Find out who sent the registered letter. Notice from Russian Post indicating who the registered letter is from

Often citizens are faced with the fact that government authorities write to them through the use of registered mail. It can be brought by the postman, simply handed over, or left in the mailbox.

Dear readers! The article talks about typical ways to resolve legal issues, but each case is individual. If you want to know how solve exactly your problem- contact a consultant:

APPLICATIONS AND CALLS ARE ACCEPTED 24/7 and 7 days a week.

It's fast and FOR FREE!

The notice itself does not contain information about who exactly sent it, and postmen do not have such information. Citizens become interested in who exactly sent them such a letter.

It is important to understand that court letters are stored in the mail for no more than 7 days. Other registered mail can be stored for 30 days. Some letters don’t need to be collected at all.

Important Validation Concepts

And although in recent years there has been great progress in the development of technology, government agencies prefer to use postal services, namely registered letters, to contact citizens. This can be explained by greater reliability and coverage of almost the entire population of the country.

Review of information in the notice

A notification is a notification that a registered letter has been sent to a citizen by mail. Recently, this document has been distributed in a new form. The recipient receives a letter of this type against a receipt, and the sender is issued a special receipt stating that the letter has been delivered.

Thus, it is practically guaranteed that the letter will not be lost. For this reason, valuable and important letters are most often sent using such methods.

Most often, these types of shipments are used by government agencies or banks. But neither on the notification nor on the sent envelope can one find the address and name of the sender. Only very recently did they begin to include the sender’s city and zip code on alerts.

Main parameters and differences

Very often such letters have the abbreviation DTI. This is a registered letter and requires an additional postage fee. This type of correspondence is often used to send legal and other documents.

DTI is a technology index that is used as an additional source of information for sending letters to the population. Most often it is used by the Federal Tax Service, traffic police or bailiffs.

Each service has its own index, which it uses to send email notifications. DTI is not represented in the post office; it is used to reduce the load on real indexes.

Sometimes it happens that a letter arrives at the wrong address, or it contains the wrong data. For example, a citizen who does not own a plot of land may receive a notification about the need to pay land tax. In this case, you will need to appeal the information received to the authority that sent the letter.

Is it even possible

It is believed that until the time of receipt of a letter or parcel it is impossible to find out information about the sender, since postal employees have no obligation to report such data. Therefore, you can find out who sent the letter only after opening the envelope.

In fact, there are ways to find out such information. A postal notice will help with this. There is a very high probability that it will be possible to obtain the necessary information from this document. Thus, the place of departure and the name of the sender can be found out from the code on the notice.

The recipient can be given a registered letter only after presenting a passport and signing it. In this way, the sender can guarantee the delivery of the letter. But sometimes the recipient does not want to receive emails from that sender. In this case, he has the right to ignore the notice and send the letter to the addressee after a certain time.

How to find out about the sender

As a standard, ordered correspondence is stored for 30 days. This period can be doubled if the recipient has written an official statement about the need for an extension. Court notices can only be stored by mail for 1 week.

The notice contains the following information:

  • what type of correspondence (parcel post, registered letter, etc.);
  • from which country the letter was sent.

If the word “judicial” is present on the notice, this means that the citizen has received a message about the place and date of the trial. The court notice must be served on the recipient no later than 2 weeks before the start of the trial.

If a citizen has not collected such a letter within 7 days, it will be returned with a note that the recipient refused to receive it. Moreover, it is considered that the citizen is notified of the start of the trial.

In this case, the court may impose a fine on the recipient for failure to appear in court without a valid reason or consider the case without the presence of the person summoned.

Receiving such a notice does not mean that a lawsuit has been filed against the citizen - witnesses are also summoned to court in a similar manner. Therefore, after receiving such a notice, it is better to pick it up from the post office.

Available methods

There are several ways to find out through a notification from the Russian Post who a registered letter is from. The simplest thing is to try to call the post office and ask about this directly from the employees of this organization. But official instructions do not always allow them to report such data.

The second method is considered more reliable. On the notification of the arrival of a letter there is a code that contains all the information about the sender. This is a kind of postal identifier - a track number that is written under the barcode.

Instructions for searching the site

You can obtain the necessary information about the sender on the official website of Russian Post. There you need to find a section called “Track” and go into it. A window will open where you need to enter the track number. It is very important to enter all the numbers in the appropriate order and without errors.

After this, a window will open containing the following information about the letter:

  • when the letter was sent;
  • from what place did the departure take place;
  • at which post office the letter was received;
  • Sender name.

On the Russian Post website you can get this information only if the letter arrived by mail. If you send a letter through any other organization with similar functions or through a courier, there is no point in searching for data on this site.

If the letter arrived through international postal operators, then to obtain information about it, you should go to the website www.track-trace.com. For this, the barcode from the notice is used.

Visit to the Russian Post office

By going to the post office you can also find out the name of the sender even before the official receipt of the letter. You can ask the postman to show the envelope before delivery. In this case, you can decide whether this letter is needed or you can refuse it. But, of course, the postal employee may refuse this.

After the citizen signs for receipt of the letter, he will be given an envelope containing either the sender's address or his stamp.

In addition, if the envelope does not have the “post restante” mark, then even one of the recipient’s relatives can receive it. In this case, you can also find out the name of the sender even before receiving the letter in your hands.

Detailed Actions

Detailed instructions for obtaining data about the sender by notification number in 2019 are as follows:

  1. You should review the notice very carefully. At the top of the document there is a barcode, and below it are 14 digits. These numbers will need to be used in further actions. This is the so-called track number - postal identifier. Letters most often come from government agencies with such details.
  2. On the Russian Post website you need to find a section for tracking items. There is also a function to search for information about the sender.
  3. After opening the desired section, you must enter these 14 numbers in a special field and press the search button.
  4. After performing these actions, the citizen will see all the information about the shipment in front of him. All you have to do is go to the post office and get a letter.

It is important to respect retention periods, as important mail may be sent back.

If the letter is unwanted

Sometimes a registered letter may simply be unnecessary or undesirable to receive. Such correspondence can simply be ignored. Since registered letters can only be delivered to the recipient after signing and presenting a passport, postal employees cannot simply throw them into the mailbox.

If the letter has not been requested by the recipient at the specified time, it is sent back to the sender.

You should pay very close attention to letters from the court. Even in the case where the recipient did not pick up such correspondence from the mail, the court may consider that the citizen received notice of the commencement of legal proceedings. Since this threatens with a fine for failure to appear without a good reason, it is better to pick up such letters on time.

History of Russian Post

On June 28, 2002, by decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, a new concept was adopted for restructuring the postal system at the federal level. This concept involved the unification of all post offices of the country into one organization for centralized control and distribution of resources. The enterprise is state-owned and controlled at the federal level.

Over time, the range of activities of the Russian Post was supplemented by retail trade, the federal money transfer service, EMS express delivery, photo printing and many other services.

Russian Post parcel tracking

The Russian Post parcel tracking system allows all clients of this company to check their postal status online. The system quickly generates data and provides all available information about the parcel and where it is currently located.

Russian Post parcel tracking numbers

Russian Post parcel tracking codes differ in types and can have different appearances.

  1. Packages, small parcels and registered letters are tracked using a 14-digit number.
  2. Parcels and parcels are assigned a special code which consists of 4 letters and 9 numbers:
    • The first 2 letters indicate the type of shipment
    • 9 digits - unique departure code
    • The last 2 letters indicate the country from which the parcel was sent
  3. Parcels EMS - international express delivery of items. The tracking number for EMS parcels is the same as for regular international shipments, except for the fact that the code begins with the letter E

Examples of parcel tracking numbers:

  • 14568859621458 - internal parcel tracking code
  • CQ---US (CQ123456785US) – parcel or small item from the USA, postal package
  • RA---CN (RA123456785CN) – parcel from China
  • RJ---GB (RJ123456785GB) – parcel from the UK
  • RA---RU (RA123456785RU) - if the parcel was not registered before entering the territory of the Russian Federation, Russian Post can assign an internal tracking number.

Russian Post tracking numbers are compiled in accordance with the international S10 standard, allowing parcels to be tracked by both the sender and the recipient, and the implementation of the Russian Post electronic tracking system makes this even easier.

How to track a Russian Post parcel?

In order to find out where your parcel is, you need to pay attention to the following.

  1. For information about estimated arrival time and other details, you must use the Russian Post tracking number. This is a special tracking code that is unique for any package. It must be provided to you by the sender (online store, company or individual).
  2. Fill in the search field located at the top of the web page with this tracking code.
  3. Click the “Track” button and wait for the report to be ready.

Russian Post tracking

Russian Post tracks both parcels sent within the Russian Federation and international shipments, including EMS express mail. Domestic Russian Post shipments are tracked using a 14-digit track code, the first six digits indicating the sender's postal code. International shipments of Russian Post begin and end with 2 letters, the first two indicate the type of parcel, and the last two indicate the sender's country.

How to track a parcel in Russia?

Tracking a Russian Post parcel in the Russian Federation is quite simple. In order to start tracking your parcel, you need to have the parcel tracking code on hand. Russian Post tracks shipments using 14-digit slate tracking codes for domestic parcels and 13-digit codes for international parcels. To quickly and easily track your Russian Post parcel, enter the parcel's track number in the field above and BoxTracker will check your parcel and determine its location.

How to find a parcel by Russian Post tracking number

Russian Post parcels are located by postal tracking number. Domestic tracking numbers contain 14 digits, starting with the postal code of the sender or the department that issued the package. For example, if a parcel was sent from Moscow from the Russian Post office on Shelepikhinskaya Embankment with an index of 123290, then the departure code will look like 12329000000000. International parcels processed by Russian Post can be tracked using a standardized 13-digit code, typical for international shipments for postal services around the world. The first two letters indicate the type of item, then 9 unique digits of the item, and the last two letters indicate the sender's country code.

Parcel tracking ZA..LV, ZA..HK

This type of parcel differs from other international shipments in that these parcels are handled using a simplified system thanks to the cooperation of the Russian Post with the most popular online store for Russian citizens - Aliexpress. Thanks to this cooperation, the procedure for registering parcels with Aliexpress has been simplified, making shipment faster and cheaper. Such parcels have tracking codes like ZA000000000LV, ZA000000000HK.

Parcel tracking ZJ..HK

Parcels with a tracking code starting with ZJ are parcels of purchases made by Russians from the Joom online store. Just as in the case of Aliexpress, Joom entered into a partnership with Russian Post, thereby reducing the cost of delivering parcels with Joom, as well as significantly speeding up the shipping process itself from registration to delivery time.

When tracking, Joom parcels can have one of three statuses:

  • Package sent
  • The parcel arrived at the office
  • The parcel has been received by the addressee

Tracking parcels from China

Postal parcels from China may not have complete information about the location of the parcel, but you will have the most important information at your fingertips. The main stages of tracking will be available to you, and this is the most important thing. Parcels from China along their route pass through postal centers in Latvia and Hong Kong, which is why the letters LV and HK are assigned at the end of the track code, not CN.

What to do if you can’t track your parcel?

There may be several reasons why the track number may not be tracked. Most of these reasons are easily solvable, and sometimes do not require special solutions. The main reasons why a package is not tracked by track number:

  1. Not enough time has passed since the parcel was sent and the number has not yet entered the database. Sometimes it happens that the track number is not tracked until 10 days from the day the parcel was sent. The main thing here is to be patient and wait until the parcel begins to be tracked in the system.
  2. The tracking number is incorrect. In this case, you need to check the tracking number again with the seller or sender. Also check that the number is spelled correctly. You may have made a mistake when copying or typing a number on the keyboard.

In any case, you should not worry, although the reasons why the track code is not tracked are not limited to those listed, there is always a solution. As a rule, all parcels reach the addressee, and in extreme cases, you can always open a dispute in the online store and you will get your money back.

One fine (or not so fine) day you may find a notice in your mailbox with the codification “ZK” on it. At the same time, the text of the notice usually does not indicate either information about the sender or what kind of letter it is, but only information about the need to visit the post office and receive the specified correspondence. Who is the sender of this letter, and what is a ZK notice? Let's figure it out.

The “ZK” encoding is used in the postal circulation of Russian Post, and means that the letter is registered. Notices that notify the recipient that there is a registered letter awaiting him at the post office are encoded in a similar way.

Instead of information about the sender of this letter, a number is usually indicated, and in the worst case, there is no information at all. As for other data available in the notice, there is an address where you can receive the mentioned registered letter, digital and bar codes, as well as several service symbols.

As a rule, such registered letters with ZK notification are sent by various state and municipal authorities. For example, this could be the Pension Fund, courts of various instances, the tax service, the bailiff service and other government agencies.

Also, in some cases, the sender of ZK letters can be legal entities - banks, insurance companies and other commercial organizations.

In most cases, ZK letters are registered letters from state and municipal authorities

From whom did the ZK notification about the registered letter come?

The most pressing question that interests people when they receive a notice with the codification “ZK” is what does the notice mean and who is the sender of the registered letter? It's no secret that some letters are simply useless (for example, various types of advertising mailings), and some letters are not worth receiving at all.

What methods exist for identifying the sender?

In the case of international mail, you can also use the sites track-trace.com (mail DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex), 17track.net, globaltracktrace.ptc.post and other analogous resources;

What to do if you do not want to receive a letter from the ZK

A ZK letter usually remains in the mail for 7 or 30 days and is then returned to the sender. Registered letters from the court are kept for seven days (according to the appendix to FSUE Order No. 114-p), and all other letters are kept for 30 days.

At the same time, the court, having received its registered letter back, may consider that the recipient of the letter was still properly notified, and therefore may begin (continue) legal proceedings without you.

In some cases, Russian Post postmen completely ignore the existing rules, throwing the reserve into the recipient’s mailbox without any signature. Who signs for receipt and whether the sender is notified of the receipt of this letter is a mystery with several unknowns.

Conclusion

What does ZK mean? The ZK notification letter is usually a standard registered letter sent by state and municipal structures, as well as a number of legal entities. It is recommended to use the Russian Post resource to obtain information about the sender, and then act according to the current situation.

Registered letters in electronic format

Not all registered letters are collected from post offices. And the point here is not the laziness of the recipient or the irresponsibility of the postmen, but the fact that often the addresses of registration and actual residence do not coincide. But such letters, as a rule, contain quite important information. And as a result, the recipient may miss the time to pay the debt or fine, which will entail the accrual of penalties and other administrative penalties.

To enable online delivery of registered letters, go to the official website of the Russian Post and go to the page with the address http://zakaznoe.pochta.ru/. You can disable the service as unnecessary at any time.

  1. Check the status of your mail item using the tracking number. If there has been no new information on the location of the object for a long time, contact any branch of the Russian Post to begin the search.
  2. You should go to the department with a statement of claim (print it on the website in the “Forms” section).
  3. Along with the search application, provide a copy or original of the receipt received upon dispatch and a citizen’s passport.

Applications to search for a shipment are accepted if it was lost no more than six months ago.

The application is submitted by the sender or recipient or an authorized person by proxy.

No later than 2 months after submitting the application, Russian Post must inform the applicant about the search results. The response is sent by registered mail.

If the parcel or letter could not be found, the applicant is entitled to compensation. The sender has the right to refuse compensation in favor of the recipient.

We will tell you in the article how to find out the sender by the notification number.

Something was ruined at the dry cleaner: what to do and where to complain? Find out about this from our article.

Is it possible to determine where the letter is from?

It is usually believed that until the letter or parcel is delivered, it is impossible to find out the personal information of the sender, since postal employees are not obliged to give out such information.

However, simply by receiving a postal notice, you can with a high degree of probability find out the place of departure and the name of the sender or the name of the organization, since information about them is encrypted in the postal notice itself.

In what cases is this necessary?

Registered letter or parcel are those types of postal items, when sending which the addressee wants to make sure that the addressee has received the correspondence.

Typically, important documents from government agencies or various private organizations are sent this way.

A registered letter or parcel is delivered only upon presentation of a passport and against receipt of signature, and the sender can track the delivery of the correspondence.

If the recipient, for some personal reason, does not want to receive correspondence from certain senders, then he can ignore the notification, and the letter or parcel will be sent back to the addressee after a certain time.

Free legal advice:

Also, various companies can use registered letters as advertising spam, so going to the post office for a registered letter may only result in receiving an advertising brochure.

So, having learned information about the place of departure and the sender, you can with a high degree of probability understand the value of the letter and its contents.

How long is registered mail stored at the post office?

At the post office, registered mail (letters or parcels) is stored for 30 days from the date of receipt.

This period can be doubled to 60 days if the recipient contacts the post office with a written request to extend the storage period.

Free legal advice:

The only exceptions are court notices, the storage period of which is 7 days from the date of receipt.

How do you know what has arrived?

The postal notice contains sufficient information from which you can learn a lot about the postal item. In particular, the notice states:

  • type of shipment (registered letter, parcel post, small package, etc.);
  • departure country.

Where to send a complaint about a decision on an administrative violation of the traffic police? Read about it here.

If "judicial" is indicated

If the notice states “Judicial,” it means that the recipient received a judicial notice of the date, place and time of the trial.

The court notice arrives at least 15 days before the hearing date.

If a court notice is not received within 7 days, it will be returned to the sender with a note that the addressee refused to receive the letter, and it is considered that the person has been notified of the summons to the trial.

Free legal advice:

It is possible that the court will decide that the person was properly notified of the time and place of the trial. In this case, the court may impose a fine for failure to appear at the hearing without a valid reason or carry out the consideration of the case without the participation of the person summoned.

It should be borne in mind that a judicial notice summons not only the parties to the process, but also witnesses, so there is no need to panic ahead of time.

Therefore, if you receive such a notice, you must go to the post office for court correspondence.

Determination methods

There are two ways to find out the name of the sender or at least the post office from where the package or letter was sent. You can try calling the post office and asking the employees to provide information about the sender.

Free legal advice:

However, as a rule, postal employees refuse such a request, citing official instructions.

The second method is much simpler, since information about the sender is encrypted in the notification itself.

To find out the sender of a registered letter or parcel, you can use the postal identifier (track number), which is indicated on the notice under the barcode.

Instructions for searching www.track-trace.com

For parcels or registered letters sent not using Russian Post, but through international postal operators (DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS, etc.), the search for the sender should be carried out not on the Russian Post website, but on the international Internet website http://www.track-trace.com/.

To do this, on the main page of the site, you must select the appropriate company, the name of which should be indicated on the postal notice, and in the required field enter the postal identifier number, which is also indicated in the notice.

The development of postal electronic services has made life much easier for senders, since they can track the stages of sending registered mail on the Russian Post website or using other postal Internet sites.

Russian Post parcel tracking

The online postal tracking service 1Track.ru will help you track the status and location of your parcel delivered by Russian Post.

Free legal advice:

The national postal operator of the Russian Federation, Russian Post, receives, sends and delivers postal items on the territory of the Russian Federation and other states. The branches of this national postal operator handle the sending and receiving of both domestic and international parcels. If parcels and postal items are sent within Russia, then the parcel is assigned a unique 14-digit identifier number consisting of numbers, and when sent internationally, an identification number of 13 characters (numbers and letters of the Latin alphabet) is assigned.

Both numbers comply with the S10 standard of the Universal Postal Union and parcel tracking can be carried out by both the sender and the recipient of the mail.

How to track a Russian Post parcel?

Tracking the status and location of a parcel by the postal company Russian Post is extremely simple: to do this, you need to enter the unique track code of the parcel in the tracking line. After specifying the number, click on the “Track” button and find out the most up-to-date information about the status of your shipment by Russian Post.

If you need to save data on several shipments by Russian Post at once, then register in your personal account of the online parcel tracking service 1Track.ru, and track several shipments at once and receive accurate information for each parcel.

I blatantly stole the text from the respected Varang on Drome, for which I apologize, but this is something that Drivers also really need to know!

From time to time, everyone has to deal with government agencies that communicate with citizens through registered mail.

Either the postman brings it or you find a notice of registered mail in your mailbox. Moreover, the notice itself does not indicate who sent you the letter (parcel). But the postal employees will not tell you this information. But you want to know who is writing to you)

Sometimes such a notice indicates “judicial,” which is exactly what it means - the court is notifying you about something and such a letter should be treated responsibly.

Free legal advice:

It is important to know the following - court correspondence is stored at the post office (in Russian Post offices) for 7 days, after which it is returned to the court with a note that the addressee refused to receive the letter. The court may consider that the person has been properly notified (if we are talking about the date and place of consideration of the case) and the civil or administrative case can be considered without your participation with corresponding (usually negative) consequences.

Other registered correspondence is stored at the post office for 30 days.

Sometimes you just receive letters that you don’t have to pick up at all.

So, is it possible to find out from the notification where the letter comes from and who the sender is?

Here is an example of such a notice - see photo

Free legal advice:

At the top below the barcode there is a 14-digit postal ID number (highlighted in red)

Here enter this same 14-digit number and captcha

et voila - you will immediately see who, when and where the letter was sent from

For correspondence such as DHL, UPS, EMS, etc. - information can be found here

There is one more detail. There are also various prefixes on the letters themselves near the cipher. Sometimes they also have a lot to say. These are markings of the sender's organization.

Thank you. I've sorted everything out.

For the screenshot, I told you correctly, make it the full width of the page. Please. It's easier for others to watch.

A notification is sent by registered mail. It just means that it is located somewhere at the address. The postman has a book in which the recipient signs when receiving this notice. If the postman has not delivered the notice within a month, it must be “returned” to the sender. Here you need to avoid getting noticed by the postman and not going to the post office to pick up the parcel where the letter is located. Everything that can be monitored is monitored by the parcel departure number (on the post office website) and the stamp at the place of departure. From there you can find out the number and address of the post office where this letter began its journey to you. But they don’t throw registered ones into boxes if the current mail doesn’t care about them. They won’t clear up the mail at the post office - whether it’s a judicial or non-judicial letter - they’ll spend a month, or even more, knocking on the recipient’s threshold. They can call you at home. A notice is a rectangle of offset paper on which the recipient's name and address are written and there is a stamp of the time the letter arrived at the final destination. In view of all this, I want to say that you won’t be able to find out who exactly the letter is from if there is no return address and full name on the letter. It will be stupidly returned to the starting point of departure.

You can, of course, meet with the postman or go to the post office and deceive one of them or send a relative, but I will not describe fraudulent methods of how to find out everything about the letter.

Now on the topic: let’s put the logic into play - we didn’t get into an accident, we didn’t damage other people’s property, there are no procedural cases against me, we’re not entering into an inheritance? If any of this, and the postman does not have a record of delivery, then the meeting will be considered absent/postponed, which means the letters will be sent again and again. But in general, it’s not good to poke around when you have a sin behind you. After all, it’s not small children who make porridge. I don’t understand those who twitch their tails when they smell something fried. It's obvious, why is it being extinguished? Handcuffs are not sent by order - max. letter weight 100 grams.

If you have any other substantive questions, I can answer. In the past, he worked part-time at the post office. Well, I wish you to get by without any violations or incidents.

Add it of course. There is one more detail. There are also various prefixes on the letters themselves near the cipher. Sometimes they also have a lot to say. These are markings of the sender's organization.

Thank you, I’ll add it with copyright right now

Well, if “you can’t hide from a letter,” there is one option that is quite adequate. You are talking to the postmaster. You ask about the place where the letter came from. The phone number for this place is easy to find. It will be the same post office. You can call/drive up and talk about the letter (if all this is so important), as a rule, the post office workers will immediately tell you who sent it. But this is provided that the sender is a normal person and “does not hide anything” about himself.

It’s a little more tense with transport companies due to the fact that, unlike any Russian Post Office, they are “not located near every residential building.” And it’s much more difficult to find out anything there. And the “state evil corporation” uses the services of the old-fashioned way, and not of TC. Well, with rare exceptions.

Our stsuks did this: letters from the traffic police come from the other side of the city from a place with an unpronounceable abbreviation, the tax office sends its notifications from Mytishchi Moscow Region - they have a distribution center there, only gas workers are not encrypted!

I remember I sent two registered ones at the same time. One is to the neighboring area, which is a ravine from me, the second is 25 kilometers away by car. That’s all. Like in water. All the trials, of course, passed. The first letter was taken (presumably) by that guy’s wife. Nothing is known about the second. Well, okay.

I received the return receipt from Moscow 6 months later - it was lying around somewhere, everything happens in the mail! but in court we see one thing: “They sent it - they were notified properly and did not complain!”

I email myself the receiving address. I come and pick it up. Then a month later, I also find roots in another box. A trifle, but nice)

Shall I add this text to the post? Many people have bookmarked it, it will come in handy!

What should I add there? Maybe they have to sign in some book for the Notice, but in reality none of the postmen does this! All citizens simply take the Notice out of their mailbox!

AU! People! Have any of you signed in some kind of notice delivery book?!)))))

Somehow I doubt it! ;O)

Therefore, your post is more informative for people...

I can say for myself - the bosses asked me to get signatures from people both in the book about the delivery of registered letters and valuable parcels (these were even just ordinary regular magazines) and in the notice. I remember many recipients asked me - is this a letter from the court? And I really couldn’t tell them where it came from. I did not participate in the reception.

Now I and everyone else are also being asked to sign. And so it can, where it’s customary.

We sign the Notification of Delivery - yes. Then this notification of delivery is given to the sender (Tax, Pension, etc.) as proof that you have been notified. So that in the event of a legal penalty, they have proof that you are generally aware of everything.

And it’s unlikely that people would sign for the Notice itself...

Excuse me, but I am only commenting on what you yourself wrote...

“The postman has a book in which the recipient signs when receiving this notice. If the postman does not deliver the notice within a month...” - Your words? ;O)

Sorry, I'll be more careful.

Well, how can I explain it - here was a case: in the morning at work, in the deposits of all sorts of junk at work, they found a pack of shag... Based on the date of manufacture, it was my age. Well, we happily decided to light up, but we didn’t have any tissue paper and a colleague handed me my own notice, which had already been signed. I realized this later when I couldn’t find it, but there was a signature in the book that I handed it over).

Not for the notice itself. It’s just that this signature for the letter is duplicated in the book. The book acts as a register.

In general, to be frank, I just didn’t like how you spoke in an aggressive manner to the person who put this post on display for people to see... That the pictures are not the same, and the post in general is the same... and these words of yours, “it’s not good to poke around when you’re being followed.” It’s a sin. After all, it’s not small children who make porridge. I don’t understand that when they smell something fried, it’s obvious why it’s extinguished?”

Wonderful weather! ;O)))

Yes, it didn't go well. It will have to be something softer or something.

Happens! I probably didn’t notice it myself... I love it when they are adequate and can really overestimate;o)

Thanks again…

Not for the notice itself. It’s just that this signature for the letter is duplicated in the book. The book acts as a register.

Maybe about this, that it was the letter that was delivered, I don’t argue...

1."- It is important to know the following - court correspondence is stored at the post office (in Russian Post offices) for 7 days, after which it is returned to the court with a note that the addressee refused to receive the letter."

This is where you are very much mistaken. The letter is sent back with the note “The storage period has expired.” Well, if you go to the post office and tell the postal worker that you do not want to receive it, then yes, it will be sent back saying “the addressee refused to receive the letter.”

2. You won’t know from the tracking number! WHOM! it is the correspondence that is being sent. You will only know the sender’s index, city, weight and nothing more.

and it’s worth adding that the sender’s code, city, weight will not say anything useful, since many government agencies use single centers for sending correspondence, and when you receive a letter, for example from Penza, you will wonder for a long time who exactly sent it

Thank you, very useful information)))

Normal, useful information, that’s exactly what I do so I know whether to take it or not! Basically, it turns out that you don’t need anything😏 and you don’t have to take anything😉

Well, what the hell, they won’t send anything normal...😊

That’s right, there’s no point in taking it away, when it’s necessary - the bailiffs will come and seize the account)))

At least you won’t have to pay a commission like you would through a bank😂

letters just don’t arrive, why are they afraid I went and received it and found out from whom.

only zero from your cunning wisdom, I’ll receive a letter, but I don’t need to receive this, it still doesn’t relieve me of responsibility, I’m talking about lawsuits and chain letters and debts to someone, etc.)))

well, some fumble around for 2 years, waiting for the statute of limitations on the case to expire, or the other side’s nerves are frayed to the extreme...

It depends on your luck. I had a friend who was like this, and one fine day his salary card was blocked, he came and paid the fine.

didn't make it))). Let me clarify: double fine + enforcement fee for bailiffs!

this post was written for savvy, cunning guys, don’t worry)))

➕➕➕ whoever needs it, so he put ✔ for himself...

I didn't understand about the checkbox

This comment was written in response to your statement that “this post was written for sophisticated, cunning guys, don’t worry)”, which you wrote in response to the comment that this is useless information.

It seems so useful to me. I use this site all the time. Just now I looked at another letter from the Federal Tax Service, that is, from the tax office. I already know that this is a transport tax, and I know the amount too. I'll print it and pay for it. But I don’t want to waste time on eternal queues, because it usually takes 1.5-2 hours...

oooh, well, very few people are capable of such tricks; with shaking hands, in 5-10 minutes I receive all my orders in the next building)))

And what tricks, why should I receive (and most importantly waste time!) letters in which I already know what exactly it is. Or, for example, the website of the Arbitration Court, I receive a newsletter about the case, what date the meeting is scheduled for, I go and look. Both definitions and decisions made. At the same time, letters arrive marked “judicial”, the contents of which I already know...

I repeat once again - only smart people, Internet specialists, can know, be able to and analyze everything!

Yes, you know, some people are apparently just happy people))) They just don’t need it)))

And when in life you come across meetings, penalties, bailiffs, illegal stops by traffic police/traffic police, and not in the role of a lawyer, but simply in the role of a citizen, then you begin to understand all these subtleties...

not all notification emails come with a tracker

I have not seen a single court letter.

As soon as the notice arrived, I immediately understood - a summons)

I was a plaintiff, so I didn’t worry and didn’t run to the post office, but found out about the time of the next meeting from the lawyer.

And about 7 days - everything is correct. The letter is automatically sent back

but if you didn’t pick up the letter on time, and the matter is important, then if we are talking about an administrative process, then you need to get a copy of the decision and file a complaint with a request to restore the missed deadline for appeal. In the petition, justify the impossibility of timely notification - vacation, business trip, etc.

The same is true in civil proceedings - only there you can either file an application to cancel the default judgment or appeal to a higher authority.
