  • installation of third-party software on the UTM PC that may affect the functioning of the UTM;
  • making changes to UTM folders and files with the exception of the transport.properties file;
  • decompilation of UTM libraries;
  • changing access rights to UTM folders and files;
  • transfer to UTM of documents that do not correspond to the approved xsd schemes;
  • transfer to UTM of documents with details that do not correspond to the details of RSA key certificates or GOST key;
  • delay in sending the document for a period of more than three days from the moment it was signed by the CEP;
  • extracting a hardware key from the UTM PC when the UTM is turned on;

Every retail store or wholesale warehouse at the place of wholesale or retail sale of alcoholic products must have a computer with a Universal Transport Module (UTM) installed on it.

Three reasons why this situation arose when working at EGAIS:

  • the sender (supplier) entered an incorrect FSRAR Identifier, which serves as the point of sale number in the system;
  • the entrepreneur updated the transport module and as a result, the invoice, which had not yet been processed, was automatically deleted;
  • The store administrator used another program to do the job, and it cleared the documentation list.

If the phrases “WayBill” and “FORMBREGINFO” appear on the monitor when unloading the invoice, then you need to send a request to technical support and report the problem.

Solving problems that arise when working with the transport module

Can't open the module or the data is not entering the program? The reason may be that the connection of the UTM address for EGAIS is blocked or it is used by other applications.

First, make sure JaCarta is on a PC with the transport module installed.

Try opening UTM in several ways, for example, using the menu in the lower left corner of the desktop, where you will find the module icon and by clicking on it, load the required page, or do this through the “Control Panel” and “Administration” sections, and in the “Services” section find the line: Transport-Updater, which runs in two mouse clicks.

How to resolve a problem that occurred when working with EGAIS:

  1. Disable the Windows firewall and antivirus program and allow them in the connection settings for the address 127.0.0.1;
  2. If the port is used by another program, then close it and update the settings for compatibility with the transport module;

How to install UTM?

You can download the UTM distribution kit in your personal account on the EGAIS website. Log in to your personal account, go to the “Transport module” section and select the distribution suitable for your operating system. To start downloading, click on the link “Download transport module installer...”.

Run the saved UTM distribution file as administrator.



Select the installation folder; by default, UTM will be installed on the “C” drive in the “UTM” folder. Click Next.


Select a folder in the Start menu to create program shortcuts, click “Next” to proceed to the next step.


Confirm the creation of the desktop shortcut and click Next.


Review your previously selected installation options and click “Install” to continue or “Back” if you want to change the options.


After unpacking and installing the files, a window will open:


Enter the PKI hardware crypto key user PIN code, default password: 11111111 (8 units) and click “Search”.


Select the found certificate and click Next. The proxy settings window for Internet access will open. Specify the proxy service settings or leave the “No proxy” checkbox if you do not use it.


After successfully checking the settings, click the “Next” button.


In the next step, enter the PIN code of the user of the hardware cryptokey of the GOST part, the default password is 0987654321 and click “Search”. Select the found certificate and click Next.


The installation of the UTM components will begin, wait for the message “Installation completed successfully” and click the “Next” button.


To check the operation of the UTM, open a browser and go to the page http://localhost:8080/. If the program is installed correctly, the following page will open:
