would seem like an ideal product, but everything is far from what it might seem at first glance. 
On the one hand, SunVox has many tools for creating music, on the other hand, all of them can be replaced with one plugin from FL Studio. The interface and operating principle of this sequencer will be understood more by programmers than by musicians. The sound quality is somewhere between NanoStudio and Magix Music Maker, which is very far from studio quality. The main advantage of SunVox, in addition to free distribution, is the minimum system requirements and cross-platform: you can install this sequencer on almost any computer and/or mobile device, regardless of its operating system.
Ableton Live
Ableton Live is an electronic music production program that has many similarities to FL Studio, being superior in some ways and inferior in others. This is a professional workstation used by industry names like Armin Van Bouren and Skrillex. In addition to creating music on your computer, this DAW provides ample opportunities for live performances and improvisation. 
If in the same FL Studio you can create studio-quality music in almost any genre, then Ableton Live is aimed primarily at the club audience. The set of tools and the principle of its operation are appropriate. It also supports the export of third-party libraries of sounds and samples, there is support for VST, but the range of such is noticeably poorer than that of the aforementioned FL Studio. As for live performances, Ableton Live simply has no equal in this area, and the choice of world stars confirms this.
Traktor Pro
Traktor Pro is a product for club musicians that, like Ableton Live, provides powerful capabilities for live performances. The only difference is that Traktor is aimed at DJs and allows you to create mixes and remixes, but not unique musical compositions. 
This product, like FL Studio and Ableton Live, is also actively used by audio professionals. In addition, this workstation has a physical counterpart - a device for DJing and live performances, similar to a software product. Adobe Audition

Just as Photoshop from Adobe is a leader in working with images, Adobe Audition has no equal in working with sound. This is not a tool for creating music, but a comprehensive solution for creating full-fledged studio-quality musical compositions and any other audio content. This software is used in many professional recording studios.
