How can I find my order number?

The order number is located on the invoice sent to your email address and in your order history in Origin.

  • When entering your card number, enter only numbers, no spaces or hyphens.
  • To verify your credit card, enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If you provide an incorrect address, your card issuing bank may refuse to process the payment.
  • If you use a card or PayPal, this payment method can be saved in your account information. If you use another payment method, you will be required to enter your payment details when placing each order.
  • Click Set as main to pay for purchases using this saved default method.
