  1. After downloading and opening the program, select the Extras section.
  2. Click on the Even More button.
  3. In the menu that opens, go to the Restore block.
  4. Click the IPSW button to specify the path to the previously downloaded firmware.

Is it possible to roll back individual applications?

If the purpose of your system rollback is to install older versions of applications, then you should not do it, since there is a better option - use the special App Admin program. You can download it directly from the App Store for free. Thanks to this application, you can view all available versions of applications installed on your phone and roll back to them. Apple today released iOS 11.3 for all supported devices, including iPad Air, iPad mini 2 and later, iPhone 5S and later, and sixth-generation iPod touch. The update is available for download in all regions.

This is perhaps the biggest update to iOS since the release of iOS 11. iOS 11.3 added performance throttling on older devices, added new capabilities for augmented reality, the ability to communicate with company customer support representatives (US only), and allows users to access their personal data in the Health application.

Battery health tracking function (Battery)

As promised, Apple has made it possible to disable performance throttling on older iPhones. The feature is in beta testing.

Augmented reality function ARKit 1.5

New section in Apple Music Videos

It has videos, playlists, and lists based on genres. A subscription is required to watch music videos on Apple Music.

Health Records feature, US only

Apple's health-related innovations are not popular among users, but health has recently become an important area for the company. In iOS 11.3, Apple added the Health feature.

This feature allows you to connect to different medical record networks, and brings all of those records into one place, even though your healthcare facility may be using completely different networks and systems. (USA only for now)

Health Records only supports 40 systems in the United States, but is not yet comprehensive and is not available in all regions. This information has been available to people before, but it was not always centralized for the user in this way. However, the data is not centralized but still originates from these other systems. The user simply sees everything in one application.

iOS 11.3 what's new: Safari 11.1

iOS 11.3 (and macOS 10.13.4) ships with Safari 11.1. The new version includes many new features, including:

  • Work services. Introducing background processes for offline web applications and faster loading of web pages.
  • Payments. Custom payment option in Safari using standard API.
  • Security improvements. Improved protection against memory corruption and code execution attacks.
  • New tabs. New Network tab and Styles sidebar in the Elements tab.

Business chat feature (beta) on iPhone, US only

Apple has added a new feature to Messages called Business Chat, which allows users to communicate directly with businesses including Discover, Hilton, Lowe's and Wells Fargo. This way you can schedule meetings or make purchases without exchanging contact information. (USA only for now)

You can start a conversation by tapping the Messages icon that appears in the Safari or Apple Maps apps, as well as in iOS search. During a call, you can use Apple Pay to make transactions without leaving the app.

Apple says it doesn't share personal information with companies unless you share it yourself and that businesses can't start conversations.

What Apple never added: AirPlay 2 and messages in iCloud

AirPlay is Apple's protocol for streaming media between devices over Wi-Fi. Apple announced at WWDC 2017 that AirPlay 2 will be part of iOS 11, allowing you to control your multi-room speaker setup on your iOS device.

At first, it seemed like Apple was planning to launch AirPlay 2 with the release of the HomePod in February. This is wrong. Apple then included it in early beta versions of iOS 11.3, suggesting it would launch with this update. But it was removed from later beta releases. Apple clearly intends to launch this feature already, but it has run into problems. The company hasn't explained these delays, and we still haven't seen AirPlay 2.

Apple also initially planned to include a new Messages on iCloud feature in iOS 11.3, but this feature is also missing, despite appearing in some beta versions of the update. Apple previously hinted that the feature might not be added.

All other innovations in the iOS 11.3 update

  • From Apple there is a new privacy icon in iOS 11.3 and macOS 10.13.4, which appears when Apple asks for your personal information.

  • Apple says Apple News will offer an "Enhanced Top Stories" section and a new video section with "The Most Important Videos of the Day."
  • You'll be able to sort reviews in the App Store by Most Helpful, Most Favorable, Most Critical, and Most Recent.
  • Apple says iOS 11.3 will support Advanced Mobile Location to automatically send a user's location to emergency services when they make a 911 (or similar) call.
  • Apple says this will allow developers to make a HomeKit accessory with software authentication(which is cheaper than a hardware authentication chip, so maybe we'll see more use of HomeKit).
  • Apple Pay is now compatible with Chinese subways and buses in Beijing and Shanghai.
  • The Apple TV app (iPhone, iPad) is now available in Brazil and Mexico. Brazil is getting support for the Siri voice assistant on the latest Apple TV devices.
  • If you're having trouble loading audio in your car or syncing contacts with your car's phonebook, iOS 11.3 should fix that as well.
  • WatchOS 4.3 will let you control Apple Watch's HomePod playback and volume, and use Nightstand charging mode in any orientation.
