How to order an extraordinary accrual of minutes on Kyivstar. “Online” tariffs for modern users from Kyivstar

Activate the “Calls to other mobile” service and receive 30 or 100 minutes monthly for calls to numbers of other mobile operators in Ukraine. No connection fee! The service is provided only to prepaid subscribers.

Rates are inclusive of all taxes and fees.

How to order and use

  • Package minutes are accrued and subscription fees are charged simultaneously with service activation.
  • You can order the “Calls to other mobile phones” service an unlimited number of times. When re-ordering a package with a different or similar volume of minutes, unused package minutes are saved. If the service is disconnected, unused minutes will be cancelled.
  • Minutes on the service have the highest priority, that is, package minutes will be used first, and then minutes on the tariff plan.
  • Validity period is 1 month from the date of order, until the next subscription fee is charged. For example, if the service was ordered and activated on April 15, then package minutes can be used until the end of the day on May 14.
  • Package minutes can be used exclusively on the territory of Ukraine.
  • The cost of the first second of each minute of conversation is equal to the specified cost of the minute. The cost of all subsequent seconds of the specified minute within the call is included in the cost of that first second of call.

Kyivstar is a Ukrainian telecommunications operator, one of the most popular mobile operators. A lot of people use this operator, since the tariffs are convenient, affordable and with adequate payment. The operator also has a lot of profitable and useful services that more and more people are interested in. The operator never ceases to please us with its new services. Creates more and more conditions for more profitable use of mobile communications. One of the very useful services that we will consider in this article is “Extraordinary accrual of bonus minutes”. Since many subscribers do not have enough allocated minutes per day, the operator has developed such a service. We can say that this is a surprise for users.

There are several options for connecting to the “Extraordinary Minutes” service:

  1. You can send a request to the number *477*202# . Within a short period of time, you will be credited with bonus minutes.
  2. The next method is to call the voice operator at 477*4* , then you need to press the key 4 , after the key 2 .
  3. You can also register on the official Kyivstar website, go to the “Services and Promotions” section, then to “Service Management”, after “Basic Services”, then to Extraordinary Accrual of Minutes”, and finally click “Order”.

Thus, you can receive extraordinary minutes as a compliment from Kyivstar.

As the practice of this service shows, it is very popular among users, because for one reason or another the subscriber may run out of minutes on the tariff plan, in which case he can use extraordinary ones to make calls. If suddenly you have such circumstances, then this compliment from the operator will help you out at the most necessary moment.

If you have any problems, you can contact the operator to help you find a solution, and you can also use the online assistant on.

Hello, friends! Today, a friend brought me about 100 Kyivstar starter packs. The first task that I had was to make sure that when calling each card, the subscriber would be directed to 1 specific number. Another thing that interested me was to compile a list of numbers and check the action lines.

Since I have been using the Internet for several years now, the first thing I did was go to the official website of this operator - I wanted to find out the most basic USSD requests that the operator works with.

But it turns out that there is no such information in full - you are looking for a service - and already in the description of the service you are shown a request for activation, status, or deactivation of the service.

Personally, such a presentation of information seems completely ridiculous and inconvenient to me, since I, a user of another operator, might not know exactly what this or that service is called.

Then a call was made to service number 466 and after 5 minutes I was successfully connected to the CALL center operator. But it turns out that the operator himself is lost in such questions - and asks to wait a few minutes for each question. In the end, I had to surf the forums and find out what the support service had to offer me...

It is for this reason that I decided to publish here the list I obtained through difficult work - and if you know any other combinations, please add them - we will have a complete database of Kyivstar USSD requests, which in the future will probably become useful to many users.

The first request that I needed was call forwarding - it is carried out using the combination *002*8067# and a call key - instead of 8067, set any phone number. I would like to note that if you dial this combination without changes, the subscriber will hear something like this from the answering machine: " You dialed the wrong number. Turn it over again and re-phone! ". This combination saved in the phone book is very useful when you want no one to disturb you, especially since it can be set with one click and removed with one click (if the phone book contains the combination for removing call forwards ##002#) It was this Kyivstar USSD request that I had to use on all packages in order to forward to one number.

Her one combination that I had to remember is this *161# and the call key is this request displays the phone number of the current SIM card . It is very convenient to use it when you don’t remember your phone number, but go to the terminal to top up your account, or when you need to leave your phone number to someone you know. Typed it in and you're done. I, in turn, typed this combination to know. which card corresponds to which number - and having learned the number - in the database he assigned an identifier to the number, for example, the number 1, and drew this number on the card with a marker - this thing made it possible to quickly search for the phone number of a specific card - and you no longer have to spend so much time identifying numbers .

It was also time for what was needed find out the expiration date- it turns out that Kyivstar specialists have outdated information, as they say that after checking account status using the combination *111# In response to the request, you will receive the amount of remaining funds and the validity period of the number. This is not entirely true - recently the expiration date has not been displayed, and you can check it USSD request combination *114# and a call key. By the way, operators say that to extend the validity period, you must top up your account with a minimum top-up voucher - but it turns out that in order to extend the life of a SIM card, you just need to make a call to any number and talk for more than 1 second. If the card has 5 free minutes for all numbers, then in fact, without topping up the account, you can use the number for about 50 years (one call extends it for a year!).

And one more request that I really liked was the exact time. Since my phone is buggy, and even when I had to rearrange all the cards one by one, the time was lost - and the Kyivstar USSD request *160# helped me find out the exact time - shows Kiev time and date accurate to seconds.

There are also a large number of USSD requests that KYIVSTAR works with - for example, activation of various services, replenishing an account, transferring money, determining the location of a subscriber and others - I would like to read them in the comments - since the size of the article is not unlimited.

Here is a list of Kyivstar USSD collected on various forums and the official website:

*130*[telephone number]# call me back service.

Used to send a FREE SMS to the Kyivstar number with a request to call back. We came up with this service so that if the user runs out of money, he can still stay in touch (so that the other subscriber can spend money on calling a friend). The number of such requests is limited to 8 per month. Further, if you want to send such a request, the operator will charge a fee of 10 kopecks for each subsequent request.

After sending a USSD request *130*[phone number]#, the subscriber will receive this SMS message with the notification: “Call back, please, to my number [phone number]” and, if desired, the subscriber will be able to call you back.

*131*[phone number]# call me back service (roaming).

Previously, this request could be used when attempts to send *130* had ended... At the moment, both the first and second combinations are similar and send a similar text, as in the screenshot above.

*124*[amount multiple of 1 UAH]*[telephone number]# funds transfer

This service is used to send money to any Kyivstar subscriber. Initially, this service was free, but over time the price for each operation varied from 30 kopecks to 2.50 hryvnia. At the moment, the popularity of the service has fallen precisely because of the crazy tariffs - after all, replenishing an account through WebMoney or Privat24 is much easier, and no additional commissions are charged.

*123*[card code]# account replenishment

Previously, you could only top up your phone account using a top-up card. Then, we introduced the “Transfer of Funds” service using a USSD request. Now you can top up your account using various terminals that are located on every corner, ATMs, payment systems - I think topping up with cards is already dying out...

*126*[card code]*[phone number]# top up another account

It's just a wonderful combination. As for tariffs today, I don’t even know - but I remember Magic numbers, operator replenishment services and similar scams that made amazing fraudulent combinations using this USSD request...

*111# balance check

This is probably the most popular combination that even a first-grader knows. The fact is that when money runs out, a person is left without the opportunity to call. In order to be able to find out the amount of funds, the Kyivstar company came up with this combination. By the way, for ease of remembering, it was intended that the PIN code is four units, and checking the account status is three units.

*100# order services

Probably everyone at one time or another has seen the “SIM menu” section in the phone menu. So, even if this menu is not there, then with this combination you can call it up and order, for example, a melody or something else (for example, find out the exchange rate). But the whole point is that they charge money for such an elementary operation, and it seems to me that using this menu is simply irrational.

*112# checking the status of free minutes/bonuses (Corporation)

I have full unlimited Business 150 (corporate) - but my wife’s situation is a little different. She is credited with 300 minutes within the corporation and subscriber group, as well as 100 minutes to all other numbers. It is precisely in order to monitor these limits that she uses this Kyivstar USSD request every day.

*112*2# checking the status of the “Daily Happy Hour” service (Corporation)

It seems to me that this is not a very relevant request - but perhaps someone who uses the Happy Hour service will be right on topic!

*110# checking the number of bonuses/hryvnia/transferred from home Internet users to pay for mobile phones. communications. and mobile internet. to this number

This USSD request is for those who have home Internet from Kyivstar. I would like to remind you that the money spent on the Internet can be used a second time for calls. In order to check the amount of money that someone from the owners of this Internet gave you, they came up with the request *110#. Why check, you say? Because after it gets into your mobile account, this money has an action line... It would be a pity if they just disappeared...

*100*01*2# Your tariff

Let's say you bought a starter package and don't know what the tariff plan is. You can, of course, call the operator at toll-free number 466 and press 3, then 9 - but you need to spend about 1-2 minutes on this. But using *100*01*02# the current tariff plan of this number from which the request was made will be displayed. It's convenient and fast.

*194# checking the possibility of switching from pre-paid to contract

In Kyivstar, after entering this USSD request, it is immediately displayed that the migration application has been accepted. Well, then, if you wish, you can go and write an application to switch to a contract.

*118# *119# check bonus status

USSD request *118#- displays how many free SMS are available and on which lines. USSD request *119#- displays the amount of bonus money and action lines.

*113*6# disable automatic balance notification function

Sometimes I get very tired of these morning messages that the amount of money, for example, is less than 100 hryvnia. And if they are in translit, it completely kills.... So I learned how to change transliterated information messages into Cyrillic - and with this USSD request I learned to refuse intrusive mailings.

*155# Djuice Discount
*160# exact time

It happens that the phone falls, the battery jumps out - and the time will not be saved after turning it on. Then you have to run around and ask your friends what time it is to set up your phone. After I found out that there is such a USSD request to Kyivstar, this issue stopped worrying me - I started using it at any convenient time. For example, I'm waiting for a train - the clock may not show the exact time. I made a request - and I know 100% that I won’t be late...

*161# Your phone number

Above, at the beginning of the article, he writes that if you sort through 100-300 packages, then this small key combination can simply save you from an insane loss of time and nerves. And if you need to give someone your phone number, but you don’t know it by heart, just enter this combination and the number will be shown on the phone’s display.

Kyivstar is a very popular mobile operator in Ukraine, providing the population with a huge number of different services. Kyivstar is a national telecommunications operator that provides mobile communications and the ability to connect to the Internet. The company was founded in 1994 and began providing services in 1997, that is, three years after its founding. As you know, the operator has a fairly diverse selection of tariff plans and services. depend on your needs and financial situation, since their cost depends on the number of services provided in the package. It happens that you forgot to top up your account on time to withdraw a monthly subscription fee or order a new service. Therefore, in this article we will look at how to order and use this service.

How to order an extraordinary withdrawal of the subscription fee

The new tariff plans do not have such an option, just top up your mobile account and wait until the next day! In most cases, the subscription fee is withdrawn automatically if there is a sufficient amount in the account. On the menu *100#call You can order an extraordinary withdrawal of the subscription fee, only if it has not been withdrawn. If you have used the volume of services before, then you can connect a tariff plan with a larger volume of services.

There may be a failure in the system and the subscription fee may not be charged, in which case every day from 00.00 to 00.03 there will be a repeated request to connect it. In this case, the date for charging the subscription fee will not change.

If the subscription fee is not paid, then you will be able to use the services according to the tariff plan provided to you. For each tariff, the cost of services is completely different; you can find out all this information by reading your tariff plan in more detail.

How to order an extraordinary fee for the option -33%

Use one of the options:

  • Service number 477 * 1 ;
  • Special teams: *238*4# - for extraordinary accrual, *238*3# — (to determine the date of accrual of the subscription fee)
  • Self-service system “My Kyivstar”.

To submit a request to connect an extraordinary subscription fee, you must contact the Kyivstar operator. He will answer all your questions more accurately and specifically and will directly help you submit your application. You can learn more about this service at , by calling a company support consultant, or by asking your question in the official Kyivstar community.

The recommended replenishment amount for the Kyivstar Calls tariff plan is from 40 UAH in one payment (except for funds transfer). Without such replenishment, the provision of mobile communication services is carried out at the following tariffs:

After topping up your account, order a package of tariff services using the command *477*202# (you can order from 3:00 until the end of the day). Only after this you will receive a package of tariff services for 1 month, and the subscription fee will be charged from your mobile account. Subscribers who changed their tariff plan to Kyivstar Calls pay a subscription fee simultaneously with connecting to it and also receive a package of tariff services for 1 month.

The package of tariff services includes unlimited calls in the Kyivstar network and the opportunity to try the Internet using GPRS/EDGE/3G technology, for which 50 MB of Internet traffic are provided.

You can check the validity period of the tariff service package and the remaining megabytes using the command *112#.

Having sent the first 50 SMS to subscribers of any mobile operators during the day, continue sending if necessary, paying 1 UAH for every next 10 SMS. Starting from the 1001st message, each SMS message will be charged separately, its cost will be 1 UAH. To check the number of SMS sent during the day within the current package (50 or 10 SMS), dial *112#.

  • If you have used all megabytes from your data plan, just continue using mobile data to get additional megabyte packages. After each package is exhausted, the next one is connected if you continue to use the Internet. In total, 5 packages of 50 MB are available during the day, the cost of each package is 5 UAH. After all packages have been exhausted, Internet access is free of charge and provided at a speed of 32 Kbps.
  • You can disable the provision of additional packages using the option "Internet minimum". Thus, after using all the megabytes included in the tariff plan as part of the subscription fee, Internet access will not be paid for and will be provided at a speed of 32 Kbps.

Managing the “Internet Minimum” option is simple:

There is no charge for connecting the option.

The subscription fee is withdrawn monthly on the same day when you first paid the subscription fee under the terms of the Kyivstar Calls tariff plan. To remember this day, just check the validity period of the tariff service package - *112#. We recommend replenishing your account in a timely manner so that the most favorable conditions always apply to your number.

If on the day the monthly subscription fee is charged (from 0:00 to 3:00) there are insufficient funds in the account, top up your account later and order an extraordinary subscription fee using the command *477*202# to receive a package of tariff services. After completing the application, its date will subsequently become the date for charging the subscription fee.

If the subscription fee has not been withdrawn, then every day from 00:00 to 03:00 there will be a second attempt to withdraw it. In this case, the date of subsequent charging of the subscription fee does not change.

If the subscription fee is not charged, you can use the services at the following tariffs: the cost of calls on the Kyivstar network is UAH 2.00 per day when they were made; the cost of high-speed Internet is 5.00 UAH per 50 MB package (no more than 5 packages per day). The use of mobile Internet in excess of 250 MB until the end of the day is not paid for and is provided at speeds of up to 32 Kbps. The cost of one minute of a call to other mobile networks is 0.60 UAH.

  • Check spent megabytes from additional packages – *252#
  • Check the terms of your tariff plan – 477*1

Changes are valid from 07/22/2015.
