Delivery information for tracked items can now be obtained in document format with a qualified electronic signature. According to Article 63 of the Federal Law “On Electronic Signature”, this document is equivalent to a paper document and is used in any legal relationship that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation. An exception will be cases when, according to regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with Federal laws, there is a requirement that a document must be drawn up only on paper.

Search for missing items
Unfortunately, not all parcels and letters reach their recipients. If a similar event affects you, follow the instructions:
- Check the status of your mail item using the tracking number. If there has been no new information on the location of the object for a long time, contact any branch of the Russian Post to begin the search.
- You should go to the department with a statement of claim (print it on the website in the “Forms” section).

Well, if “you can’t hide from a letter,” there is one option that is quite adequate. You are talking to the postmaster. You ask about the place where the letter came from. The phone number for this place is easy to find. It will be the same post office. You can call/drive up and talk about the letter (if all this is so important), as a rule, the post office workers will immediately tell you who sent it. But this is provided that the sender is a normal person and “does not hide anything” about himself.
It’s a little more tense with transport companies due to the fact that, unlike any Russian Post Office, they are “not located near every residential building.” And it’s much more difficult to find out anything there.
