Great system! Prints very high quality. But the installation instructions included with the kit are completely useless, not to mention the fact that they are in pure English.
I installed it using videos from YouTube. True, the authors of the videos bluff a little with the fastening of the hose train. The clips included in the kit do not hold at all. That the clip itself does not hold the cable, that the double-sided tape comes off the first time you turn it on.
I had to secure it with regular tape. Briefly speaking. Having overcome all the difficulties, I managed to get an excellent result!

Using Ink-mate ink with this system for the R200 I was pleasantly surprised! The quality is almost the same as the original cartridges, and the ink is very cheap!
Installation CISS(Continuous Ink Supply System) is very simple if you use these instructions.
Step N1: Open the box with CISS.
Equipment CISS for Epson R200 printer:
1) 6 without foam cartridges CISS.
2) 6-channel PVC cable connecting cartridges and ink containers.
3) Ink tank, 6 sections
4) Installed SCSI chip + 5 pacifiers.
5) Suspension bar for attaching the cable to the printer

Choose a convenient and free place and lay out the kit.
Step N2: Refilling ink bottles:
Fill the reservoir with ink of the appropriate colors, each compartment is marked with a colored sticker indicating the desired ink color.
If you use our ink in a new 185 ml bottle with a wide neck, then you can simply remove the ink with a syringe, otherwise use the syringe as an adapter for filling ink.
After filling in all the colors, install air filters and colored plugs into the filling holes from the CISS kit.
The air will pass through the air filters, which avoids dust particles from entering the ink.
Step N3: Refilling CISS cartridges with ink:
In order to refill cartridges with ink, insert the syringe into the outlet of the cartridge and pump out the air; after 10-15 seconds, the ink from the container, running through the tube, will fill the cartridge. The air will accordingly escape into the syringe. Be careful not to mix up the colors of the syringes.

Step N4: Installing cartridges into the printer.
To install cartridges, move the cartridges to the replacement position (by pressing the button on the printer (with a “droplet” pattern)
Then remove all old cartridges.
Also, to install the system, you need to remove the cover that holds the cartridges in place:
The cover is held on by two bolts. Unscrew them and pull the cover up.
In principle, the lid does not interfere with the operation of the system - it only interferes with the installation (you will have to disconnect the cable from the containers and pass it through the slot in the lid). Also, when dismantling the system, the closing cover will remain hanging on the cable.
Step N5: Prepare the system for installation on the printer:
The ink container must be standing left from the printer, at the same level with it. Raising containers above this level may cause ink to bleed onto the paper.
Install CISS cartridges:
Step N6: Align the cartridges in their slots and press down on all cartridges at the same time with your fingers.
Be careful when performing this operation. You don't need to make a huge effort. A click will be heard when the cartridge is installed correctly.
After installing all the cartridges, check the contact between the connecting strip and the cartridges. Correct it if necessary. The bar should be tightly attached to the cartridges.
Step N7: Installing the suspension bar:
The lower part of the suspension bar is covered with double-sided masking tape. Remove the oiled paper from the strip.
The bar must be installed as shown in the following figure. Pay attention to the location of the cartridge indicator on the printer body. It looks out from the left corner of the suspension bar.
To start the system, press the service button on the printer again (with a drop). The printer will start cleaning. Print a nozzle test. As a rule, you can start working right away. However, a pause of 1-2 hours will not be superfluous for the air to escape from the print head of the printer, which got there during the installation of the system.
The system can operate with either the printer cover open or closed.
Important!- Ink containers must be level with the printer. Raising containers above the printer level will cause ink to leak into the printer.

Installation of CISS Epson R200, R300, RX640:
1. Turn on the printer. After opening the top cover of the inkjet printer, press the drop button. This button is directly responsible for replacing the cartridge. Hold it for 3-4 seconds. After this, your inkjet printer should extend the cartridge into the position for replacing the cartridge. Unplug the power cord without turning off the printer using the power button.
2. Remove the cartridges by opening the protective cover that secures the cartridges. After this, unscrew the 2 screws that secure the cover.
3. Pull up to remove the cover.
4. Then you need to install Epson R200, R300, RX640 CISS cartridges on the PG print head.
5. Push the PG print head of the inkjet printer to the extreme right position.
6. After this, remove the protective film located on the CISS cable mount.
7. To prevent the CISS cable from sagging when the printer’s print head is in the extreme right position, glue the CISS cable fastening.
8. Fill the ink of the desired color into the Epson T50 CISS containers, after closing the caps. When using Epson R200, R300, RX640 CISS, small air hole plugs must be opened.
9. Carefully remove the Epson R200, R300, RX640 CISS cartridges from the inkjet printer. Pull the Epson R200, R300, RX640 CISS cartridges together using an elastic band or rope.
10. Pump Epson R200, R300, RX640 CISS with ink using a syringe without a needle. To perform this procedure, you need to turn the CISS cartridge upside down with the valve, then insert a syringe into the valve and pull back the syringe piston, thereby sucking out the air from the CISS. You will see ink flowing through the tubes into the CISS cartridge. This operation should be completed at the moment when only ink without air begins to flow into the syringe.
11. This operation should be repeated for each CISS cartridge Epson R200, R300, RX640.
12. After these procedures, it is worth noting that 10-15% of the air from the entire space of the cartridge will remain in the Epson R200, R300, RX640 CISS cartridge. After you have refilled all Epson R200, R300, RX640 CISS cartridges, install them into the inkjet printer, moving the print head of the inkjet printer to the extreme right position. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. CISS Epson R200, R300, RX640. Turn on the inkjet printer. Now you can print.
