Added position for ST Nav Menu Plus module (horizontal menu). If you publish a menu module in the st-menu position, the template's standard horizontal menu is disabled. The module is included with the template. Using this module, you can also create a menu in the side columns (accordion or with sub-items that drop out to the side).
