Universal radiographic diagnostic system univers mt. Universal radiographic apparatus univers-MT. Rental of medical equipment

The universal X-ray device UniveRS-MT is intended for carrying out polypositional (standing, sitting, lying) polyprojection X-ray studies of the chest organs (including the heart), skull, osteoarticular and other human systems and organs in stationary X-ray rooms of medical institutions. An effective solution in terms of quality and cost for medical organizations of any level.

The combination of ergonomic design and light weight of the device allows it to be placed in a small office (minimum area 14 sq.m). The equipment is supplied with a set of X-ray protective equipment and an X-ray dosimeter.

Univers-MT is supplied:

    • with a flat-panel digital receiver that allows you to capture large areas of study, which is especially important when examining the chest and pelvic organs;
    • with a power generator having a large set of anatomical programs;
    • with anti-collision devices that prevent any situation involving risk for the patient and prevent damage to equipment (automatic stop, reverse):
      • photo sensors located on a rotating tripod, designed to slow down the speed and stop movement if the light beam is interrupted by any object;
      • two collision detectors (on the tripod and image receiver) that react to any unexpected impact.
      Control of the tripod's movements is possible from the remote control located on the emitter, from the remote control on the receiver and using the IR remote control. System status information is displayed on the touch control panel. The system is equipped with a rotating stand, an X-ray R-transparent table-wheel with a low X-ray absorption coefficient, and a bifocal X-ray emitter with a rotating anode.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:

    • hardware and software complex “DIARM-MT” (radiologist’s workstation);
    • digital medical image printing device.

Leasing- a type of financial services, a form of lending for the acquisition of fixed assets by enterprises or very expensive goods by individuals.

Parties to the leasing transaction

Salesman– a legal entity or individual entrepreneur that owns or sells the necessary equipment. The property is transferred to the lessor on the basis of a purchase and sale agreement.

Lessor– its role is played by a leasing company, which can be registered both as a legal entity and as an individual entrepreneur. Most often, banks or their affiliated structures that have sufficient capital to purchase expensive property act as lessors.

Lessee– this is the buyer, also either a legal entity in any organizational and legal form, or an individual entrepreneur who needs equipment for use in commercial activities and making a profit.

The lessor undertakes to acquire ownership of the property specified by the lessee from the seller specified by him and to provide this property to the lessee for a fee for temporary possession and use.

Leasing of medical equipment

By purchasing professional medical equipment on favorable financial lease terms - you receive the equipment now and pay its cost over the agreed period.

Advantages and disadvantages of equipment leasing for the buyer

pros Minuses
The purchase of equipment does not require a large amount of investment: in fact, the buyer receives installments at interest. The interest rate on a leasing agreement is often higher than the interest rate on a bank loan.
A personal payment schedule is drawn up for the lessee; it is possible to negotiate with the lessor on a more adapted schedule compared to a bank loan. A delay in the next payment leads to the seizure of property from the lessee.
You can use leased equipment immediately after concluding a contract and making a down payment.
With proper use of leased equipment, the monthly payment can be covered within a short time from the profit received from the purchased equipment.
Leasing payments for the buyer are included in the cost price, as a result, the income tax base is reduced.
Due to accelerated depreciation after the end of the contract, there is a significant saving in property taxes.

Rent- a form of property agreement in which property is transferred for temporary possession and use (or only for temporary use) to the tenant for rent.

Rental of medical equipment

To improve the quality of patient care, you do not have to buy medical equipment; you can rent it. Renting medical equipment will allow you to start a medical practice and optimize costs. This is the optimal solution for medical centers.

We provide rental of medical equipment for any period, and service support is provided free of charge.

We offer individual rental conditions with the possibility of purchasing the leased equipment. The rental price includes delivery and installation of equipment.

Terms of the contract

The term of the lease agreement is established by agreement of the parties and is fixed in the contract. If the term is not specified in the agreement, then such an agreement is considered to be concluded for an indefinite period. This case allows the parties to the contract to refuse to perform it at any time, but by notifying the other party one month in advance.

Indefinite: the term of the contract is not determined by agreement of the parties.

Long term: 5-49 years.

Medium term: 1-5 years.

Short-term: up to 1 year.

Pros and cons of renting equipment

Modern professional equipment of a medical center is an expensive project. Such equipment is not available to every institution. A significant portion of doctors prefer renting professional equipment because:

  • - the rental fee for medical equipment is significantly lower than its cost;
  • - making monthly payments for use is easier than paying the full amount at once;
  • - during the rental period, you can determine the need and payback of each device and make a decision on the advisability of its further acquisition;
  • - maintenance of medical equipment is provided by the lessor, i.e. the costs of paying for the services of a company licensed to repair and maintain technical equipment are waived;
  • - if the device does not live up to expectations (for example, it turns out to be capricious in maintenance, expensive consumables are required, insufficient accuracy of measurements and unsatisfactory quality of procedures), then the contract can be terminated early and returned, or a more reliable similar copy can be obtained;
  • - the pace of progress leads to the fact that after 2-3 years, almost any type of device becomes obsolete and requires replacement, without waiting for the acquisition costs to be recouped.
  • The main disadvantage of leasing is the limited range of products compared to trade offers.

    Universal X-ray apparatus "UniveRS-Fluorograph-MT"

    The universal radiographic diagnostic device “UniveRS-Fluorograph-MT” is intended for conducting fluorographic, as well as all types of polypositional (patient position standing, sitting and lying), polyprojection radiographic studies in digital format in stationary X-ray rooms of medical institutions.

    The combination of ergonomic design and low weight of the device allows it to be placed in a small office. The equipment is supplied with a set of X-ray protective equipment and an X-ray dosimeter.

    "UniveRS-Fluorograph-MT" is supplied:

    With a stationary flat-panel digital X-ray receiver, the working field size of which reaches 43x43 cm, a matrix of at least 3000x3000 pixels. Such a large working field of the digital detector allows for a full fluorographic examination in one exposure, regardless of the size of the chest.

    The device is implemented on a rotating image tripod, consisting of a column and a U-shaped rod, which is a console with an emitter located at one end and a digital image receiver at the other. The rotating U-shaped rod provides ideal positioning during examination in the selected projection, due to free vertical movement and rotation around the column. To conduct examinations in the supine position, the device is equipped with a radiolucent rolling table.

    At the request of the customer, the device can be equipped with an X-ray protective table-wheel.
