  • Correctly use the marks “output”, “out”, “additional”. The first involves the initial submission of the form, the second cancels previously submitted information, and the last clarifies errors in the previous report. It is not allowed to indicate “out” in the secondary submission;

After checking the form with the Pension Fund of Russia, the policyholder can receive a protocol with error codes:

Codes 10 And 20 — the report was accepted with a warning. It is not necessary to correct the warnings, but you should familiarize yourself and, if the information needs to be clarified, submit it with the “CORR” type.

Code 30— the report was partially accepted. For example, if there is an error in the full name or SNILS of the insured person. It is necessary to submit with the “Additional” type for insured persons for whom the Pension Fund did not accept information.

Code 40- the report was accepted with errors. The Russian Pension Fund told how to check the SZV-experience report for 2017 before sending it. These are the most minor of all possible errors.

Errors with code 20 are displayed if the TIN of an individual is incorrectly indicated in the SZV-M (it is checked using the TIN control number), as well as if it is not indicated at all next to any last name.
