The most profitable mobile operator. Which operator is more profitable? Central Federal District

What is the cheapest Beeline tariff? All the operator’s clients have asked this question more than once. Of course, there is no cheapest one. But some have very favorable prices, which were developed based on the needs of each person.

Some subscribers practically do not use communication services, therefore, they do not need either SMS packages or unlimited Internet. Someone, on the contrary, actively communicates and, if possible, uses all possible bonuses. The Beeline operator tries to find its own individual approach to each client.

For those who call only on business

For subscribers who practically do not use communication services and make extremely short calls, the cheapest tariff is “Per Second”.

This is the operator's only tariff plan that provides per-second billing for local calls. For a second of conversation, 5 kopecks are charged - quite a bit for those who make only short calls. Calls within Russia are also profitable - 3.90 rubles. per minute of conversation. The big advantage is that the cost is the same for outgoing calls to phones of all operators.

If you call only to Beeline

Subscribers who call only Beeline phones will undoubtedly appreciate it.

This tariff plan allows the operator’s subscribers to make profitable calls to Beeline numbers: the fee is charged only for the first minute of the call and amounts to 1.3 rubles. In fact this means that the cost of the entire conversation will cost a little more than a ruble. It's hard to imagine cheaper cellular communications. In addition, subscribers are automatically connected to the services “I have a contact” and a package for 100 SMS. But such conditions will seem beneficial only to those who do not call numbers of other operators: a minute of conversation with them will cost 2.3 rubles.

International calls

Some subscribers specifically get a separate Beeline SIM card and transfer it to in order to make profitable calls abroad.

With this tariff plan, you can use the “Calls within the tariff” option and make free calls to Beeline numbers that have switched to “Welcome!” Calls to any cell phones in your home area will cost 1.7 rubles. per minute of conversation, and throughout Russia - 2.5 rubles.

“Welcome” would not stand out in any way if it were not for the cheap rates for calls to other countries. For example, you can call Beeline numbers in Armenia, Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan for only 3.5 rubles. per minute, and for communication with China, 3 rubles per minute will be debited from the phone account. Subscribers are automatically connected to the “Calls within the tariff” and “Stay in the know+” services.

"ALL!"

Of course, when talking about the operator’s favorable tariffs, one cannot forget about the “EVERYTHING!” line.

This line includes tariffs, and. They are all similar and include a specific set of services and are suitable for subscribers who actively use calls, SMS messages and the Internet.

For the amount indicated in the name of the tariff, the subscriber receives per month:

  • Free calls to Beeline numbers in Russia;
  • A certain number of minutes for calls to all operators in the home area;
  • Free SMS package. The terms of the package depend on the selected tariff. This can be 300 messages in your home area, and 500 in your region to mobile subscribers of any operators + throughout the country to Beeline phones.
  • Free Internet traffic or unlimited. The conditions for providing the Internet also depend on the tariff you choose.

On all tariffs of the “EVERYTHING!” line, except for “EVERYTHING for 300”, both prepaid and postpaid payment systems are available.

Which will be connected to the number, the person tries to find the solution that is most suitable in terms of cost and conditions. The cheapest cellular tariffs can be found from any operator. The list of available options contains tariffs for both the most economical and reticent, and for those who are not accustomed to limiting their communication. Even among unlimited tariff plans, as a rule, they mean “All inclusive” lines, you can find budget options and tariffs with a large amount of traffic, minutes and messages.

How to choose the cheapest unlimited cellular tariff for the Moscow region and what offers do popular operators have for those who do not want to pay a daily or monthly subscription fee for a set of services that they may never use? This will be discussed in our article.

The cheapest cellular tariffs "Megafon" without a monthly fee

The white-green operator has tariff plan options for all occasions. For example, without you can choose the following options:

  • For those who spend most of their time talking with clients of their network (within their home region). The “Go to Zero” TP is perfect.
  • For subscribers who have to communicate with clients of various mobile operators, you should pay attention to the “Everything is simple” TP. According to its terms, all calls within the home area have the same tariff - only 1.60 rubles per minute.
  • If the subscriber is a guest of the capital or has many relatives in other countries, then the “Warm Welcome” tariff will be a real godsend for him - one minute of calls abroad will cost from one ruble (you can check the cost for a specific direction on the official resource of the operator).

Unlimited tariffs from Megafon

The cheapest unlimited cellular tariff "Megafon" is TP S. It has a fairly low monthly fee and implies the following conditions:

  • 250 minutes for communication with clients of Megafon and other mobile operators. After the limit is exhausted, you will still be able to communicate with clients in your network for free.
  • 200 text messages to send to any numbers in your home region.
  • One gigabyte of Internet traffic.

Competitive Beeline tariffs without a monthly fee

In the line of devices of the black and yellow operator you can also find interesting options that are quite similar to the previous conditions. For example, the cheapest cellular tariffs without regular payments:

  • Profitable communication with clients of this operator is available on the “Zero Doubts” tariff - from the second minute of the dialogue, money will no longer be withdrawn from the account, regardless of the duration of the call.
  • Short calls, the duration of which is measured in seconds, will be truly profitable on a tariff plan with per-second billing - only five kopecks per second of dialogue.

The cheapest unlimited cellular tariff from the Beeline operator

In the “Everything!” series of tariffs, to which, by the way, you can connect several devices and spend service packages together with your loved ones and colleagues, the youngest is the “All for 300” tariff plan. By connecting it, the client will receive:

  • 300 minutes of free communication with subscribers of any mobile operators (calls to landline phones are also included here), after which it will still be possible to communicate within the network completely free of charge.
  • 100 text messages to send to your friends and family, colleagues and relatives.
  • Two gigabytes of traffic.

The cheapest cellular tariffs with the number of minutes included from the black and yellow operator also include the “All for 500” tariff. According to its terms, the subscriber, having activated it on the number, will receive:

  • 150 more minutes than on the three hundred ruble tariff.
  • 200 more text messages.
  • Three gigabytes more Internet traffic.

At the same time, on the youngest TP, which was considered first, it is not possible to add devices and share traffic. While for the “All for 500” TP there is such an opportunity.

Pay-as-you-go tariffs from MTS

The cheapest cellular tariffs available from the MTS operator:

  • For short conversations there is also a “Per Second” tariff. The cost of a second of dialogue is identical to the price offered by the Beeline operator;
  • You can call other countries with maximum benefit, having a SIM card from a red and white operator, by activating the “Your Country” tariff.

Tariffs with subscription fee (MTS)

In the “Smart” line, the youngest tariff is the “Mini” tariff. This is the cheapest unlimited cellular offer on the MTS list. Megafon and Beeline also offer “junior” tariffs from the “Everything” line for three hundred rubles per month. In this case, the conditions will be as follows:

  • 250 minutes of free communication with all operators in your region, after which communication within the network will still not be charged.
  • Same number of text messages.
  • Internet traffic - one gigabyte.

4G is a network standard with high data transfer speeds. Although it is no longer new (a new 5G standard is on the way), 4G does not cover all regions of Russia. Residents of the capital and the Moscow region, of course, will catch such a network. Which Moscow operators work with 4G? What to consider when choosing an operator?

Which operators provide 4G Internet service in Moscow

If you want to “surf” via 4G, choose one of five providers: MTS, Megafon, Beeline, Tele2 or Yota. These are the largest operators in Russia, serving subscribers almost throughout the country. The last supplier, Yota, is a subsidiary of the Megafon operator. He does not have his own towers - he rents them from other companies.

The country's main operators are MTS, Beeline, Megafon, Tele2 and Yota

It is clear that each company will present itself as the best supplier. Here you need to be careful when choosing. You can decide on a company after studying three things: coverage areas and tariffs on the official resources of operators, as well as reviews on independent sites.

Operator coverage area: Beeline, MTS, Megafon, Tele2 in Moscow and the region

The 4G signal area of Tele2 and Yota is smaller than that of Megafon, MTS and Beeline. The first two suppliers work only in those localities where it is profitable for them.

The last three cover almost the entire territory of the Moscow region, since they have been operating in the cellular communications market for a long time, unlike Tele2 and Yota. However, all five operators work well in the capital itself. If you live there, when choosing, rely only on the tariffs (choose the most profitable for yourself) and customer reviews.

Photo gallery: coverage maps of Beeline, MTS, Megafon, Tele2 in the capital and its region

Tele2 has the smallest 4G coverage area in the Moscow region Beeline's 4G coverage area has virtually no gaps Megafon's coverage area is slightly smaller than Beeline's MTS coverage area can be compared to Beeline's 4G coverage area

Reviews from Muscovites about using 4G Internet from these operators

Mobile Internet MTS (Russia, Moscow) - One of the best, if not the best mobile Internet. For ten years, until December 2015, we were users of Megafon mobile communications and mobile Internet - smartphones, modem. There was nothing to compare with until the beginning of 2014. We were happy with what we had. Megafon was considered the best.

At the beginning of 2014, we received two MTS SIM cards with a Super MTS tariff and a mobile Internet option. The difference was striking in favor of MTS mobile Internet.

In December 2015, we finally said goodbye to Megafon and transferred our family numbers via MNP to Beeline to the “Everything for the Family” tariff. Everyone has a good tariff. One minus is a very modest internet package for three people.

We remain Beeline subscribers - a convenient and economical Beeline archival tariff “Everything for the Family”. But on the second MTS SIM cards it is precisely because of the high quality of the mobile Internet. Of course, in different regions and even within the same city there is different network coverage of cellular operators, including MTS. Based on personal experience and the experience of family members, including when compared with the mobile Internet of other cellular operators, I consider MTS mobile Internet one of the best, if not the best. As for the price - MTS is not a cheap mobile operator. In order to somehow save money, I transferred (not free of charge) the numbers of family members to the MTS Smart tariff for my own.

I’m not delighted with the Megafon mobile Internet, I’ll say this right away, and I’ll explain it a little later. But I disagree with the twos and ones given to this operator. Although, if I had written this review at the time of the operator’s jamb, and such cases do occur, I would also probably have given one. In terms of the packages and tariffs provided, I am generally satisfied with the mobile Internet from Megafon. Or I’m just used to having to pay 350 rubles a month for 16 GB of Internet and have conditional unlimited use of social networks. But packages are packages, and the first thing is that the Internet works anywhere in the country. And that's the problem. Okay, I still agree that my village may have a poor coverage area. Although the network catches the maximum, but there is no Internet. But in the city, according to my stupid logic, there should be a good, stable Internet. And in general it exists, but periodically it disappears if you take specific places in our city. Naturally, we are talking about the city center, because the Internet should be the most stable in the center. But, alas, no. Be that as it may, I use Megafon’s Internet every day. It turns out that he is happy with it, since he did not switch to the Internet of another operator.

TELE2 service “Internet from your phone” - Internet from Tele2 spoils your nerves. ADVANTAGES: Voice communication DISADVANTAGES: Internet. The quality of mobile Internet is, to put it mildly, disgusting! Constant interruptions of the Internet connection when working in 3G, and 4G appears very rarely (in any area of Yekaterinburg), only turning off and on data transmission or rebooting the smartphone helps. If the Internet sometimes works in 4G, then the speed is very low. For those who are planning to switch to Tele2, I will say right away: If you only make calls and do not use the Internet, then this is for you, because calls throughout Russia for a small ab. fee.

Table: 4G LTE speed for different operators in Moscow*

* according to SpeedTest program

The data transfer speed may differ depending on the area of the city and your current location in it: the 4G signal can “eat up” the landscape, the walls of buildings nearby, etc. Hence the big difference between the minimum and maximum indicators. Stick to the middle option when choosing an operator.

Whose 4G Internet is better for Moscow

We have compiled a rating of the above operators based on the independent Otzovik platform. MTS has the highest number of points (3.5). Megafon and Tele2 shared second place (2.5 points). Beeline ranks last in terms of service quality.

It is impossible to say unequivocally which operator wins the “struggle” of suppliers. The choice depends on the place where you will use 4G Internet and the price of tariffs. If you travel outside of Moscow - to cities and towns of the Moscow region and other regions of Russia, give preference to Megafon or MTS. If you are primarily interested in the cost of tariffs, look for a package from Tele2 or Yota. If you choose based on 4G speed, connect to MTS or Iota.

Tele2 and Yota are suitable for those subscribers who are concerned about the cost of the Mobile Internet service. However, these two companies do not completely cover the Moscow region, and the signal map in other regions is generally weaker. If you often travel to other cities and towns, choose an operator from the “great three”: Megafon, MTS or Beeline.

Now there are 5-6 cellular operators in each region, however, when the question of purchasing a SIM card arises, the choice is made between four “giants” - MTS, Megafon, Beeline and Tele2. The future subscriber is interested in which mobile operator is better, since he wants to avoid hassles with mobile communications in the future. It is impossible to answer unequivocally which operator is the most profitable - it all depends on the requirements that the subscriber places on communication.

How do you know which operator is the best?

The universal criterion is the quality of communication. For a long time, Megafon was considered the undoubted leader in this area. Now the debate about which operator has the largest coverage area is doomed to failure, since within the city the quality of communication is approximately equal for all operators. As for the network outside the city, there are zones that can be covered by one operator and ignored by another - this is a normal situation, because it is physically impossible to provide 100% coverage. If a subscriber is often on the road and feels the need to always stay in touch, Megafon is more suitable for him, but Beeline reception outside the city is very weak, although inside cities it can also boast of excellent quality. Also, Tele2 is experiencing serious problems with the coverage area - a SIM card can lose the network even within the city, however, this syndrome can be attributed to the “newbie” status of this operator. An important addition: before buying a SIM card, don’t be lazy and go to the operator’s website - there you can easily find a GSM and 3G coverage map, which can be used to check whether the locality where you live supports the network.

There are other criteria for operator quality:

  • Number of tariffs and services. The list of mobile services is expanding, so modern subscribers may need options such as “Favorite number”, “They called you!” or "Beep". If the operator is unable to provide the subscriber with the service he needs, the subscriber will go to a competitor, even if the operator is satisfied with other parameters. Active competition between operators has led to the fact that the subscriber does not tolerate compromises. MTS is considered the leader in the number of services offered, however, this operator also has a weak point - a small number of tariffs: “SuperMTS” is virtually the only option for those who do not want to pay a subscription fee.
  • Price. The most expensive operator both in terms of the cost of calls and the price of the Internet is Megafon. However, subscribers are forced to pay, since Megafon modems function where others refuse to work. Which mobile operator is cheaper? Here Tele2 and MTS will compete for leadership, which, however, use different approaches - for example, for calls within the network, MTS subscribers do not have to pay at all, while Tele2 SIM cards are profitable if the subscriber calls to all operators, since the cost per minute is fixed.

Which mobile operator is better for the Internet?

Internet access is provided at all tariffs offered by operators, however, for unlimited access you need to connect tariff options. Having a choice of options is very important, because there are active users and simple Internet surfers who are not interested in overpaying for unnecessary gigabytes. Which operator is better for mobile Internet? MTS and Megafon boast a wide range of Internet options - each of them has its own advantages. When comparing, the subscriber will be able to find that the Internet from Megafon is much more expensive with the same parameters (traffic level, speed) - the reason is quality: Megafon uses only American and European-made equipment, so the Megafon modem, unlike MTS, “catch” everywhere.

MTS Tablet SIM cards are extremely popular among tablet owners. This tariff has several advantages:

  • Low connection cost and subscription fee. For those who are interested in which operator is best for Internet on a tablet in Moscow, it will be useful to know that a SIM card costs only 400 rubles - for this money the user is given 4 GB.
  • No roaming. With MTS Tablet, the user of the gadget will be able to use the Internet throughout Russia - there is no need to pay extra or connect additional services.
  • Mobile TV service included in the price. The advantage may seem insignificant, because you can also watch TV via the Internet, however, in this case, traffic is consumed, and the image quality leaves much to be desired. Mobile TV allows you to avoid unnecessary traffic waste.

When choosing an operator, you must proceed from the needs of the subscriber. For example, if you often call another city, you need to consider the availability of roaming services to understand which operator is best for you for calls within Russia. Important: when choosing an operator, focus not on the subjective opinion of your friends, but on the information that is available on the official website.

It's time to choose the best mobile Internet plan for your smartphone in 2018. What should it be like? Good Internet is profitable Internet. And here we immediately note that profitable and cheap are not always identical concepts. As in the case of cola bottles, for example, as the volume increases, the price increases disproportionately. Large volumes, be it cola or mobile traffic, are more profitable to buy than small ones, but they are still more expensive.

At the same time, take part in the survey :)

In this review, we have identified 3 categories based on package size:

  1. Small - 5-9 GB.
  2. Average - 15 GB.
  3. Large - more than 20 GB.

In search of the cheapest and most profitable mobile Internet, we studied the tariffs of the operators: Tele2, Beeline, MTS, MegaFon. Thus, a tariff contender for the title of best was selected from each operator in each category.

We also considered the availability of unlimited traffic options for social networks and instant messengers, because you can’t live without them.

Regarding unlimited plans, it is important to consider the following: they do not apply to third-party links in applications, old versions of applications, traffic going through a VPN - all this will consume the main package.

A couple more warnings and we'll review it.

  1. We didn't look at connection speeds, reviews, or other operator performance criteria (but you can read our analysis of these parameters) and focused solely on prices.
  2. Tariffs are considered for Moscow and the Moscow region; prices in other regions may differ; this should be clarified on the operator’s websites.

Well, the foreplay is over, let's go!

MTS

"Hype"

The MTS operator tariff with the fashionable name “Hype” will help you always be up to date with events. It provides unlimited access to popular social networks, instant messengers and entertainment applications. The user is allocated 7 GB of traffic for other services. Payment for this tariff is 500 rubles. per month (RUB 71.4 per gigabyte), charged daily in the first month after connection, then once per billing period. Mobile Internet is valid when traveling around Russia.

In addition, this service includes 100 minutes of calls to numbers of any operators in Moscow, the Moscow region and MTS of Russia, as well as 200 SMS to all numbers in the home region. Calls to MTS remain free even after the reserve minutes have expired. It is important to note that unused traffic, minutes and SMS do not roll over to the next month, but are reset to zero.

"My Unlimited"

“My Unlimited” lives up to its name, as it easily adapts to the user’s needs. Here you can set the volume of traffic, number of minutes and SMS yourself. For example, for 510 rub. per month you will receive 15 GB of Internet (34.1 rubles per 1 GB), 300 minutes and SMS. The tariff is also beneficial for other traffic sizes: 20 GB, 300 minutes and SMS messages will cost 630 rubles. per month (31.5 rubles for 1 GB), and 30 GB with the same number of minutes and messages costs 750 rubles. (25 rubles per gigabyte). Moreover, the fee for the first month in both cases is 570 rubles. This tariff provides for a daily subscription fee and is valid throughout the country. If you use the traffic reserve before the end of the month, then an additional gigabyte will be connected automatically, and 150 rubles will be debited from your account. To prevent such surprises from happening, monitor the remaining traffic in your personal account.

The package of minutes allows you to call to all numbers in the Russian Federation, and SMS can only be sent to numbers in Moscow and Moscow Region. Tariff balances are not carried over to the next billing period. The “My Unlimited” tariff is quite flexible and profitable for medium and large volumes of traffic, provided you select a minimum number of minutes and messages.

Service "VNet"

This option provides unlimited access to social networks and instant messengers. It is free for some plans, including My Unlimited. For others the cost is 4 rubles. per day (120 rubles for 30 days). In order for services to be billed correctly, it is important to use official applications or mobile versions of websites.

Tele2

“My Tele2” line

The basic tariff “My Tele2” offers 5 GB of traffic per month for 7 rubles. per day (210 rubles for 30 days, 42 rubles/1 GB). This is the most advantageous offer with a small Internet package (5-9 GB) from Tele2.

“My conversation”, “My online”, “My online+”

The rest of the tariffs in this line can be conveniently configured depending on your preferences. Let's try to configure them in such a way as to achieve the maximum benefit in cost per gigabyte. 15 GB per month with a minimum number of minutes (200) can be obtained for 380 rubles. And 30 GB and 200 minutes can be connected for 500 rubles/month. This is already more profitable than the basic configurations, but you can go further.

The described tariffs include the option of exchanging minutes for gigabytes. In this case, 1 minute is converted into 10.24 MB. By exchanging our 200 mins for 2 additional GB, we will get 17 GB for 380 rubles. and 32 GB for 500 rubles, which will reduce the price per gigabyte to 22.3 rubles. and 15.6 rub. respectively. This will allow us to achieve the most favorable mobile Internet conditions from Tele2 for medium (10-15 GB) and large (more than 20 GB) package sizes. At the same time, the Internet will work throughout the country. The exchange operation can be performed through your personal account or using a special team.

Despite the fact that we exchanged all the minutes for gigabytes, we still have free calls to Tele2 numbers in our home region and Russia and 50 SMS to any numbers (can be used even when traveling around the country).

A distinctive feature of Tele2 tariffs is that the balance of the Internet, messages and minutes is transferred to the next billing period (this does not only apply to traffic accrued in exchange for minutes).

The described Tele2 tariffs allow you to use popular social networks and instant messengers without restrictions.

Megaphone

"Internet S"

MegaFon does not provide tariffs for smartphones with a small Internet package (5-9 GB). However, it is possible to connect to the Internet S service, which gives the user 5 GB per month for 400 rubles. (80 rubles for 1 GB). This option on the smartphone will only work in the home region. You can activate the service through the MegaFon application, your personal account, using a special command or SMS.

Line “Turn on!”

Tariffs from the “Turn On!” line are the most economical among those that provide medium and large volumes of traffic. Let's look at two of them with minimal prices per 1 GB: “Turn on! Communicate" and "Turn on! Look+.” Both tariffs provide unlimited traffic to social networks and instant messengers, and the second also provides unlimited access to watching videos on YouTube, Rutube and Vimeo. Until August 31, 2018, you can use popular music services in the metro for free. And don't forget that unlimited use is only possible with official applications and the latest versions of browsers. Tariff “Turn on! Communicate” offers an average Internet package of 15 GB for other services for 600 rubles. per month (40 rubles per gigabyte), as well as 600 minutes of calls to any numbers in the country. And when you subscribe to the “Turn On! Look+" with a subscription fee of 1000 rubles, you will receive 30 GB of network traffic for other services (33.3 rubles per 1 GB) and 1500 minutes of calls to all numbers in the country. Calls to MegaFon Russia numbers remain free even after the reserve minutes have expired. The advantage is that the minutes and internet packages are valid throughout the country. The downside is that balances are not carried over to the next billing period.

As a bonus, it provides free traffic to MegaFon.TV and ESET NOD32 Antivirus.

Beeline

“EVERYTHING” line

In the tariffs of this line, by analogy with Tele2, you can exchange minutes for gigabytes. Only here the exchange can be made in both directions, and SMS messages are also used. Conversion can be done immediately upon connection or later in your personal account.

For example, the standard tariff “ALL 1” provides 3 GB of Internet, 300 minutes and SMS for 400 rubles. per month. By exchanging 100 minutes and 300 SMS for gigabytes, we will get an option with 6 GB, 200 minutes and no messages for the same money (400 rubles per month, 66.6 rubles per GB). This is the most favorable condition for a small Internet package.

The average network traffic package can be obtained using the “ALL 2” tariff in its basic configuration. For 600 rub. per month it offers 15 GB (40 rubles per GB), 500 min and 300 SMS.

The “ALL 3” tariff can be configured in such a way that for 900 rub. per month you will be credited with 29 GB of Internet (only 31.03 rubles per GB) and 900 minutes of calls. All SMS were converted into gigabytes.

Payment for the tariffs of this line is written off on a daily basis. Mobile Internet operates throughout the Russian Federation. Balances do not carry over to the next billing period.

Minutes are used when calling numbers of any operators in your home region and Beeline Russia. At the same time, calls to users with the same tariff plan (the “EVERYTHING” line) do not consume the package of minutes. After the reserve minutes have expired, calls to Beeline Russia numbers remain free. SMS messages can be spent on all numbers in your home region.

Until September 30, 2018, there is an interesting service that allows you to exchange steps for gigabytes. To count steps, iPhone and Android users must use the Health and Google Fit apps, respectively. By actively walking every day, you can receive up to three additional gigabytes per month (for 10,000 or more steps per day you will receive 100 MB).

Option “#EVERYTHING is possible”

This service is free on “EVERYTHING 2” and some other tariffs. For the rest, the service will cost 4 rubles per day (120 rubles for 30 days). The option provides unlimited access to popular social networks and music services. Unlimited access for instant messengers is not provided.

"My Tele2" “Turn on! Communicate" Option “#EVERYTHING is possible” (without messengers)

According to the comparison results, Tele2’s tariffs win in all criteria except the last. They have a minimal cost per 1 GB of Internet, so they are more economical for users who spend a lot of time online. As for unlimited services, MTS is the leader here with its “VNet” option. It is important to note that social networking and instant messenger applications often use external services and redirect to other resources that are not included in the package of unlimited services. Therefore, it is better to connect such services to tariffs that include some kind of basic Internet package.
