Select the necessary files - right-click on any of them - select “Add to archive...”. 
In the window that appears, go to the “General” tab and in the lower left corner set the size of the volumes into which our archive will be divided. You can select a ready-made value from the drop-down list, or you can set it manually. The size is given in bytes, so I write the number 18000000 here (for those interested, 1 Megabyte = 1048576 bytes). 
Then click the “OK” button. My program created four archives, which I send in four emails.
The recipient will need to collect all the archives in one folder - right-click on any of them and select “Extract...”. 
2. Using the Total Commander file manager
Launch the Total Commander program on your computer. We find the file that needs to be split (I chose one of my .exe files). Click on it once with the mouse. 
Then in the menu bar select “Files” – “Split file...”. 
A window will appear in which you need to choose where to save parts of the file. We also set the size of these parts here (I write 18 MB). After that, click “OK”. 
A message should appear that the file was split successfully.
Now we send all parts (including the file with the .CRC extension) by mail. It is important that all parts of the file reach the recipient, otherwise it will not be possible to assemble it.
The user who receives letters with our attachments must collect all parts of the file in one folder; enter it through Total Commander. Then click once on the file with the extension .CRC - select “Files” - “Collect files...” in the menu bar. A window will appear in which you need to select the location of the collected file. Click “OK”.
