The second method is a little more complicated. First, you need to click “Window - Split” in the menu bar. After this, 2 lines will appear: vertical and horizontal. A vertical line can be deleted by double-clicking on it with the left mouse button. And the horizontal line must be moved so that it emphasizes the first row. Then you need to select the “Freeze Areas” command again in the same item in the menu bar, after which the header will always be displayed on top.
