Sooooo long! There was a month without 3 days. As soon as I handed it in, I called a week later, and it was still on the shelf at the collection point (in the store). They shift responsibility onto each other, then the courier did not come from the service, or on the contrary, the courier was not given a laptop. Then the craftsmen disappeared without a trace, and there was no service at all! My work is worth it and they are dragging their feet! The plus side is that it was renovated and, most importantly, the information was preserved! In general, multiply the terms by 2-3, as they say.

I contacted this center with a Lenovo laptop, a warranty case, they did it quickly, probably within a week. The guys who work there are good, kind, and attentive. Bystrenko examined it, accepted it and repaired it. I want to express my deep gratitude. But what company produces them, I want to say, the guys do a bad job, apparently you put in some rotten parts and sell them as new. He, the computer is not a year old, I use it only (in the same hands). three or four times a week for a couple of hours, and something burned out. They said it was very important. Why are you selling such rubbish? Apparently you buy old stuff, fake it and sell it for something new. Soooo bad. you will lose customers. But it’s probably possible to go to court to get the money back, since it’s still under warranty and parts are already burning, apparently due to the manufacturer’s fault. Very bad!!!

It's a long way to get to work, so I always have my favorite Lenovo A2010-A smartphone with me and a lot of music for every taste: from something that can wake you up to soothing) However, after some time, problems arose with the sound quality, I listen through headphones, sound could disappear in one, or begin to wheeze. After I adjusted the plug, everything went away, but then it became more and more difficult to achieve this. I usually have my phone in my pocket, so I assumed that the plug of the headphones themselves had broken and bought new ones, but the result remained the same, so after work I had to go to the Serso service center rather than home. My parents came to visit me, we have been living in different cities for a long time and at some point they came to stay with me, well, as it happens, parents and modern technology are not friends at all, and it’s up to us to fix the problems. So, as an additional gift, they brought me a Lenovo Smartphone, which I gave to them. And the problem was this: this device stopped saving screenshots, the camera did not work (cannot be edited), there was a black rectangle in the gallery instead of a photo, the SMS notification sound disappeared, the voice recorder did not work, programs were not installed, and also periodically does not see the SIM card. It’s good that I had the example of the Serso service center, which I contacted from time to time, they took this unfortunate device there, since the proposed repair time frames suited me, I had a couple of days left. I pulled out the battery, it didn’t seem to be swollen, I tried connecting it directly to the outlet, that didn’t help either. Since I don’t understand much about hardware, I took it to the service center indicated in the warranty, even though it was over, it’s better than searching and running into charlatans. They did everything quickly, and in addition to solving this problem, they cleaned the laptop from dust, I had been planning to do it myself for a long time, but since I have to do it, do it. Long and endlessly long! I do not advise anyone to hand over their equipment to them. I returned my phone for a screen replacement. Over the phone they promised to do everything within 5 days. 3 weeks have passed since then. In their words, they do nothing themselves, they give the phone to Apple service and wait for the result. Therefore, you can’t get any specifics from them, you can’t pick up the phone in the same form that you handed it over to them, you can just forget about it and wait the 150 days specified in the contract, so that you can sue later if they don’t return anything. This is just an incredibly terrible approach to service delivery.

I don’t know if it’s just their way or if, in principle, the Apple company despises everyone who tries to repair their equipment rather than buy a new one and therefore provides services in exactly this form.

I submitted my laptop for diagnostics (Kolodezny Lane, building 3, building 25). They reported that the hard drive was damaged, although a similar failure during the warranty period was diagnosed as “lost contact” and repaired within 2 days.

They demanded 6,000 thousand rubles to replace the hard drive. If you refuse a replacement, the diagnostic fee is 1,700 rubles. It took 25 days to replace the hard drive.

When I came to receive the laptop, they refused to give me any documentation for the new hard drive (no technical passport, no specifications, not even a sticker or label with minimum technical characteristics). That is, there is not a single piece of evidence that a new hard drive was installed in my laptop, and not a used one.

In addition, they demanded payment in the amount of 6,870 rubles instead of the previously stated 6,000, while the cost of the disk indicated by the repair organization itself was 3,100 rubles, informing me that the rest was the cost of the work. How the cost of work can be greater than the cost of high-tech equipment, God only knows.

She refused to sign for acceptance of the equipment, and the laptop remained in the repair shop. I am exploring the possibility of bringing them to justice.
I strongly recommend that you go around all the reception points of this establishment along the largest trajectory possible.

replace it with a homogeneous material (thing) of similar quality and, if desired,
consumer to manufacture a product from a homogeneous material (thing) within a reasonable time,
and in the absence of a homogeneous material (thing) of similar quality -
reimburse the consumer twice the price of the lost (damaged) material
(things), as well as expenses incurred by the consumer.

I regularly contact this service mainly for minor problems and preventative issues (I myself have never learned how to disassemble my laptop, although that may be for the better).
Of all the branches, I chose the one in the Sony Center in the Vegas shopping center, the guys there are great, they know their job, and they will always help not only with business, but also with practical advice, and they also work until 23-24 hours, so a great option for those who work late.

I spilled water on the laptop when I noticed that water was dripping from the pot, it was already too late, the screen was blue, although I wrote down the error code, it didn’t help much. It didn’t start again, cursed in a new way every time.
I dried it, tried to start it, to no avail. I was most worried about the safety of information; there were a lot of important documents that I did not have time to save to the cloud.

I regularly contact this service center, often for trifles, such as cleaning a laptop or replacing parts, but every time there were no complaints on my part, only once was there a delay due to the fact that the required part was not in stock, and then I was warned in advance.
Among other things, the site offers a number of additional goodies, such as pre-registration and tracking of repair stages.

I understand everything, “Free hugs” are still in fashion, but life didn’t prepare me for this... I left my car in the parking lot and took the subway the rest of the way to work, and literally a stop before the exit a curvy lady hugged me like that I felt like something was crunching, at that moment I prayed that it was my spine, but no... it was my apple.
So on the way to work I had to make a short detour to the Serso service center, I had already contacted them before, so this time I didn’t have to think too long about where to go with this problem.
In this whole situation, one thing that made me happy was that the warranty period for Apple products is 1 year, and in my case it has not yet expired from the date of purchase. I ran into a problem: the fastening right above the power button was cracked. At first this did not cause any problems, such things often happen with a laptop, but then the situation changed.
Now, with every awkward movement, the laptop began to overload, so it was no longer possible to work while lying in bed, sit still at the table and not touch the laptop with your hands!
I took it in for repairs, the specialists from SERSO also suggested that I fix other issues that had come to light after the diagnosis, but so what, I came in vain.

It seems that I bought myself a fairly powerful laptop, in terms of characteristics it is so, but in terms of implementation they let me down. Fool, you should have paid attention to this before the probationary period ended.
So, the problems are small, but quite a lot, the headphone port is broken, it just broke off, the monitor port is loose, the case is cracked in some places, and one of the fastenings is about to fall apart.
I contacted a number of service centers with this problem, most of them charged a very large amount, but for myself I chose the option offered by this service.

Not long ago I discovered a branch of the Serso SC in the Riga Mall shopping and entertainment complex; before I contacted the central office, but it was not very convenient to get there. I managed to use the services only once in this department, but conclusions can already be drawn.
In terms of customer service, the branch is not inferior to the main office; they work at a good level. The repair time was quite adequate (I was carrying my phone, it began to charge poorly, there were suspicions that the socket had become loose or the charger had died, there was no way to check).
As for the quality of the services themselves and the cost, everything here is the same as in the central one, I didn’t notice any differences, so everything is excellent.

I discovered a service center like Serso in the Evropeisky shopping center. They are close to home, they do their work quickly, prices are not high or deceiving, they do not increase towards the end of the work, they use only original spare parts (hence, as I understand it, the cost is the same).
The last time I brought my tablet to them, it stopped charging, the warranty had expired, so this time it was a paid repair.
This time they also did not disappoint my expectations, they did their job within the stated deadline and without any complaints.

Carrying a LENOVO TAB 2 A7 tablet into Serso. With short-term use, it overheated and the display stopped working (it went out, but the tablet continued to work in the meantime).
I have some basics in terms of use, but here, apparently, it’s a matter of hardware, and in this case I’m a complete layman. Somehow the warranty agent found it, even though the date had expired, but at least there was no need to look for contacts of the service center, I didn’t want to trust anyone.
Everything needed for the repair was in stock, so we didn’t have to wait long for delivery; everything took about four days, but the main thing was that everything was fixed.

I contacted this service, I needed to play a little trick on my laptop, due to an unsuccessful fall, several buttons failed and one of the fasteners cracked, which is why from time to time the laptop tried to reboot.
For lazy people like me, there is a courier who will pick up/deliver, although it would have been easier to do it on your own; Cerso has a ton of branches all over Moscow.
They meet the repair deadlines, the prices are also without surprises, they do only what they said, the attitude towards customers is an order of magnitude better than what I have encountered before. I'm quite pleased with the result.

At first I decided to save money and turned to a friend with my problem, but as it turned out, he couldn’t solve it right away and put it in a distant drawer, and forgot to tell me about it... So my phone lay with him for several months and he returned it to me only after that as I began to finger him.
So I had to look for a service center, losing a lot of time. I opted for SERSO, although there was plenty to choose from; in Moscow, no matter where you spit, you’ll end up in the SC.
Why did I like this service? To begin with, at least for the fact that they did the work as promised, then the repair deadlines, which they met and even with a margin of several days, and the prices, they are quite acceptable and even lower than some companies, even though this is a fairly large company.

There was a problem with my LENOVO TB2-X30L tablet, which began to live on its own, or more precisely, it types text on its own, the language is half-Russian/half-Ukrainian.
I took it to the SERSO service center, which is located in the Fashion Season Gallery, this is not a central office, but a branch, I chose it because of the schedule, they work until 22 o’clock, which is very convenient for those who work until late, like me.
Before contacting this particular service center, I called a number of other companies, there are many similar ones in Moscow, but I chose SERSO, as they offered the most suitable option, and they found an address closer to home and open until 10 p.m.
I left a request on the website, so in the morning before work I took my tablet for repair, I didn’t have to stand in line. The reception was formalized, all the necessary documents were given to us, so from this point of view there was no need to worry.
The repair lasted a week, after which the service center manager contacted me. In the evening after work I dropped by the service center, they checked everything in my presence, it started working without problems, and also checked the appearance, everything was in order.
Three weeks have already passed since I took the tablet back from repair, during which time there were no problems with the work, so I want to thank everyone for the excellent work and wish the entire company further growth and more satisfied customers.

The store refused to take back the laptop, which stopped working normally three months after purchase: during operation, some kind of grinding noise was heard, as if something was clinging to the cooler, which in turn caused the system to overheat and the laptop itself to slow down.
I didn’t disassemble it myself, since the laptop was still under warranty, the store refused to accept it, and sent me to the Serso service center. There were problems with the laptop starting to overheat and slow down a lot during operation. I tried to reinstall the software and everything, but it didn’t help, the problem persisted. So I started sinning on the hardware, but my attempts to open the case did not lead to anything good, they were too clever with the fasteners and bolts.
I took it to the service center, was already prepared for the worst, but as it turned out, it was in vain. Literally two days later they contacted me and received an SMS on my phone. As it turned out, the whole problem was that dust had clogged everything, and all these problems were there and regular cleaning was needed.
What was really surprising was that they didn’t inflate the price and overcharge, but simply cleaned it and returned it.

The screen on the smartphone cracked, it sat poorly on a chair, and apparently fell out of my pants, but I didn’t notice. In any case, there is no one to blame for this, it is your own fault.
Repairing, especially such equipment, is an expensive business, but what can you do, cope with this problem on your own, although I tried, I couldn’t, so there was only one way out - an authorized service center.
The funny thing is that the price for repairs in Serso turned out to be much lower than I expected, although at first I thought of ordering everything on Alik and trying to do everything myself, but somehow I doubted my abilities.

The Internet produced a bunch of addresses, among which we chose several suitable ones, and then called, and in the end we chose the Serso service center.
I liked the quality of service, everyone was quite friendly and competent specialists, they were great in terms of repair time - they did everything on time, they didn’t raise prices or change prices either. So we were very pleased that we chose this particular service center.

It just so happened that over the past month I have contacted the Serso service center twice.
Our first acquaintance began with the fact that my tablet broke (it fell out of bed, after which it would not turn on again). I spent a long time looking for where to turn, visited more than one website, called many praise offices in Moscow, there are plenty to choose from. In the end, I chose Cerso; both their location (quite a large number of branches, so there’s room to roam) and prices (in my opinion, quite average, some more expensive, some in times cheaper than competitors).
By the way, only in this office they consulted me over the phone normally, others either refused to name the price, even an approximate one, but I generally remain silent about the repair timeframe... I have the joy of driving all over Moscow to compare repair times and prices.
As a result, an application was left on the site, and after work I dropped into their office, by the way, some of them are open until 10 pm, convenient for people like me.
My tablet was repaired in a week, and my smartphone, my second visit in a month, stopped charging, so in total it took three days. Each time I received an SMS notification, and each time, before giving the item back, it was checked in my immediate presence (both performance and appearance).
I didn’t regret one bit that I contacted this particular office, I recommended it to all my friends and colleagues at work, no one seemed to complain))

The laptop began to behave inappropriately, froze out of the blue when the load was minimal, by the way, after a reboot, the desktop loaded from 3 to 5 minutes, which you understand is a very long time. I tried to reinstall the operating system; at that time the laptop had an image of 7 with factory settings. Did not help.
Later, the OS began to swear at the hard drive, saying it was damaged and all that, but the checks did not reveal anything, but I decided not to take further risks and not waste more time, and contact the service center. I asked our IT specialists at work, they pointed me to SERSO, I had heard about this service center before, but I didn’t contact it myself.
I looked for other options online, but this one was still optimal, both in location (working hours were the same, I found an office that was open until 10 p.m.) and in price. I filled out a repair request through the company’s website and took the laptop home after work and received all the necessary documents.
As it turned out, there really were problems with the hard drive, it could fall apart very soon, so they suggested that I replace it and transfer all the data to a new one. I was given the old one when I picked up the laptop, now I use it as a replacement, as for the repair, as is already clear, everything began to work fine after that, all the information was transferred without data loss, I was satisfied.

At first, I didn’t quite get along with this service center; I took the laptop in for repairs, but they delayed the repair for some reason, although it later turned out that the fault was the lack of necessary parts in the warehouse. So, after thinking a little, I decided that I had gone overboard, so I decided to write a review about how it all ended.
There are different situations, but I was amazed that despite my very aggressive behavior, the girl did not lose her composure and clearly explained everything to me, so a solid 5 for the service. Repair, here minus 1 point for the fact that there are no necessary parts in the warehouse and they take a long time, I still think that there should always be a supply, so to speak, NZ, but in general the repair itself will end successfully, everything was fixed.
Overall: 9/10 - not perfect, but better than anything I've encountered before.

I handed over my Canon IXUS 132 photo camera to the SERSO service for repairs, I had problems with the zoom, it was either full zoom in or zoom out, there was no middle ground, the brakes failed.
At first I wanted to give it to a friend, but I changed my mind during the diagnostic process, somehow he inspired confidence in his words, maybe we’ll do something))) There were no other options left except contacting the service center, although I didn’t regret it at all.
Rented at the address: st. Krasny Mayak, 2-B, also known as the COLUMBUS shopping center, my repairs were not under warranty and lasted 8 working days.
I was satisfied with both the service and the results of the repair.

I contacted the Serso company about my Lenovo B50-45 laptop, the breakdown was minor: the “del” and “num lock” keys stopped working. I have already contacted this service center before, but also for trivial repairs, so to clean it from dust.
However, in general, I want to say that even with such trivial requests they do everything with all seriousness, all documents, notifications, etc. By the way, the repair lasted only two days, in terms of money... to be honest, here, as well as the timing, everything is acceptable, so for now we are cooperating.
Well done, they keep their brand, not every service can become authorized.

Most of all, I can’t stomach situations when equipment starts to crumble out of the blue, it worked fine, and I didn’t overwork it too much, ordinary work tasks, nothing overly complicated, I don’t play games on the laptop, but apparently it’s time...
So, I turned on the laptop, and it didn’t exactly hum, the sound was more like someone chewing sand or glass, as it turned out after a couple of minutes, it was an HDD, Windows immediately began to furiously swear that the information threatened by.
What to do, working in this mode is unrealistic, and losing information means losing several weeks of work, which I also wouldn’t want. I contacted the already familiar SERSO service, everything here followed the usual pattern. The only thing I was worried about was the fate of the female ones, they didn’t seem to be repaired, but the information needed to be transferred to a new one.
Actually, all the wishes were taken into account and done, and at the same time I cleaned it, I was still going to carry it in a week.
