How to properly register on the government services portal. Visit to the service center. What is required to register with government services?

Users of the State Services portal can have one of three types of accounts.

1. Simplified account

Gives a minimum of possibilities:

  • payment ;
  • ordering reference services: for example, you can find out about legal debt.

2. Standard account

If you upgrade your account to standard, the following services will become available:

  • tax debt audit;
  • making an appointment with a doctor;
  • obtaining information about medical services provided;
  • receiving a statement about the state of the pension account;
  • filing an application for ;
  • trademark registration.

A confirmed account provides access to all services of the portal: for citizens, legal entities and entrepreneurs. The number of available services is constantly increasing, but already in 75 sections of the catalog you can find solutions to many problems: from making an appointment with a doctor to obtaining information about the subsoil and permission to store and carry weapons.

How to create a simplified account

Registration on “State Services” begins with the creation of a simplified account.

What documents are needed

This time no documents are needed. When registering, you will need an email address and phone number.

To create an account, go to the State Services website and click “Register”.

Enter your last name, first name, phone number and email address that will be used to log in to all e-government services. Click "Register".

A message with a code will be sent to your phone. Enter it in the next window that appears in the browser. Then come up with one that you will use to log in to “Government Services”.

How to create a standard account

After creating a simplified account, the system will offer to upgrade to a standard level.

What documents are needed

Prepare just two documents:

  • passport;
  • SNILS is a green card, a certificate of compulsory pension insurance.

Open your “Personal Account” on the “Government Services” portal. On the main page you will see a profile status with a proposal to switch to a standard account. Click "Fill out profile."

Add middle name, gender, date and place of birth, citizenship. Enter your passport details and SNILS number in the registration window.

Verification of this information usually takes several hours. After its completion, a message about the result will be sent to your email or mobile phone. A corresponding notification will also appear in your “Personal Account”, and the account status will be changed.

How to create a verified account

To start using all the features of State Services, you need to confirm your identity.

What documents are needed

To confirm your identity, you need the same documents that you used when registering a standard account:

  • passport;
  • SNILS.

How to register if you are a client of Sberbank, Tinkoff Bank or Post Bank

In this case, you will be able to verify your identity online. Creating a verified account is available in the following services:

  • web version of Sberbank Online;
  • web version of Tinkoff;
  • mobile or online banking “Pochta Bank Online”.

Let's see how to confirm your identity using Sberbank Online as an example. Open Sberbank Online and log in. Go to the “Other” tab and select “Registration for State Services”.

Fill out the registration application: enter your passport department code and insurance number. After checking the data, you will immediately receive a confirmed account.

How to register for “State Services” in other cases

1. At the service center

If you are not a client of Sberbank, Tinkoff Bank or Post Bank, confirm your identity at the service center. In the “Personal Account” under the account status there is a button “Find the nearest service center”. Click on it to open the map.

You need to take your passport and SNILS to the service center. They will be checked against the information you provided when creating a standard account. This will be your identity confirmation.

2. Via Russian Post

If you do not want to go to the service center, please order a confirmation code through " ". In the account information window, under the large service center search button, there is a link to receive a confirmation code by registered mail with notification.

After clicking on it, you need to indicate the address to which the letter will be sent.

The average delivery time is two weeks. After receiving the code, you must enter it in a special field that will appear in your “Personal Account” on “Government Services”.

3. Using an electronic signature or card

Another way to confirm your identity is to use an enhanced qualified electronic signature (ECES) or a universal electronic card (UEC). The issue of UEC was discontinued on January 1, 2017, but if the card has not expired, you can use it for authorization or registration.

To confirm your identity using UKEP or UEC you will need:

  • physical media with a signature issued by an accredited organization;
  • "CryptoPro" - a program for reading electronic signatures or a browser plugin.

To confirm your identity, you must select an electronic signature as a verification method, enter your PIN code and sign an application to confirm your account.

The State Services portal allows you not to waste time waiting in queues, but in the shortest possible time, comfortably draw up any documents and use government electronic services. To apply for a particular document, you must first register on the official website gosuslugi.ru.

On the top toolbar, under the words “Personal Account”, click the “Registration” button. The procedure takes place in several stages:

  • filling out personal information, including insurance number and passport data;
  • reconciliation of the information provided with the pension and migration service database;
  • ID confirmation.

Why verify your identity?

Confirming your identity on the State Services portal is required to use the full list of services, including not only paying for utilities and making doctor’s appointments, but also issuing passports, certificates, driver’s licenses and any other documents for the field of education, taxes, finance, medical care and much more.

How to confirm your identity?

Identity confirmation is the last stage of registration on the State Services portal, which opens up wide opportunities for the user. You can go through this procedure in several ways:

  • in the multifunctional center;
  • by mail;
  • using an electronic signature or UEC.

We confirm through the MFC

To confirm your identity through the multifunctional center, just come to the nearest branch and present your passport and pension certificate to the consultant.

We confirm by mail

If you want to receive a confirmation code by mail, then in the settings of your personal account, select the “Receive confirmation code by letter” tab, in the form that appears, enter the full postal address, including the zip code, and click the “Deliver” button. Within 2 weeks you should receive a registered letter with a code. If you entered the address incorrectly, you can make a repeated request no earlier than in a month. When the letter with the code is delivered to the post office, you need to go to the office with your passport and pick it up, then in the account settings on the portal you will need to enter the received code to confirm your identity.

The method is not very convenient and time-consuming.

We confirm with an electronic signature (ES)

In your account settings, select confirmation “Using an electronic signature or UEC.” Any qualified electronic signature certificate, including electronic signature for individuals, is suitable for these purposes. You can obtain a digital signature at special certification centers; to do this, you need to submit an application for a digital signature, TIN and passport, and also pay the necessary fees. In return, you receive an electronic signature on a special medium (token), and the entire registration will take no more than a day. The electronic signature certificate can be used for a year and then further extended.

Having an electronic signature certificate in hand, you can use it to log in to your personal account on the State Services portal. The system immediately begins to check the information in the account with the certificate information. If fully compliant, the account is assigned the “verified” status.

How to find a government services user service center

To find the service center closest to you to confirm your identity, you need to go to the State Services website in your account settings, here you will be offered “Available verification methods,” click on “Apply in person.” You will see an empty line where you enter the country and city of your stay. Next, click the “Find” button. The information you are interested in will be displayed either in the form of a list or on a map of the area.

So, first you need to register on the portal.

STEP 1. PRE-REGISTRATION

We go to the site and in the upper right corner click on the Personal Account button.

After clicking, the following window appears on your screen:

You should see a registration field where you need to enter your data: last name, first name, mobile phone or email address.

After entering the data, click on the REGISTER button.

STEP 2. PERSONAL DATA

After notification of completed registration, the system will automatically redirect you to a page where you will need to fill in your personal data: passport information and SNILS data.

After entering correct data, click on the CONTINUE button. An automatic check of your data will begin.

STEP 3. VERIFICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

After you fill out your personal information, it is sent for verification, which takes from a few minutes to 5 days.


After completion, a message about the results of the verification will be sent to your email address or mobile number, and you can also see this in your personal account.

STEP 4. IDENTITY CONFIRMATION

To fully use government services via the Internet, you need to confirm your account by entering a confirmation code.

There are several ways to get this code:
1. Personal appeal.

2. Via Russian Post.

If you indicate this option to receive a code, then you will need to enter the correct address and within two weeks you will receive an email with the code.

After receiving a letter with a code, you will need to enter the code in the box on the main page of your personal account or on the identity verification page.


3. Electronic signature or UEC

You can also confirm your identity using an electronic signature or a universal electronic card (UEC).

Unfortunately, you won’t get away with a simple confirmation via email - the registration procedure for State Services is quite lengthy and consists of many stages.

It is important for the site user to know: there are several levels of accounts - simplified, standard and confirmed. It is better to complete the registration procedure, because a simplified account allows you to use a minimum set of services.

Getting ready for registration

A citizen who is going to register for State Services should have at hand:

  • Russian passport - you will have to rewrite the details.
  • SNILS is a green laminated document issued by the Pension Fund.
  • Phone - notifications will be sent to the number. In addition, the number will be useful if the user forgets the password.
  • An email address is also needed for notifications.

Step #1. Simplified registration

Step #2. Standard registration

After successful simplified registration, the system transfers the user to a page with a form for filling out personal data.

At this stage, SNILS and passport details will be useful.

Advice: Complete your personal data with your TIN number, details of your compulsory medical insurance policy, driver’s license, birth certificate, military ID. In case you lose one of the listed documents, the data can be easily found in the Personal Account of the State Services.

After filling in all fields, click “Continue”. The system will begin checking the entered data - according to the information provided on the website, the duration of the check ranges from 5 minutes to 5 days. There is no need to wait for the verification to be completed in front of a computer screen. Close the site and do other things - You will be notified of a successful State Services check via SMS.

Step 3: Identity Verification

To enjoy all the privileges on the State Services website, you need to obtain a personal code. Log in to your Personal Account and click on the “Proceed to Identity Confirmation” button.

You will see that the system offers three identification methods:

Personal application to the service center: a multifunctional center in your city or a Russian post office - you need to go there, taking your passport with you. You can see where the nearest service centers are located using Yandex.Maps on the State Services website.

Enter the address into the search engine, select the desired service and preferred opening hours of the center and click “Find”. The results are displayed not only on the map, but also in the form of a list of addresses.

The list will also display the approximate distance from your place of residence to the service center.

This identification method is usually used by those citizens who need to receive a service urgently. Employees of the service center verify the passport data, give the applicant an envelope containing a confirmation code inside, and tell the individual how to register on the State Services website completely.

Registered letter by mail. This method is the most convenient, because to order a letter with a code through Russian Post you don’t even need to get up from the couch. You will have to wait about 2 weeks. Previously, there was no need to visit the post office (the postman brought the letter directly to the apartment), but now it is necessary, and the site focuses the user’s attention on this. The letter is issued when the customer presents a passport.

After receiving the letter, proceed as follows:

  • Find the code in the letter and log into your Personal Account at State Services.
  • Follow the path “My data” to “General data” and click “Go to editing”.

  • Enter the code from the letter and click “Check”.

A day after ordering a letter, the tracking service becomes available - with its help you can find out at what stage of delivery the letter is. A link to the route appears in the code confirmation block.

Please note: If you used the code from the letter to confirm your identity, you will not receive access to the taxpayer’s Personal Account on the official website of the Federal Tax Service www.nalog.ru. Therefore, the State Services website recommends applying for identification in person.

Confirmation using an electronic signature or UEC. Although this confirmation method is the fastest, it is not popular. You can obtain an electronic signature at one of the accredited centers, the current list of which is published on the portal of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications.

The UEC card was discontinued on January 1, 2017, but if the card has not expired, it can still be used to authorize and confirm your account. Additionally, you will need to install a reader and a special Web browser plugin.

This method is often used by legal entities that use electronic signatures regularly.

Upon completion of registration, the system will send you a congratulatory message. After this, log back into your Personal Account - you will find that all services on the portal have become available to you.

In order to take full advantage of the capabilities of the State Services portal gosuslugi.ru, you need to register a “Verified” level account there. For this it is necessary confirm your personality. This can be done in several ways. One of them is to apply with your passport to the nearest “My Documents” MFC. Confirming your identity at the MFC is a very simple and short procedure. We'll tell you how to do this.

Why verify your identity?

This is necessary to be able to use all the features of your account on State Services. This will allow you to save a lot of time and nerves, forgetting about the need to personally run to various government agencies. Through the gosuslugi.ru portal, everything can be done while sitting at home in a comfortable chair in front of the computer.

How to register on the State Services website? There are 3 account levels on the State Services portal:

  • Simplified account. To register it, you just need to indicate your last name, first name and mobile phone number or email.
  • Standard account. To make such an entry, you must provide your passport details, SNILS number, and send the information for verification to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and the FMS (Federal Migration Service). The check is performed automatically and can take from 15 minutes to 3 days. You will be notified of its completion by email.
  • Verified account. Gives full access to all features of the State Services portal and requires identification confirmation.

How to confirm your identity for the State Services website

Currently, the State Services website offers users several options for verifying their identity:

  • Contact special service centers that verify your identity;
  • Go to the “My Documents” center;
  • Receive a code to confirm your identity via registered mail;
  • Use an electronic signature (for those who have one - as a rule, these are individual entrepreneurs or legal entities).

We confirm your identity through the MFC

Everything is extremely simple. You will need the following documents to confirm your identity through the MFC:

  • passport
  • individual personal account insurance number (SNILS)
  • your mobile phone or email address.

Do the following:

  1. Find the My Documents MFC branch nearest to you. The addresses of the MFC are indicated on them, as well as on Yandex maps. At this link you can find the MFC and other service centers where you can confirm your identity for government services. Just in case, you can call the selected center to be on the safe side. Officially, the service is called: “Registration, activation, restoration of access to an account in a unified identification and authentication system (USIA).” The service is FREE!
  2. Take your passport and SNILS with you, come to the selected MFC during business hours and make an appointment by contacting the administrator, or by taking an electronic queue coupon yourself through the terminal. For many MFCs (but not all), you can also make an appointment via their website.
  3. Wait for your turn (usually the wait can take from 2 minutes to an hour) and apply at the indicated window.
  4. An MFC employee will help you fill out an application (you can also pre-fill it yourself by downloading the application form). After which it will perform the procedure of confirming your identity through your computer. The whole procedure will take a few minutes.

By the way, MFC can also

  • Completely complete the entire registration procedure for you on the government services website if you do not yet have any account there at all;
  • help you regain access to your account if you have lost it for some reason.
