By the way, it was observed on Windows 8. But as far as I understand, it also occurs very often on Windows 7 (and possibly on XP, I don’t know for sure). I noticed that this problem often appears on adapters Broadcom.
I advised the author several ways to solve this problem, but they did not help. Then the author himself was able to solve this error and shared the method. Disabling “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” helped. (I’ll write more about this below). But this does not mean that this method can be used to solve the “The default gateway is not available” error on all computers. Solving the error “The default gateway is not available”
