To register in the App Store, launch the program (it can be downloaded from the Apple website). In the program control panel located at the top of its window, follow the App Store link. Register with iTunes

Open the program and immediately go to the iTunes Store by clicking on the corresponding button in the upper right corner.

In order to unlink a bank card from Apple ID you need on your iPhone (iPad):
