Link pdf files into one. How to combine PDF files into one document

Yesterday I needed combine multiple pdf files into one(some users may call this process differently, for example: glue, connect, sew, assemble, combine, unite, etc.)

I have 17 PDF files that periodically need to be printed, and in order to do this, I had to open each of these documents separately and send them for printing.

It’s one thing if you need to use these files rarely, but when you do it constantly, then you can’t help but think about optimizing this process to save time.

I searched the Internet for ways to merge several PDF documents into one. There are opportunities to merge files online, but I settled on one small free program from Google, which I will talk about in this article - maybe someone also needs to merge or join PDFs.

Installing PDFBinder

Unfortunately, this utility is not in Russian, but everything about it is very simple!

The installation process, and indeed the use of PDFBinder, is very simple. Launch the downloaded distribution and in the first window click Next:

A list of files to merge will appear in the PDFBinder collector window. Moreover, this list can still be adjusted, for example, by adding more files from other places on the computer or deleting unnecessary ones.

When we have arranged the list in the sequence in which we want to combine everything in one file, click on the Bind button:

That's all! Now all pdfs are combined into one common file!

Uninstalling PDFBinder

Since this utility may be useful very rarely, you can remove it and, if necessary, install it again. If you need to remove PDFBinder, find it through the Start menu -> All programs -> -> Uninstall and click on it.
