Obviously, you should understand the legal aspects of email marketing in China and stick to traditional practices, which include creating an “unsubscribe” button, building and expanding your customer base through legal means, and avoiding “sensitive” topics that fall under strict Chinese regulations. censorship. Article 57 of the Telecommunications Regulations is very vague about the acceptable content of an email. The list includes many forbidden words and topics and is constantly expanding.
