Default settings
After its first launch on the computer, the program has the following settings:
- Hotkey for taking a screenshot is F8.
- The quality of the saved JPEG file is 80%.
- Sound indication of user actions (selecting a hotkey / taking screenshots) is enabled.

To change program settings, select the desired parameters and click the "Apply" button, after which the new settings will take effect.

The absence of a sound indication means that the program does not record the pressing of a hot key, and therefore will not be able to process this event.

The following reasons for the program not working are possible.

Sound indication is audible:

The program is in a ZIP archive. Before using it, the archive must be unpacked. Otherwise, the program will not be able to save the data, since it is located inside the archive.

The program may be running with permissions that do not allow you to create files. In Vista - Windows 7, run the program as administrator (right-click on the program file - run as administrator).

No sound indication is heard:

A reserved hotkey may be used by another application and this may cause a conflict. Try changing the hotkey to another one.

The program works on the principle used in some keyloggers - tracking the keys pressed. Therefore, theoretically, its function of tracking keystrokes can be blocked by some antiviruses. In this case, you should add the program executable file to the antivirus software exceptions.

Personally, I tried about a dozen similar programs and, in the end, settled on one, which I still use to this day.
