Terms of the Individual Partnership Agreement NL International is an international trademark under which direct sales enterprises operate in different countries. The management company in Russia and the CIS countries is NL Continent LLC. RELATIONS OF THE PARTIES 1. Any person who has reached 14 years of age can become a manager of NL International (hereinafter referred to as the Manager) by concluding a Partnership Agreement with NL International (hereinafter referred to as the Company). After concluding the Agreement, the Manager receives a personal registration number (ID), a personal office on the corporate website and the opportunity to develop business in the NL system. 2. The NL manager is an independent entrepreneur. He is not an employee or legal representative of any of the companies operating under the NL International brand. The manager is personally responsible for compliance with the laws regulating business activities in the country and region where he operates. 3. The partnership agreement is an internal agreement between the Manager and the Company, defining the intentions and positions of the parties. Legal relations between the parties arise after the conclusion of an Agreement for the provision of paid services between the Manager and the Company. RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES 4. By concluding the Partnership Agreement, the Manager receives the right: a. promote the Company's trademarks and invite people to partner with the Company; promote products on the principle of direct sales and not sell products through a retail network, as well as via the Internet;
