If you are faced with the fact that the status is “Return completed”, but the money has not been credited to your account or payment system card/wallets, you should check your Alipay account. To make sure that the money does not go there, you need to:

  • go to your personal account settings on Aliexpress;
  • in the “Return to” column next to “Alipay Balance” click the “Disable” button.
