    This folder is intended to store the history of messages from Mail.ru Agent. The “M-Agent Archive” folder replaces the “M-Agent” folder, which simply notified the user of incoming messages while he was away. Using the “M-Agent Archive” folder, you can view your correspondence anywhere or find information that is important to you.

    I would like to point out once again that my web agent does not work at all, not in any browser or on any computer, although I checked it from different ones. This seems to eliminate problems on my part. A completely empty window always opens (although there is a script in the page source) or nothing opens at all with a Javascript error. I have already written some error codes, there are letters in the history.

    Do we need to understand that once the meters are recalculated, the web agent will also start working? So far, during the entire time the “M-Agent Archive” folder appeared, nothing has worked even once.

    How this mailbox application worked before. What were you doing on the computer before the Web Agent stopped working, what updates (as well as programs) were installed.

    Try the following again:

    2. Check your computer for viruses, and also try disabling your antivirus program, restarting your computer and repeat step 1 if the problem persists.
