It covers almost all smartphones and mobile devices using the Android OS. Plus, the OpenGL 2015 ARB extension was introduced, intended for desktop computers. Minecraft was closed due to incompatible video card drivers. They may not support the version of OpenGL used by the version of Minecraft you are running. In any case, try to find and install beta drivers for your video card and try again.
To explain in more detail, due to an old or not installed version of drivers for your video card, the game cannot start at all. That's why this error occurred. The solution is quite trivial - update video card drivers.
There are two main developers of video cards - NVIDIA (GeForce) and AMD (Radeon). First, you need to find out what manufacturer your video card is from.
Note: If you know one of the card manufacturers - Palit, ASUS, MSI, Chaintech, Sapphire, then this is a little different, they still make video cards using AMD or NVIDIA technology.
How can you find out whose video card you have?
1) Click "Start", enter "dxdiag" into the search, and launch this program.
2) A window will open in which you need to select the “Monitor” (Or possibly “Display”) tab

1) Open a terminal.
2) Type “lspci -v | less".
3) Look for something related to VGA Compatible or Video Controller.
4) Next, find the manufacturer of your video card.
