To clear the call list, you need to open the folder " C:\Hiddenfolder\phonebook\persistentmemory\0001" and delete files from it " LM_0001.pbr, LM_0002.pbr, LM_0003.pbr, LM_0251.pbr, LM_0252.pbr».

3. If this doesn't help, do it factory reset(so-called soft reset). The easiest way to do this is using the phone itself:
