It’s worth starting with the fact that the package of channels for me personally is not the best, especially when it comes to the category of educational channels. We can say that the problem could be solved by additionally connecting the channels of interest, but there is not enough flexibility: you connect either a package or nothing. The same channels that are in this category, from another provider, for example (in another house), are in HD quality. But my main complaint is with the TV set-top box. The delay when switching channels is higher than that of another equally large provider, and the recording function is only available on a flash drive (with a similar cost of services from another provider, a set-top box with a hard drive). Here is a wish for MGTS - commissioning and offering customers a variety of equipment to choose from, including CI modules.

I haven’t written reviews before, but for some reason I wanted to. I guess I just want to use the services of an organization that will satisfy not only my needs, but also maintain the quality of service at the highest level. By the way, the latter is still lame.

I have been using the company's services for a long time. Like probably many others. I am quite satisfied with the quality of the services provided. There are many channels on TV, which, of course, I don’t watch all of them. The main thing for me is signal stability. I watch few channels, but the quality of TV triples for me. I use home internet. The speed is quite enough for me, especially the new one. They even change the router to a new one, albeit at my request.

As for Mobile communications, everything is more complicated here. Works in many places, very well, but not everywhere. I often visit friends’ dachas in the Moscow region, and the quality of communication there is generally disgusting. It catches in 2 places throughout the house. It’s the same story on the site (so that they don’t think that the aluminum roof reflects the signal). It’s not even worth talking about the Internet there. There's a minus here. Otherwise, convenient communication. All your loved ones are on MTS, so it’s beneficial to communicate with them. And the bill comes as a whole in the receipt with the phone, so you don’t worry about being left without communication.

The downside, of course, is the support/sales service and the attitude towards customers. Here's a real life story:

In January they called me and offered to switch to more favorable conditions. I won’t go into details of the conditions now, it’s not important. Nevertheless, I understood what was being offered to me and I was interested in only one question: how much more expensive? For myself, I understood the price/quality ratio of the new package. They reported that it would cost only 300 rubles more. In the first full month under the new conditions everything went fine. As promised, I overpaid 300 rubles. But then the fun begins. As it turns out, with the transition to a new package, the trial period of Amediateka Premium is automatically activated. Of course, no one warned me about this, because I would have turned it off as unnecessary.

Then in the new statement I see the connected service and contact the support service in VK. I get a dry answer in the style of “it’s all your fault on the site.” What we end up with is an overpayment in the bottom line that turns out to be more after the first month, if you don’t turn off the add-on. plastic bag. In my opinion, it’s worth warning about this if you call and offer something. Pain/sadness/longing. Now the money cannot be returned, as the support assured, although the amount is not large.
