The registration process for individuals and legal entities differs in some nuances.

For individuals:

  3. Fill in all the required fields on the next tab (personal account number, device - all this is indicated in the receipt), check the box for consent to data processing.
  4. Enter the password to access your account.

To make a payment through a personal account, individuals must first fill out the “Meter Readings” field, then go to the “Payment” tab and make a payment using a plastic card (only Visa and MasterCard cards are used), indicating the card details.

Legal entities on the personal account page must click the “Pay for electricity” button, after which a page with the “Pay” and “Refuse” buttons will automatically open. When making further payments online, a tab with payment terms will appear (here you will need to fill in the payment details).

To view and pay your electricity bills. All data is automatically transferred by your electronic meter directly to Mosenergosbyt. Thanks to this, you always see up-to-date data on electricity consumption, practically online. Step 1. Go to the official website lkk-mes.rf, or a mirror of the main site: https://lkkbyt.mosenergosbyt.ru/common/login.xhtml and click the big blue button Register:

Step 2. Select the registration method: by mobile number or by email. There is essentially no difference. Just in the next step, the required field will be either a mobile phone number or an email address. Choose what is more convenient for you.

Step 3. Please indicate your personal account number and meter number. Both of these numbers can be found on your payment receipt. Read carefully. Immediately enter your mobile phone number or email (marked with a red asterisk, depending on your choice in the previous step). You can indicate both, it won’t be worse.
